Very comfortable one-story house with excellent natural lighting. The internal part has the kitchen in its center, separating the huge three-room living room from the four bedrooms, all with access to the balcony, from where you can access the sauna and the game room. The outdoor area has a large outdoor space, with lawns and fruit trees. From the pool, you have an almost 360-degree view of the hills near Pico das Cabras, where toucans and other birds fly almost in line with your eyes.

Integrated living and dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave and electric oven. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING OR BATH LINEN.
