Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Located 1 hour from the Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the Brenne parks, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or groups of friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels, bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the old world charm. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is heated from June to September depending on the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Village house with garden

Located in the center of the village, the house has been recently renovated. It is spacious (around 1100 sq f on 2 levels). On the ground floor you have a big living and dining room , a separated kitchen, and a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In the bathroom you have a large shower and a double sink, and another toilet. Our own house is right here on the same land so you may see us in the garden. We have set up a space just for you with table and chairs and some long chairs.

Isle en Brenne Cottage

Nestled in the park of the castle of Isle, the cottage of Isle en Brenne in a bucolic setting, has a large living space. A bay window opens onto a charming courtyard where to share outdoors, but sheltered from the sun and small showers, good convivial moments. The kitchen, open to the living room and the courtyard (ideal in case of rain). A few steps of wood and offers you a comfortable and soft bed framed by a veil of muslin. For Baby: folding bed

La maison Carré - romantic house on river, 2p

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Our house is located in the center west of France. A completely renovated house. 1000 m2 lot ideal for children. 1 hour from Chateauroux, Poitiers and La Roche-Posay.
