If you don't expect the house to be how the house would have been if you paid more than what you paid for this house, the house looks as expected otherwise it may not reach your expectations. The hosts did their duty perfectly. Received, handed over the keys and gave complete privacy. However there may be things in the house that may concern a few people. So I would suggest ask questions on your requirements thoroughly before you book this house.

This is such a lovely place to stay for those looking to save money staying near New York. Vicky was such a gracious and caring host, making sure I felt at home and I knew that I had breakfast, towels, soap, etc. The pink room is so sweet, the perfect simple space for a retreat from the intensity and bustle of New York City. And getting into the city was very easy—even if not for my phone, Vicky’s instructions and timetables were so helpful! This is such an excellent, homey and sweet place to stay and is fantastic for the value. It truly feels like the hospitality to strangers you hear about in stories. Thank you Vicky!!!

Vicky was a wonderful host! she was very understanding and flexible with the arrival time as we were coming from 8 hrs away and wouldn't arrive till late. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by her brother and shown our room. Our room was clean and nice. The bathroom was complete with soaps. No towel but that was fine as I always usually bring my own. We were given a key which allowed for flexibility of our coming and going which is very convienent to not disturb or rely on anyone for getting back in. I was thankful to have the opportunity to chat with Vicky before leaving. She was very pleasant and kind and great to talk to. I look forward to staying again in he future. 😁

The apartament looks just like in pictures. It is big and very clean. It is very close to a bus station where you can get a bus to NYC that costs 4,5 USD per person and takes between 20- and 40 minutes arriving to Times Square, depending on traffic. The neighborhood is calm. This place is perfect for those who have been in NYC or just don't want much guidance, since Ale and Tom really "let you be". This working and very bussy couple can provide a nice space, but it is not the perfect suit for chatters or people who like to meet and engage in conversations with their hosts.

Nice room & location....

Good place

15 mins walk to path station which is not perfect but not too bad either. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The host didn't provide clean towels and hairdryer as described which caused a bit inconvenience, but luckily we were able to find a solution. The place was pretty spacious and we were able to use the kitchen for breakfast. It's a pretty good place to stay if you don't mind spending a little more time on commuting to save up on the rent. I'd say it's a four star overall.

Great location and close to NYC. You can’t beat the price! I had to wait a while to get a parking spot for the night so Lydia’s niece offered me a ride to Times Square and she told us a lot about the area. We were going to take a Uber so that was really nice of her. I would recommend this place!

Lidia is a very great host! Her place had everything we needed. A little confusion on the privacy conditions. If loud music from downstairs will bother you then, this place is not for you. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay.

We arrived after 4 weeks of travel, it was so nice to have some of the extra touches Tiphanie provides. The washer and dryer were a HUGE bonus. The complimentary water was also appreciated. Sparkling clean and very comfortable. A fairly safe and clean feeling neighborhood to walk around too

We had a great stay here in October. The place was spotless and the temperature was just right. Convenient to get to from JFK and public transport links into Manhattan were totally fine throughout the stay (at various times of day).

This place was beautiful and very spacious! I loved the little lights all over the ceilings. The bedroom was so pretty and the bed was comfortable and big enough for the two of us. The house was sparkling clean and nicely designed. The coffee machine was my favorite part lol I love coffee. It’s only $7 to get to and from the train station or you can take the bus. Neighborhood was quiet during the day and at night. I loved every moment of my stay and will be staying again!

Couldn't have hoped for a better deal. Super affordable for what it offers, some might find it slightly small but it does the job for those who don't plan on staying in for too long. Free towels, water, breakfast and Christian very gracefully allows for early check-ins and let's people store their luggage in his house for no extra cost. The house is super close to N. Elizabeth station, which connects to New York Penn Station. The neighborhood is extremely safe and homely, quick eats nearby, a great experience overall.

Christian is really nice! I had really comfortable days at his house, the room is pretty small but is how he described it. The house is a little bit far, the location is not the best, but you can get the bus at one block.

