My little Apartment Montagnard du Plateau

I leave at your disposal my apartment which I renovated myself in “mountain chalet” style. The view is just magical (Through the windows: Dent de Crolles, Rocher du Midi and through the skylights: Belledonne and Mont Blanc). It is located in a residence with parking (where the Prevol paragliding school is also located) just above the paragliding takeoff runway at the arrival of the funicular (1000m altitude). The surrounding activities are numerous and varied (climbing, hiking, biking, etc.)

Cosy little chalet with a hot tub.

Notre petit chalet vous offre un séjour détente à 2 ou pour toute la famille. Une très belle vue sur Belledonne. Décollage parapente a 30 min à pied. Spa privé en libre accès, chauffé à 37 ° toute l'année. Poêle a bois. Le bois est mis a disposition. A 10 min en voiture de la petite station familiale du col de Marcieu. 40 min des 7 Laux. Au porte de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. Il est interdit de fumer a l'intérieur. Le ménage est a faire en fin du séjour.

Charming house in the mountains

Forget your concerns at this spacious and serene property. Located in a small village on the Saint Hilaire du Touvet plateau, you will recharge your batteries surrounded by mountain scenery. Many walks are very easily accessible, and if you want to ski or learn paragliding, the house is 5 min from the Col de Marcieu as well as Saint-Hilaire. Grenoble is 40 minutes away. We have a very friendly cat to feed and a plant to water:-)
