Enjoy watching our summer boating visitors enter our beautiful marina from one of our various outside sitting areas or perhaps check out the beach for fossils. On a km walk to our small community, you will come upon the local brewery, Spit Rail, located on the waterfront. Our area has a nine hole golf course, Bridal Veil Falls, Misery Bay Provincial Park and the the sandy beach of Providence Bay are short drive away. The westerly setting sun views from the East Bluff can be breathtaking.

With regards to COVID19, we're are employing a thorough cleaning practice, keeping everyone's safety in mind. This stunning, brand new, and fully furnished you will be hard-pressed to find anything of this caliber on Manitoulin Island. The boathouse features vaulted ceilings and high end amenities. You literally cannot get any closer to the water - you are overhanging it! Worth Noting: The wifi is not strong here. We keep it for out-of-country guests who do not have their own plan.

This is a guest house located on our property where we live but the guest house location provides privacy for our guests. The highlight of this of this beautiful cabin is that one can experience both magnificent sunrises and sunsets, while over looking a vast amount of the endless fresh water of Ice Lake. We do live in a separate residence on the property.

This all repurposed bunkie is in a picturesque setting on Manitoulin island. It has a large deck to enjoy the day and 230sq ft living space inside. With a queen size bed, futon that converts to a bed, counter and sink, this cabin has a wonderful rustic feel. With beautiful wood finish with select antiques as decorations.