Very good value for money and only costed us about $7 to get to Newark Airport to fly home via Uber, did the job we needed it to do but this particular room is only really a good idea for 1 night, or for children. The room was also extremely warm. Host wasn't there to greet us and we were told to ring the doorbell and somebody else would answer, however we rang several times to no avail - had to wait outside for 15 minutes before luckily somebody else who lived there arrived. There are lots of other rooms in this property so bare this in mind as the listing doesn't make it obvious. Wasn't an issue for us but might be an issue for you. Wifi information was incorrect, although host responded very quickly when I queried this and gave us a different one to connect to. Another note, the internet seemed slow and dropped out a few times despite the listing quoting it as a strong connection. Still had a satisfactory stay and i reiterate it is extremely good value for money, and there are restaurants within 50 yards of the property, as well as a convenience store.

Christian and his family were very helpful. He answered all my questions I needed. The place is very close to the airport . If you have an early flight. In front of the house they have a bus stop (112) that takes you straight to NYC. Short walk to train station but please be careful at night. The place was basic but comfy. The location is good in the day. I just don't recommend anyone walking at night. Its best to get a lyft or uber to be dropped off. I had a great stay!

Good place to stay overnight in budget.

Great place if you’re in town for a short while. The room I stayed at was up in the attic and had a slant ceiling. Which makes it tough if you’re tall. The house creaks a lot which can be unnerving at night especially if someone is walking around. It got pretty chilly inside the room in the middle of the night. But overall was a good value for my money.

Really liked staying at the property. I arrived very early in the morning as I had to work so I left my bags in the property and messaged Christian to tell him I was in a rush but I would come back. He kindly gave me all the instructions of check in and when I arrived back my bags were in the room for me. The room was very clean. Small but compact. There was a small mini bar(sket) with some snacks that you could eat then leave money for. Really thoughtful. I didnt have breakfast at the property but Christian had free breakfast there for the guests. The kitchen was very clean. The only thing that was a bit of a dampener was that a lady knocked on the door about 15 minutes to check out and asked when I was leaving. then 5 minutes later a man knocked on the door asking when I was leaving because the other guest who was to stay in the room had arrived and the lady needs to clean the room. I was packed and ready to go but it was very cold and made me feel really unwelcome. Non the less great place. I am pretty tall so would of prefered to be warned about the height of the room and toilet but not a major problem.

Clean and nice place. Good communication to Journal Square or by bus (also in night). Free coffe, water & ice aviable in the fridge. Good A/C. Weasly was the best host - fast contact in every issue was really important for us.

While the place makes a surprisingly clean impression, we did find quite a few hairs in our fresh linen and the space under the bed was extremely dusty and unclean. Also I missed a few of the amenities described. Apart from that, if you're on a budget and prepared for the not so convenient journey to NYC from here, this is an adequate and quite nice place to stay.

My advice: do NOT stay here! Conditions are inhumane. Towels arent replaced, you only get one set. (You will only find that out after being lied to after two days). Broken showercurtains which fall down, broken chairs due to loose screws, empty toiletdispensers, no way to dry your hands after washing them and the fridge is dirty. The host is never there, any issues will just result in a "sorry, we will contact the propertymanager" message, but none of your problems will actually be resolved. Its like a college dorm only worse. The 25 minute claim to nyc is false as well, takes about an hour with public transport. Worst airbnb experience I ever had.

This mini apartment is outstanding. The new renovations make the look very modern. It was very clean and spacious. Added amenities of roku and chrome cast in bedroom and living room area made the stay exemplary. The area also comes with great benefits of a wide variety of restaurants, grocery, etc in walking distance. The host was greta in communication. The stay was great. I have already booked my next stay here!l and can’t wait!

Outstanding stay as usual. This is my 3rd time staying. The value is amazing the apartment is modern clean and a great size. Will recommend to anyway. The area is nice lots of food spots near mta and parking is a breeze.

Jason’s place was the perfect amount of space for four of us to stay while we toured NYC. It is clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and even though there is no stovetop, the available crockpot and griddle helped to cook our own meals. It was easy to get in to and felt safe during our stay! Definitely will keep his place in mind the next time we want to visit again!

Jen’s place is as pictured. Bright and clean! Keyless entry, USB ports on each side of the bed for tech charging and the freedom to come and go as needed. I would highly recommend staying here and would go again if in the area. We stayed in room 2 and enjoyed the room it provided for suitcases, yoga and repacking. A lot of hooks, not only for your towels but your jackets and umbrellas. It’s very efficient, making your stay organized.

