I spent one night at Yajahira's place because I was making a short business trip. The location is excellent as it's close to downtown, there's plenty of parking on the street, the room is very comfortable. I would come back again.

Adorable little place! We stayed there only for two nights, but the hosts made it feel like a little home away from home. The cottage is absolutely spotless and sparkling clean– Would definitely pass a white glove test! All the avengers memorabilia and decor make the place super cute and special. The hosts were charming and extra attentive, It was a pleasure to stay there.

Vanessa was a great host and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Place was great since I was on a business trip. Easy freeway access, large shopping center across the street, and direct garage parking where all a plus. Space was large and clean. Some items where run down such as the carpet, but not a deal killer. Just be mindful you share a wall on both sides of the unit with other units; you can hear the tv at times. Overall highly recommend.

Vanessa’s Place is great for families as it has many options for sleeping arrangements and shared spaces for hanging out. Also the garage access and laundry made things very convenient. She was also very nice and flexible with us. I highly recommend!

Very nice space. It was very stylish with the decor and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. The neighborhood and surrounding areas was great! It was a very clean place and felt very comfy. Vanessa was a great host as well. It had great amenities for us, having your own garage was awesome. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the living areas and common areas were inviting and stylish. The space has everything you will need and the surrounding area has lots to do and any extras if you need them.

Payman's spot was great! I especially enjoyed the basketball court in the backyard, and the access to Netflix. Payman was a very communicative host, who ensured that they were available to meet our needs. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a great value in Moreno Valley.

Best place to stay in Riverside. When I need a place to stay in the future, ill look to stay at Jays first. Bus 22 and Bus 1/Gold to UCR. 45 mins commute

It’s good to stay for a few days at Jay’s place. He is a nice host and responses in time. However, there are still some drawbacks if you want to live more comfortable and longer than a week. First, you are not allowed to use the oven to cook. Second, each time you’re gonna to pay 5$ for laundry. Third, too noisy at night because of poor sound insulation.

Interesting stay. Jay makes music, and the recording room is right next to (below?) the room I stayed in, but I was busy with work so I didn't mind. He started around 10 am but I was already getting ready to leave. It was quite fun to shower to; I love live music. They offer services at a price and I think the listing could be cheaper.

I look forward to my next stay.

This is a great listing, make sure you read the listing to be in the know of the noise level. I knew about it upon booking and it would be problematic for everyone if a guest that didn't read the listing was a light sleeper and turned in early. The music is awesome and Jay is a friendly and responsive host.

I stayed for one night before an interview at RUHS, which is extremely close-by and convenient to get to. Great hospitality of the family, super clean house, and very comfortable bed!

I have stayed at Librado's home several times. It has always been a good experience, a quiet, clean room and a sparkling clean bathroom to use. I heartily endorse him as a host and hope to stay there again in the future.

The room was sparking clean and everything was as advertised. I highly recommend this room.

Jorge is the best host I have ever had! He truly knows the meaning of hospitality and makes you feel welcome in his home from the moment you arrive. His house is a great space and he provides everything you need, even going out of his way to help you as though you were old friends. A truly interesting and lovely person, I feel lucky to have met him and spent time in his home.

The hosts were extremely understanding when I was unable to check in at the prearranged time due to issues with my flight. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very neat and clean. The bedroom, especially, would be great for longer stays—it has a couch for relaxing and a roomy closet with plenty of hangers for any clothing you might bring. The hosts even provided a welcome folder outlining tips for existing in the space, information about the neighborhood, and even a map of nearby movie theaters and other entertainment opportunities. All in all, great place!

This is my first time using Airbnb as a cost effective alternative for hospitality when traveling. I really enjoyed my stay at Jing's place as I was back in California (from the East Coast) for a couple reunions that occurred in various places including University of California, Riverside (about 7 miles/15 minute drive from the house) and the Mission Inn (about 9 miles/22 minutes from the house). This is a perfect accommodation especially when you just need a place to take a shower, sleep, and need WiFi to browse and do some work on your laptop. The stay includes 2 sets of bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash in the shower; bathroom has 2 sinks that provides hand soap and lotion; and toliet paper for the toliet. And the bedroom has bedding already provided, a large screen TV to use, couch to lounge, and a walk-in closet (very convenient because I was able to hang all my clothes without having them wrinkled during my stay- although an iron is provided as well). The kitchen is also accessible to use (I was able to store leftovers on a specified shelve). I was able to park my rental car on the left side on the property's driveway and enter and exit the house as often as I needed. Thank you for the nice stay, again! :)

The location is amazing. It is right next to a really nice park, and is only around a 12 minutes drive to a plaza. I really enjoyed the really comfortable bed and pillows. Jing also provides a binder with recommendations for restaurants and entertainments nearby; which was really helpful for me. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Moreno Valley.

