Nature lovers, you will be delighted: in the heart of a quiet and green suburban district, an independent studio awaits you. Maniacs of the blade of grass sticking out, abstain! Here, we practice sustainable mowing to let the flower of the fields and the flight of butterflies flourish. The small studio is independent, but without a kitchenette. However, if you want to cook you can share our summer kitchen, accessible from your private terrace. Ashtrays outside.

It has a large bright living room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area. On the same level are two comfortable independent bedrooms, toilets and a bathroom with shower. Our house sleeps 6 people. You will be close to Royan, Ile d'Oléron, Saintes, Rochefort, La Rochelle etc.

A small garden is attached, to access it you have to leave the house, still allowing you to spend pleasant evenings!
