Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Happy Nest is an apartment which is half of the main house at NutGarden. The house has been partitioned to make two residences. Happy Nest contains a bedroom, a large living area, a kitchen and shower/toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living space as well as the double bed in the bedroom. The house was built by owner/ host Kim Clark who lives on the property with his partner Chintana. The spectacular location is in the rainforest of the World Heritage Region of the Great Western Tiers