The bed was on the firm side and very comfortable. The micro fleece sheets were superb at regulating the temp for everyone’s needs. The room has a very great entertainment setup. DoorDash and Uber eats is always welcome there so you can stay in and watch tv after a long day of travel. If you want to head out to eat it is centrally locates to all the good foods. It’s perfect for a quick crash space as you drive through going to some other destination. The kitties were a delight!

Sayoil's place is really one of a kind. There's a reason her home is always booked! The place was super clean, well decorated, and came with ample parking. Sayoil is also really easy to talk to. I wish there were more hosts like her.

Sayoli's home is an Airbnb of value and quality. Typically Airbnb's of this price range skimp on amenities. Not here. Everything was provided for. Sayoli knows the meaning of hospitality by heart. She was friendly, attentive, and very quick to respond. The bed was comfy and I had plenty of privacy. The bathroom was spotless and easy to use. Was there for a very short time. I found it convenient that the room has a table and table-lamp to read/work. The host was clear about her policies. There was parking on the street.

I had a great stay at Huyen’s place! Even though my boyfriend and I were only there for a short period of time, she was very hospitable and friendly. It is also a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quality AirBnB on a budget, I would definitely recommend!

Huyen is a very sweet and hospitable person! She and her husband live in a lovely house. The rooms themselves are clean organized and we couldn't ask for anything more. Its very simple in terms of key lock to get in the house and you get your own key for your own room. All the rooms are upstairs so you really have all the privacy in the world! Plus there's a gigantic lake outside which we didnt fully take advantage of but it's a beautiful scene. She is also very flexible and just a great person to talk to. We even hung out with her for a bit! There's also the cutest cat in the world in that home. We can't wait to go back again the future. Whenever they have more events for the NOS center :)

Super clean and super good communication from the host. It has a lovely decor inside with a modern setting and steampunk aesthetic. Host provides 3 board games to play for couple nights. Would love to stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone else.

Cristina's place is everything I could have asked for during my quick one-night stay on a business trip to the inland empire - clean, cozy, and convenient. The bed was very comfy and wifi was fast. Though I didn't use them, having coffee and snacks available was a nice touch, and the space was jazzed up with travel decor and some cool under-bed lighting. Check in was easy and parking on the street was plentiful. Cristina was quick to respond and provided recommendations for some of her and her husband Hector's favorite local spots. I would definitely book again next time I'm in the area for work!

I arrived much earlier than I thought I would after driving cross country. Jorge allowed me to check in early without a problem. Really clean. Room has a memory foam mattress, ceiling fan and desk. Fast WiFi. Very safe neighborhood. The only downside is having to wait for a street parking spot if you arrive when school is letting out (school right across the street), which only takes a few minutes. Driveway parking might be allowed but my car has an oil leak so I didn’t want to park on his concrete driveway and stain it. I only talked to him briefly and he was very nice. Never ran into his son (I think) that has the next door room. Overall great host.

I had another excellent stay with Raquel and her husband. The place was clean upon arrival and filled with an ample amount of snacks. As always, Raquel's communication was excellent and responded promptly to my requests. I would highly recommend Raquel's home to anyone!

Raquel is the epitome of what Airbnb should be - Service & Value. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean, spacious, and well organized the home was. Raquel prepared thoughtful snacks and left behind ample dishware for my stay. The bed itself was very comfortable and was not an "afterthought" like many other Airbnb's. Ease of access was excellent. The keypad upon entry was reliable and easy to use. Parking was ample and the local area made me feel extremely safe. Raquel and her husband knew exactly how to make me feel at home. They were friendly but gave me plenty of privacy at the same time. The Airbnb community is a lot better with Raquel around. She is one of the few hosts left who provide exceptional homes without significant upcharges.

Esta makes the stay so much welcoming, she is a 5 star candidate for everything under the sun. The stay was unbelievable for how much space we got from putting your clothes in the closet to going to the balcony that was very gorgeous at night. I would just recommend bringing an extra fan just in case because it gets a little hot in the room from California weather. Overall great experience!

A clean, safe and comfortable location in a quiet neighborhood. There are residents (and I'm one of them now) that are here and everyone is respectful and mature. If issues do come up Esta is quick to remedy the situation and is always available 24/7. This is not a "party house" so if that's what your looking for keep looking. If you are needing a place to stay for work while you find a permanent place, this is a great place. We are like a little family here.
