Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Beautiful farm stay in the countryside

You will stay comfortably and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble". In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to a sleeping area with a 140x200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and natural light completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for 4€ per wash charge.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time via code and lock it with the code. The room and bath have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib is available, dimensions 120 × 60 cm (please let me know if you need it). The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

I am renting out my two guest rooms together as a two-room apartment due to the current situation. Thus, it is a locked area where nothing needs to be shared with other people. The shower is located between both rooms, the toilet in the small hallway. It is used exclusively by the respective guests.In the rooms there is a 140/200 m bed,a furnished kitchenette,sofa bed in a ,Wi-Fi. Outside are two outdoor seating areas to linger.