The house is incredible - you can feel it’s history as soon as you walk in. It was a perfect location for us as we explored Manhattan and Brooklyn. I would definitely come back again 😊

1. If you are drama or messy, please do not bother these lovely and accommodating people. They are offering a TREMENDOUS deal and what I got during my stay was far more valuable than what I was charged. Be nice to them and recognize the deal you’re getting. 2. Safe and quick 6 minute walk through a decently-lit residential area to access nearest train/NYC transit joiner. 3. Designated fridge space if you don’t want to eat out every meal. 4. Spacious room with a ton of hangers and ample closet space and lighting. 5. Very responsive and attentive host (Marta) living on site. 6. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in upstairs shower and it’s also A SHOWER FOR TALL PEOPLE! 7. VERY clean and comfortable bedding. 8. We had an early flight in and a later flight out but Marta was kind enough to let us leave our bags tucked away so we didn’t have to rent lockers or lug stuff around the city on our last and first day. My only cautious word would be that the pillows are thick and firm (which is actually what I love), but it may be something other people should be aware of. Don’t hesitate to ask for thinner pillows if you have to (she just might have them)

It's a great place to stay in if you are visiting New York or New Jersey, especially at this price. The apartment in well connected via buses and PATH trains (just about 7-8 minutes of walking distance to Journal Square). Cleanliness was top-notch and everything was very well organized. We had an amazing stay there and would definitely like to visit again.

The room is spacious and spotless clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. There is a designated space in the fridge and pantry for us to store our stuff. It took us 7 to 10 minutes to walk to Journal square station for the ride to mid town Manhattan. There are several convenient stores and restaurants a few blocks away from the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

Jasmin is a great host. A ton of communication and very attentive. The room felt like our own private studio and was clean and comfortable.

Jasmin and Davor's place is great! A very spacious location with modern touches. Perfect for a few nights in the city if you're planning on spending a lot of time out and about. The subway station is only a four minute's walk away, making it very easy to get to other parts of the city. Parking at the location was easy, with free parking available on the street.

This place was a perfect find! Not far from the city and so close to the airport! They let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out which was an amazing help!

Glendas place was such a cozy space. i enjoyed having a balcony to walk out on to ger air. the space is smaller than im used to but most new york homes are. i stayed about a week. there's a bunk bed so keep that in mind. the kitchen was usually tidy unless other guest left over things as well as the bathroom. and the neighborhood was kind of inviting. food and transportation close by.

Glenda is a great host, very communicative and accommodating, she allowed me to let my bags in the building after the check out, I lived NYC at 6pm and wanted to visit some museum on my last day. She also tip me on a few places to visit.

I did not expect a bunk bed in the room - it just didn't correspond to the pictures, which show a normal bed. Because of the bunk bed, the room seemed even smaller than it actually is. It was not a big deal for me, because I was out all day, but still. Not having a working Wifi connection in the room was quite frustrating, and very uncomfortable as I had to go to the kitchen every time I needed to check my messages or plan my day. Otherwise, the place is very authentic, the location is relatively close to midtown and Glenda is a very responsive host.

Have normal bathroom essentials there for the guests would be great :) Was an ok sleep on a bunk bed...

This was my first time getting an airbnb and Sara made it a grest experience! She was super friendly, very responsive to messages and answered all of our questions. The bed we used was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. The subway was barely a five minute walk away, which was especially helpful since we came back quite late at night. We would definitely come back to stay!

Sara and Eric are very hospitable and very helpful with tips on getting around. The room was just what my wife and I needed! The train is literally a 2 minute walk and at the end of the day that really does matter in NYC. Highly recommend staying with them! Top notch hosts!

Sara's place is near the Rockaway Station on the blue line (not the red line.) Yes, there are two stations with the same name. The blue line is so easy to use and takes one everywhere. This is a big plus. We had a great stay in New York and spent our first evening in Dumbo, which Sara told us about. It was WOW! Sara and family (including the dogs) are super friendly and the dogs are very well mannered. The room is small, but has all the amenities one needs and the bed is very comfortable. Sara's place gets full marks for value for money.

Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Sara and her husband. But the house is nice - bed is comfy and the shower is good. It's very easy to get to the apartment and public transport is fine. If you are looking for a cheap place close to the subway, I would definately recommend Saras place.

Sara provides details on the transit experience that really helps any travelers who are nervous about navigating the subway system to her home. It was extremely helpful and put me at ease.

