Lovely period house on the outskirts of Worchester if you like walking it's walking distance to the city centre, set on the old main road now a very quiet road with pleasant view there is plenty of eating within walking distance and a supermarket close for provisions. The studio flat is spacious and has independent access, kitchen has all your basic needs, bathroom is a good sized wet room, host was at the there if needed.

Andrew is the nicest and most flexible host I've had the pleasure of meeting so far. He went out of his way to pick me up from the station when my train was running later than expected, and was lenient with check out time. The property itself is a beautiful White House in a quiet part of Worcester, 20 mins away from the city centre. Very good value for money and I would recommend to anyone

Jason was the perfect host and I had a lovely stay in his cosy and comfortable loft space. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need when away from home and the stunning bathroom is a real treat. I was working locally in Worcester and it was the ideal escape after a long day but it would easily accommodate a couple looking for a self-catering getaway. I highly recommend this place.

We did not meet Jason upon arrival but he gave us all the information we needed both before our arrival and once we were in the apartment.

My husband and I stayed in Jason's loft apartment for 12 nights, and absolutely loved it! Jason and Kevin were very welcoming hosts, who provided nice breakfast items and snacks as well as information about the area. We were contacted regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated! The apartment with lovely carport parking was spotless and comfortable and in a nice location only a few miles from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Jason really goes the extra mile to make you feel at home and even will surprise you with a few treats on arrival! He is the ideal host - there if you need him but not intrusive. The loft itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It really felt like our own space that we could relax in as is accessed by its own side door. Worcester itself is a short distance away and there's plenty of lovely cafes and pubs! The weather was a bit rubbish so we didn't get too do much walking or outside attractions but there's plenty to do if your lucky with the weather. Really can't fault this place. Had the best time and will be returning if we ever come back to Worcester! Thanks so much Jason.

Jason was very welcoming. The unit is clean, quiet, private and comfortable. The decor and fittings are modern, chic and functional. We were given a very generous set of provisions when we arrived. The environment is lovely and the ambience restful. The kitchen is well set up, fully ready to be used, and is the best we have seen in terms of cookware and tools. The bed is very comfortable. Clothes hanging and storage spaces are limited. The only shortcoming was no washing machine or drying space, but there is nowhere for them to go. We enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to return.

First thing I would say is make sure you have the exact address or GPS coordinates. We arrived in the dark and although Jason had provided us with some directions, we were unable to find the loft. However, we did bump in to a friendly neighbor who jumped in the back of the car and directed us straight to the door. Imagine designing your perfect loft above the garage with a walk in shower, full kitchen, sofa and all the mod cons you could want... your mind has now arrived at this loft. Its the loft you as a teen would have always wanted in order to get away from your parents. I cant speak highly enough about the cleanliness, design, homely feel and all the little added extras that were there when we arrived. It is surrounded in leafy countryside with plenty of room to go on walks and just a short drive from the local shops. It will take around an hour to get into Birmingham from here (with current roadworks). As a host, Jason is a really friendly guy and more than welcome to help where needed. This place is unlike many AirBnB's we have stayed at. It is clear that this is done out of love for design & decoration over profitability. I would highly recommend staying here. Notes: As you walk in there is stairs to get to the loft (20ish). More amenities than in a hotel so don't worry if you forget a hairdryer, shampoo, towels, etc. You will need a car to get around. Plenty of space to park in a hidden car port. Thank you Jason for letting us stay in your lovely abode. If we are in the area we will definitely consider staying here again.

James is very good, kind and organized person. The accommodation is very new, also organized, clean, safe, quiet and convenient. The place is need by car to come, but that must be better experience to stay in city side. We had good breakfast from fridge.

This was a nice, quiet place to stay. It was easy to get into Worcester town centre (driving, didn't use public transport), close to a 24 hour Tesco, easy to find, and easy to park the car. It had everything we needed (shower, microwave, space to hang clothes, plug sockets in the bedroom etc.), and was the ideal place for our stay (once we'd figured out the knack to get in the front door!). We didn't see much of Tom, but he was very friendly and helpful when we did.

Tom was away for the majority of the time I was there but he was friendly and easy going on check in. It's a nice flat with everything you need for a short break.

Claire was super helpful and quick answering questions and sorting out a change to my booking. Perfect location for the cricket ground and city centre.

The apartment is in a central location so an easy walk to shops, restaurants and public transport, as well as the university. It's in a small gated residential area so it's also surprisingly quiet and private, given the location! Claire was incredibly welcoming when we arrived, she had thoughtfully provided everything we might need for the stay. Importantly, the bed was comfortable. All round, nothing to complain about and everything to praise!

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Gareth provided well written helpful notes on where to park, how to find the apartment and things to do Worcester. We enjoyed our stay and visited the Cathedral, the Tudor House and Grey Friars House. We also walked along the canal towpath towards Droitwich Spa, and stopped off at Croome Court on the way home. The apartment is very convenient for the city centre with everything just a short walk away.

