Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. Visit the vineyards with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. An electric/hybrid car connection is available upon request and for a fee of €8 per day.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This accommodation may be suitable for vacationers keen to discover Guedelon and the Puisaye or the Loire Valley. It is also suitable for people who come to work temporarily in the area. The garden is very green and the residential area is quite quiet. The house is spacious and very bright. The neighbors are my parents, they have a small dog. It is not in the countryside but just go up the hill to be in the middle of the fields after the Bel-Air farm.
