We were very well received by our host who speaks English more easily but a couple quite still listening to our thank you to them, it was very nice.

We had a really brilliant stay here. Mike is a really excellent host and very congenial company. Our children loved the lake and we canoed and swam. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this delightful place, we would have loved to stay longer.

We've stayed here one night on our way towards the south of France. Wonderful place to relax after a long journey. Mike was very friendly, welcoming us, and happy to chat and make sure everything was great. Especially the garden and the access to the lake are wonderful. Tranquil and nice for swimming. Dinner in the garden during sunset on the lakeside was great too. There's a nearby beach as well with a playground and water activities. Very nice for kids too.

Mike was really helpful. He was waiting for us even tought we came late. He explained us what to do around the lake and was always when we needed. We will come back for sure!

Mike is a lovely person. He is extremely helpful and attentive. He made sure we had a great stay. We had no problem finding the place. His description was more useful than (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps! The apartment was spotless and included all the essentials my two young boys and I needed for our stay. We enjoyed the use of the garden and tables outside, and the small beaches down the short path are blissfully secluded. My favorite part was a peaceful paddle on the canoe. The lake makes a fantastic holiday spot, meandering into nooks and crannies throughout the area and offering a variety of activities for all sorts of holidaymakers. We definitely plan to return!

The area is great, in the middle of the forest and close to the center of Compreignac. Clean apartment and big garden. The 'living' room can have a better atmosphere (lighting and sitting area), but everything was there. Good place.

Isabelle waited for me even though I was late and lost. I wish I had more time to enjoy the area but it was a nice stopover. Merci Isabelle!

We spent a very pleasant weekend in St Leo as the locals call it. We were 5 adults with a little boy and everything is adapted to receive a small family. (It can accommodate up to 8 adults easily) very bright apartment located upstairs has it that one feels at the time of stay comfortable. Equipment at no complaints, our accommodation is beautifully decorated, a bargain hunter has been there! We also appreciated the little touches such as homemade jam: Miam Miam! We were also able to receive friends to dinner without us feel cramped. Our very discreet hosts were nearby in case. We enjoyed our stay to visit the village of Oradour sur Glane, which is a 45 minute drive from the cottage. Ah yes the cottage is in the middle of wood (5 minutes from the town) Change of scenery! We absolutely do not regret our choice and we would advise quiet fans. I finish here and hope to have given you the urge to come and enjoy!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was lovely. The owners were so welcoming and the living area we had was absolutely brilliant, it had everything you would need, it was very clean and very quite. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here. Its in a lovely area great place to relax and get away from it all. Thanks once again for a great stay.

I have not been at all satisfied with the welcome I have received from this very attached to its host tranquility which gave a little feel upset (prohibition to park outside the house, forbidden to walk in the park). In addition the host has enabled me to announce a price supplement after confirming my request! The first floor apartment is very comfortable against and well equipped.

We had a great weekend in this very comfortable and functional accommodation. The calm is to go!

Annette is a the best host anyone could ask for. Very nice and welcoming but also gives you your privacy. We stayed with Anette when we moved to Limoges and didn't have a house to move into. Annette was very helpful to direct us in the right direction in terms of agencies. The house is perfect in terms of how close you are to the city, it is clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is also amazing, so peaceful and quiet.. Perfect for an evening walk! The pool is lovely and her gardens are immaculate. The perfect place to get away and relax. Definitely recommend!
