In an elegant lakefront villa consisting of five apartments, a fanciful basement two-room apartment with independent entrance. In a very central position, recently renovated and featuring a double bedroom with large walk-in closet, bathroom, a cozy kitchen/living room and a comfortable sitting room. Bright apartment in the center of Marone, a short walk to the lakefront and the pier The two-room apartment on the ground floor consists of a living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, hob, sofa bed , TV, Wi-Fi. Air conditioning Upstairs we find the sleeping area with double bedroom and bathroom, terrace for private use. Shared backyard downstairs. Pets are not allowed.
