Excellent respite from the city. Short drive via the expressway, no issues with accessibility. Excellent and unique facilities. Rustic farm charm with modern amenities.

Because of weatherproblems in our booked period, we had contact for several times with Tonjee. She is very willing in thinking with us to come a few days later, when the problems of the rain were solved. We arrived 2 days later and enjoyed our stay. The house is very relaxing, although there were several insects and other animals living in and aroundn the house too. I never saw a butterfly that big, or a spider that big. The house lays on top of a mountain and when you awake in the morning it is such a beautiful view. Same for the swimmingpool, it is really amazing when you swim, what view you have. Must be even more beautiful when you are here after the rainy season.

The farm house is magical. The infinity pool adjacent to the house is out of this world with the magnificent view of Bataan mountain ranges. You have to pay P200 per person though if you want to use this pool, but to us it was all worth it given the fact that the view just takes your breath away. And for those considering to rent this place out, make sure you have everything that you need unless you're cool to drive approximately 20 minutes to get down to the closest market place from the farm house. Tonjee (the owner) answers promptly with any questions and concerns you might have and makes sure you are properly assisted by the caretaker of the farm house. We won't think twice to stay here again and maybe will recommend this place to friends and families if we would be given an extra can of corned beef for breakfast next time we stay...jk...hahaha

The Beacon house is a great place to stay for big group who want bonding and relaxation. Sinagtala is a place for adventure, we extremely enjoyed all the rides. An overnight stay is not enough to truly experience and enjoy the place. We were so much in a rush so next time, we'll try to book 2-3 days.

The place was great except for the defective shower room in the bedroom downstairs. Hope you fix it asap! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The place and the total experience would have been much much better had it not been for the dysfunctional air-conditioning at the mezzanine and the adjoining room at the 2nd floor. Horrible A/C. A pail was placed below it to catch the dripping water. By morning of the check-out date, a quarter of the bed was soaked. Good thing only one person slept on the queen bed. Otherwise, the other person would have been horribly and literally on the wrong side of the bed. A better coordination between Ms. Tonjee and staff should exist. On a good note: The resort has nice facilities. The two infinity pools had relaxing views. The adventure rides were good enough for some little thrill.

Our stay was great. I stayed here a year ago when the rooms had no aircon. The house was a lot cleaner now and rooms are all airconditioned. The price is totally worth it. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives! Gemma was also nice and offered us to check in 1 hour early since they were done cleaning the house already.

Host was fast to respond and very helpful in coordinating our arrival. The home was as pictured, very secure, private and nice. The caretakers were extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend if your in the area.

We had a great stay at Tala Rest House. It is indeed a bang for the buck, a true value for the money. My family enjoyed our stay there. The place is not that easy to find since it is very secluded but with the accurate directions given by Criena we are able locate with minimal issues. There was a bit of misunderstanding at the onset with the booking situation, but was settled amicably with Criena, who was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. Though there was no one to check us in when we got there (we had to let ourselves in, though fearing of trespassing), since no one was answering our car beeps, the caretakers was still very helpful and accommodating when they indeed came. The space was more than adequate for our group of 13 adults and 1 baby, actually I think it can easily house even 30 pax comfortably because of how big it is. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to do some light cooking. If you are buying stuff from Orani Public Market note that they close really early like 7PM, Puregold in the town proper closes at 8PM as well, and it is around 20-25 mins travel time from the rest house to these places on a vehicle. Also if you are squeamish with bugs like flying ants/moths (big ass gamu-gamo) and tree termites (anay ng puno; as they say it was), then this might not be a place for you, because at night since the lights are on, they tend to gravitate towards the house and the pool. There was like a carpet of gamu-gamo when we retired to sleep in the morning. Though with all these, I would still go back and recommend the place to anyone I know. The pictures we took might do the place justice but it is still much better live. Likewise there was an obvious renovation going on some parts, we heard the owner is planning to expand and put another one and a zip line. Hope we can still book the place and visit again when it is done.

This is a very wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The house is so awesome that you want to stay there for days!!! The place is way way better than the pictures. Very nice place!

The house was really nice. Architecture's great very (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)able. The caretaker was very helpful. The scenery was super awesome especially during sunrise. All in all it's way better than staying in a resort or a hotel.

The place is so serene and scenic!! It was really a good choice for us to relieve stress and take a break from our work. Even the caretakers are very accommodating. We will surely be coming back soon!! :)