Gareth was great and very flexible with getting us the keys and getting us into his flat. The flat is clean, bright and in a location that is very close to everything. We got a little lost finding it but we made it in the end. Please note that there really isn't anywhere to park and the street is very busy with pubs and bars. On the Saturday night it was quite loud in the second bedroom, but the master bedroom was plenty quiet. Lovely to find milk in the fridge, tea in the cupboard and a lit-up Christmas tree. Would be a great place to stay if you had children.

A nice flat that accommodates two people well. It's a short hop into town but if you need any shopping, Asda is a 200m walk away. Gareth made some fantastic arrangements for the arrival as we couldn't comply with his normal arrival set up. A really accommodating individual.

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights and it was lovely. Gareth's place is really clean, cosy and has everything you need. We felt safe and very comfortable. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom and a shower in the single bedroom, however we didn't use that room. The living room and kitchen is open plan. There is a dishwasher, that came in really handy. Because you don't want to be doing washing up while you're away. There is an ASDA directly next door which is also really handy. One of my favourite things are the comfy sofas, the single wheely sofa with the feet coming out is awesome lol. We went to Malvern Hills and had lovely views and was a nice walk. We also walked by the canal which was scenic. All this additional information was provided by Gareth's information pack (really useful and well written) There was some loud music getting played during Saturday night but it wasn't too bad. All in all would definitely recommend, and I am quite fussy!

This flat is really well presented with everything you could need including (but certainly not limited to) cooking oil, tea, coffee, iron, DVDs, good internet and loads of other things too. Katie replied almost instantly to every message and was incredibly accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would fully recommend anyone looking to stay in this area to stay here. It's ten minutes from the city centre to walk, has safe parking and great links to getting out of Worcester and into the Cotswolds. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need accommodation in the area.

Beautiful flat, nicely decorated, everything you need really. Remember to put the immersion heater on for hot water about an hour before you want a bath, also it's a lovely old building but a bit on the chilly side. The owners were very helpful and let us stay when it wasn't very convenient for them, their flexibility is very much appreciated.

Excellent and comfortable accommodation. Excellent facilities and fully equipped ground flat. Strongly recommended for a couple or a family with up to 2 two children, for example. Ideal for at least a 1 week stay or more. Good and extremely quiet location, including a lovely garden and parking site. 10' walking distance from the city centre. Katie, our host, was very kind, and she was very supportive by easing our access to and understanding of the facilities at all times even tough she was not in the city at the time of our stay. We really enjoyed it. It was an excellent option for our visit plan to the city and its area (attending a English school on weekdays, and going for a drive in the area in the week-ends - Stay length: 2 weeks).

The flat is very well decorated, light with a large sitting room & bedroom & very comfy bed. There was ample hot water, fluffy towels and it was quiet and warm. The walk into town (downhill) takes about 15 minutes. Communication with Katie was always good and picking up the key was easy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Worcester but not wanting to be in the thick of it.

Elaine's place is gorgeous, just as the pictures suggested. We loved staying there but for one thing and that was the noise from the street below. To be fair, we were there on a Friday and Saturday night and we live in the country at home with no noise at all at night but none of us got much sleep. Other than that everything else was perfect!!

We spent a week in this apartment. It's right in the centre of town in a lovely cobbled street. Wine bar, pubs, restaurants all virtually next door. Highly recommended.

Everything the apartment said it would be. Good value for 4 and plenty of space for that many people. We were just 2. Shower wasn't very powerful but not a problem just an observation. Parking is in the road. Walkable into town but close to the number 35 bus route. Will be in Worcester again in a few months and if available would happily use Mike's apartment again.

Two bedrooms house with double beds and a double sofa bed. Clean and tidy. Feels homely and relaxing.

On arrival we were given a warm welcome by Karen who showed us round and told us everything we needed to know. This is a very well appointed comfortable modern flat, quiet and in a good neighbourhood. The local mini-market is adequate for basic needs and there is a good bus service every 10 minutes or so to the City centre. There was no difficulty parking in the road just round the corner. We were there over Christmas on some very cold days but the apartment remained warm all the time. We really cannot think of anything that could be improved!

During the preparation of our stay, Mikel and Karen were very reactive to give us all the information and the necessary indications. On the spot Karen welcomed us very friendly, with recommendations of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Nice little garden. Everything was completed to welcome us. We had a pleasant stay I strongly recommend this accommodation

They also provided some tea, bread, jam and cereal which was great for a quick breakfast before continuing exploring. The arrival and departure time were flexible. I highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable. We were back from dinner earlier and spent time on the living room chatting and watching TV. Karen and Mike provide everything we need for breakfast. Everything is well apart of the shower was not working properly when we stay. Location wise, it is only 15-20 minutes walk to the main town and near ASDA. Little chippy shop just down the road. We will happy to come back again if we have another racing in Worcester.

Mike and Karen were incredibly welcoming when we arrived to their flat, and even though I had a train cancellation they were happy to welcome us slightly later than planned. The flat itself was spotless, everything was either new or had been very well looked after, and it really felt like a place you can call home. You can't go wrong by staying here!
