Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

Buoyed Spirits 2 BR 2B 1st floor condo

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a nice neighborhood, off Rt 1. 1.5 miles from the beach! The community has 3 swimming pools and tennis courts. Master has a king-sized bed, the second room has 2 twins. Sofa in living room is a pull out. Two bikes with helmets and locks also come with the rental, as well as 2 tennis rackets. Towels (including beach towels) and linens provided, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNDER THE SHEETS AND TOWELS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
