My farmhouse will seduce you with its peaceful environment amid fields dotted with groves and views of the surrounding rolling countryside. 10 minutes' drive from Loches, 20 minutes from the Brenne Regional Nature Park, the Haute Touche Zoo, 30 minutes from the Grand Pressigny and 45 minutes from Angles-sur-l'Anglin, 45 minutes from the Loire Valley and Amboise, less than 1 hour from Tours, the Beauval Zoo or the Futuroscope. My place is good for families or small groups (10 people) looking for peace and quiet.

My little country house

Tranquility 10 km from Loches... this small house is very well located, we are close to the castles, 10 km from Loches and 45 minutes from Amboise or 1 hour from Chinon. All the conditions are met for a pleasant stay. Restaurant in the town center and open-air cafes nearby, leisure and entertainment guaranteed in Loches all summer, golf 6 km away, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope or Beauval Zoo. A newly renovated one bedroom house with private jacuzzi/ hot tub and beautiful views across the pool, barbecue pit and overflow jacuzzi. The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. King sized bed with orthopedic mattress and Egyptian linens. All towels, including pool towels provided Sofa bed to provide for 2 additional guests.

Descartes, 9 km away, is equipped with an aquatic area with various pools. The Futuroscope is 45 minutes away. Beauval Zoo is about 1 hour (60 km) away. Many hiking trails are close to the cottages. CAUTION: MAIN HOUSE The rental corresponds only to the main house for four guests, this consisting of two bedrooms either two 160 beds or one with a double bed and another with twin beds. SECONDARY HOUSE Access to the secondary house is via a booking greater than 4 people or additional rooms Example: 5 guests wishing for their independence, request for 7 guests. They will have access to the entire cottage.

In the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting, our little house is the ideal starting point for numerous walks or bike rides, or for a visit to Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, or for exploring the Châteaux of the Loire. The châteaux of the Loire are 40 minutes away and the Brenne nature park 20 minutes.

Our independent accommodation, adjoining our house, is located in Beaulieu-Lès-Loches "Petite Cité de Caractère". The Cité Royale de Loches is a 15-minute walk away by pleasant paths. You can also discover, nearby, the castles of the Loire, Beauval Zoo, as well as the pretty villages of Montrésor and Chédigny, Loches Forest, Lake Chemillé for pleasant walks and leisure activities.
