We invite you to get away at our rustic & secluded cabin in the NEPA woods! Our 30 acres of countryside is highlighted by magnificent waterfalls and bordered by over 10,000 acres of state lands. You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Whether it's fishing, relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the patio listening to the river, this farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for the whole family to stay.

Escape to our riverside retreat in the Catskills! This private, detached home offers 2 bdrms, 3 twin beds, 1 queen and a full futon. Enjoy exclusive access to Beaver Kill River and a stocked pond with kid-friendly fishing. WiFi, TV, full kitchen, and board games provide comfort and entertainment. Relax on the new deck overlooking the river or gather around the firepit with beautiful chairs. Just 15min from downtown Roscoe's dining, bars, and breweries. Unplug and unwind.

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Just minutes from downtown Hamlet of Narrowsburg and the Delaware River there is so much to see and do here.
