Come and enjoy this bright little cocoon of 25m2. Ideally located 600 m from the RER A Noisy-Champs, which will take you to Disneyland or Gare de Lyon in 20 min and La Défense in 35 min. Close to all amenities. The university city of Marne la Vallée, and Centrex, are less than a kilometer walk away. The apartment overlooks the garden side with a balcony overlooking it.