Checkin process is easy. Everything is well documented, with sticky notes at different places. We had fun staying at his place. Tip: If you a plan on travelling to New York, Drive/Uber or walk to ferry station (5-10 min) and take a ferry from there. Would save a lot of commute and much better than Path and subways.

Was up in Jersey City for a movie premiere. Banban's place was about a mile from the venue, so super convenient. The place had nice light in front and the decor is modern minimalist, with the common areas nice and tidy. Banban had super great instructions for exactly how to check in, complete with photos. There is street parking (some free, some metered) but make sure you check signs for street cleaning. Mondays and Thursdays in the block in front of his house, 6 - 8 a.m. Would stay here again!

Excellent host and very clean. Highly recommend staying here. I’m working in the area from out of state and am hoping to stay here again.

Good place outside of the city. Lots of shops near by. Only about a 15 min walk from train station.

Convenient place to stay, if you use Uber, parking it seems like difficult if you back to room late, and there is no listing on street for road cleaning, and if you park on the road those hours, we will get a ticket

We only spent a couple of hours over the night at Alexandra's nice and cozy home but it served us perfectly as we needed a little sleep before heading to Newark Airport very early in the morning. The location of the place is very good for that purpose and Alexandra has mad sure to provide very clear directions and other relevant information in the flat.

I had a wonderful stay at Alexndra's place, it's exactly as described and Alexandra makes your stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very easy to find, very comfortable room, exceptional value. Plenty of good restaurants/ delis in the area, and the wifi was excellent. Shera and Cici, as well as the cat, were pleasant hosts. If you can't parallel park, you might have an issue.

This was my first time using airbnb and it was such a great experience. Abi is great. She was very flexible with our check in time and gave us detailed information on how to get to Manhattan and back and how public transportation works. It was very helpful. Her house is clean and beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Her house is about five min from LGA and about 45 from Manhattan. Overall, our experience was great. Abi is a great host and we would recommend for anyone who's looking for an affordable and comfortable place close to the airport.

Had nice 4 nights at Abis home. Little room with 2 beds and a shared bathroom. Everything was clean and Abi helped us really good when we had questions how to go somewhere. The house could be reached by Uber or Subway and Bus. It takes a bit to get to Downtown but so on its a quiet house for sleeping because its outside of town. Great stay. Totaly recommend!

The room looks exactly like what's on picture! The location is really close to LGA airport which was what I was looking for to catch on my next morning flight. It was a nice little stay there, check in was really easy. The only little thing is that you can hear the room next to it and the room is really clean however the sheet is a little dirty. (Well I'm a girl so of course I care about those little details) Overall it's worth the value.

The room is very cozy and clean. The neighborhood is very friendly. I took an $7 Uber ride from LGA. Everything went smooth.

Juel's place is clean and quiet. There's water provided in the vestibule, which was great for midnight thirsts. The room provided basic necessities. It's super close to LGA, which has the NYCAirporter that could also take you to JFK too (and other places). Juel himself was pretty helpful (I was dropped off a few blocks away by mistake, and he woke up in the middle of the night to guide me to his place). Aside from that, the place is kinda far away from subway stations, the AC in my room can be intermittently noisy, and unless you're over 5'9", the light switch dangling from the ceiling fan can be difficult to reach without having to stand on the chair. In general, it's a great place for those who need a place to crash after a long day exploring NYC.

Would recommend the stay. An appealing and good clean property with nice comfy queen size bed and clean bathroom facilities. It's a little bit out of town though convenient by busses that run every 10 min or so. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Julian's place was pretty easy to get to. The room was simple, clean and private, and the bathroom, though shared, was pretty readily accessible. Overall, it was affordable and served its purpose well. The proximity to the bus stops was great, as well. Made getting to the city affordable in the local way.

The location is 10 min walk from the closest train station and is in a safe residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. Victor was not at the property in person but was always available via phone and helped us with self check in very efficient manner. The house and the room were ultra clean and seemed really cozy. I will defintely recommend friends to this place and will also surely come back.

All was perfect. It is a very nice and clean room, with tv, air conditioner, big bathroom, i really felt very good there. The place is near the metro so you can move easily to downtown. Also, Víctor is great, he wait for us in the exit of the subway and explained all about the neighborhood, the markets, foods, everything. it was a really good experience.

