In summer there are seating+ lying options in the garden. In winter, the trail is outside the door Private sauna in summer with outdoor shower (for rent included. Towels,bathrobe and infusion from 10am-6pm) Feel free to rent bicycles in summer with advance notice. We would be happy to give you sleds for children.

Cozy cottage in the Thuringian Forest

It is a small cute house with a 700sqm large well maintained and partly fenced/ with high hedges, directly in the Thuringian Forest. The house is in a quiet garden with no directly adjacent main road. In winter, you can enjoy the quiet nature with sled, cross-country skis or even alpine skis in the deep snowy forest. Removed from the house 16 min, a ski lift in the neighboring town of Oberhof. Many wonderful hiking trails for large and small.

The holiday apartment is located in the centre of Ilmenau (in the landlord's house) and has two separate entrances. It offers a good starting point for a stroll through the city as well as hikes in the surrounding area. The apartment is 70 sqm, has a bedroom for 2 people, a large living room with kitchenette and a terrace in the garden. Bathrooms with shower and toilet are separated. The apartment was fundamentally renovated in 2018/2019.

Feel-good apartment on the edge of the forest in the Thuringian Forest

My very well equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people, if necessary another sleeping place is quickly directed on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On OUR SMART TV I provide NETFLIX for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, directly at the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. There are sufficient facilities for business travellers. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available for a small guest.