Victor’s place is a great value for the price! The location did seem like a bit of a culture shock, but we felt safe during our entire stay. The neighborhood could be a little loud during the day with traffic and music playing, but it was much quieter in the evening and night. His place was very comfortable and he made sure we made it safely and was very quick to respond to anything we needed. I think the closest transit stop was about a 15 minute walk away, but it was no problem and was one of the main subway lines that took us right into Manhattan. I would stay here again!

Victor was always available. We had issues with the toilet... Victor and his landlord came to the Airbnb and solved the problem immediately. Thank you for that!

Me and my friend, we really enjoyed our stay at Glenda's house. The rooms are exactly as described. The house is located on a beautiful, quiet street just off of St Nicholas Av, 5 min walk to subway. It's an historic area very beautiful and safe. Glenda is so beautiful and lovely. She gave us a great advice to where to go to listen good music and have a drink. We really appreciated. Glenda's house is a place to stay in NYC, definitely!!! :-)

Glenda´s place is very comfortable and communication with Glenda was very easy. The location is good - a walking distance from the metro, the neighbourhood seems safe.

We stayed at Glenda's for 4 days in December and our stay was quite comfortable. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house (3 flights of stairs). The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen areas are quite clean. There was also a desk to work on and she provided us with an extra cot for the third guest. The house is close to 2 subway stations- about 10 mins walk from her place, so it was very convenient for sight-seeing. Manhattan is about 15 minutes ride from the subway station. The place is close to City College and there are some really good cafes and restaurants around. The house is on a quiet street and I enjoyed walking around in the historic area, there are some beautiful old buildings and churches around. I recommend her place for a stay in New York and I would definitely like staying here again.

Glenda was the most amazing host and the home could not have been more warm, inviting, spacious, or well-situated. It is located on a beautiful, quiet street just off of St Nicholas that has an old-New York almost London-ish feel. The neighbours are friendly and the area is very safe. Glenda is incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure that she was there (even for my late arrival) and took me on a tour of her home as soon as I came in the door. The room was large and exactly as pictured. The entire house was kept very clean and the bathroom was in top condition. 145th street station for the ABCD trains is a 5-7min walk away and there is a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. within 10mins. This part of town is so rich with culture and I was fortunate to meet some amazing people. I felt very much at ease immediately and would not hesitate to stay again. Love the area, the people, and the host!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at Glenda's place. I will say that the room was mostly as advertised, and that overall it was a clean room and safe location. However, I was upset to find that there was no AC, even though it was advertised as having AC. Additionally, I found two cockroaches in the room a few days into my stay. Glenda initially addressed my concern by asking me to keep the window shut, as the roaches fly in through the window. But given that I would have to keep the window shut, I asked if she could install the AC as the weather was in the 80s and 90s when I visited. There was no response. I then messaged her asking if she could at least set up bug traps; again, no response. Then, almost humorously, she messaged me on the last day of my stay, stating that she hoped I had a comfortable stay, completely ignoring my previous requests and proceeding to provide me with instructions on check out. I regret to say that this was the worst experience I've had in the 25+ times I've been an Airbnb guest.

The hosts are nice and always ready to help. The place was clean and just like in the description. Self check-in/check-out: very nice instructions available after booking - read them! I walked (15 min) to the Newark Penn station everyday, from there there are nice and quick train connections to New York Penn station and World Trade Center. The district is not so nice and I didnt feel very safe walking around there. But anyway, simple and cheap accommodation. Just for sleeping is totally fine.

My stay was five days and it was lovely! I had no issues and would definitely stay there again.

The place is amazingly located. Just 10min by walk to Newark Penn station where you can easily get the train to NYC. Awesome neighbourhood, very secure and full of restaurants, markets and shops. Unbeatable place to stay, and Thiago was a very nice host. We will come back

Danielle was a great host, her room was very clean, she gave us shampoo and soap to wash ourselves, she gave us the different ways to go around the city and the interesting points to sightsee! Ahe was very available, replied in a matter of minutes to accomodate us and made it an overall very positive experience ! Would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to visit NYC without staying in the city !

Staying at Danielle's was the best decision ever! The room is cozy, very clean, air conditioned, and she is a wonderful and gracious host. I arrived late and she was still so accommodating and kind. Very thankful to have had the opportunity to stay before my long flight home the next morning.

Great place, quite and great privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the neighborhood is very safe and we were able to walk around the city, and walk to newark penn station to take a train into new york city. We did unfortunately run into inclement weather and our flight was cancelled, but Danielle and her husband were great about helping us find other accommodations. And the cat is incredibly adorable !!

Laura's place was a great find most especially if you are in Queens. We've been here twice now and Laura was always available to answer your needs. The place is very safe and affordable too.

I thought this was a great budget option for a one-night stay. Walkable from the subway, and I felt like the area was very family-friendly and safe. Laura was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Highly recommended!

The A/C doesn't work super well. It's okay to stay at for a night if you're going to the airport. In fact it's great for the airport. But I wouldn't recommend staying for more than 2 days.

The host says people over 6 foot shouldn’t rent this place but I’m 6’2 and fit fine! There’s only one area that I needed to duck but other than that it was very comfortable. Not an issue for tall guys/girls! Very responsive host and everything is attached to Alexa.

The place was really nice. It had some very nice amenities such as a beautiful tv, fast Wi-Fi, and the bed was so comfortable to lay on after a long day of traveling. When we were leaving, they said goodbye to us in person and helped with our luggage. They were very sweet!

This home is so airy and spacious, and decorated in the cutest, fresh style. We would have loved our stay if it weren’t for the location. Parking was very difficult—but the hosts (who were easy to reach with questions) did caution us that it was first come first serve, and we had to arrive late because we were helping my son with a nearby move. When my boyfriend walked back from parking around the block, he was heckled for being white by a group of people sitting outside. There were people angrily yelling and swearing at each other on the sidewalk under our window throughout the night and early in the morning. I personally would not be comfortable staying here again, and as someone who stays at AirBNBs a lot, I feel I owe other travelers my honest take on this.

Oliver’s place is super simple. You have your own space, right off the kitchen, but the kitchen, bathroom and room are separated, creating much more privacy then expected. Oliver is a kind guy, quick responses and late check in.

Oliver’s space was great! Location is perfect, easy trains, plenty of shops and food nearby. Space is as advertised and was perfect for my trip. Check in was easy and Oliver was quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely book again for a Brooklyn trip!

I had awesome 1 day stay in this place. The hosts are great and the location as well - you can take metro to Brooklin/Manhattan or walk via Williamsburg bridge directly to lower Manhattan. The place is clean, kitchen well equipped, internet working top, so if you look for accomodation for several days in centric location of NY, take this option!

Awesome location and great space. You technically have the whole place to yourself. Oliver was in and out to use the kitchen and bathroom, but we did not have any issues with that. Oliver's place is in a fun area of Brooklyn and it was easy for me to hop over to Manhattan when I wanted to. Check in and communication were easy and Oliver was very understanding about the time it took for me to get from the airport to meet him to get the keys. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The space is exactly as described! The only issue would be the squeaky bedroom door— not that it bothered me, but I tried to remain considerate as to not wake anyone. Nonetheless, expect a clean & secure stay!

The room is very close to the airport but not to NY city. There is only one bus for the airport and one to go to NY bus station. The house is very clean and the bed is good. The bathroom is clean and there are also the shampoo, the shower gel and body lotion if you forgot yours at home. Alexandra is a very kindly and available person. I suggest to rent her room to stay near NY with cheap cost.

Transportation: i commute daily by the train and the Journal Square PATH station as a starting point, bit of a walking distance. Amenities: great (AQUI) latin supermarket not too far, use yr map to find. If u need a quick snack or soda (diet coke 1 dollar), check out the nearest corner shop opposite this apartment. Skip the chinese food haha! Host response is lightning fast! Overall a good experience to stay in this part of town.

Quaint location, very close to PATH trains and straight shot into NYC. Bedroom was beautiful and very clean. Interior of place looked like it was straight out of an IKEA catalog. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet which was lovely for a good nights sleep after a long day touring NYC. The only issue was an overlap of parking reservations but that was taken care of by Martha who was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Alan was a responsive, hospitable, and considerate host. The location was accurate to the description and excellent. There was a bit of paint smell but only due to the fact that they recently renovated the place(I was in Room C and may have been less obvious in other rooms). Check-in/ Check-out was convenient and easy and overall was a nice place. Will try it out again next time!

Directions to enter the house and room are clearly explained in the app. $5 paid parking stickers are available from a vending machine at the library nearby our there is a parking lot for $10. There are some foods available for a small fee and some free things as well. Michelle is pleasant to speak to.
