Balinese bungalow 50 m from the beach

Coconut tree bungalow in a small, very quiet street, a short walk to the beach and in the middle of a very tree-lined garden. The bungalow is air-conditioned, equipped with TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle. Bedding and towels provided. Outside, a kitchenette with a gas fire, some utensils and basic products are available. Our house is a few meters from the bungalow. We respect the peace and privacy of guests who can call on us at any time. The neighborhood is quiet, on the La Roche Percée Peninsula, between sea and river. Beaches, water sports, walks and discoveries of the surroundings (Turtle Bay, Domaine de Gouaro Deva and Poé Beach). The bungalow is 8 km from the village of Bourail, the beach of La Roche Percée is indicated, at the entrance of the house there is a sign "The Bungalow". Parking space is available.

Bambou studio

Vous serez accueillis dans un joli bungalow en bambou, rustique et équipé, dans un jardin paisible au centre de Poé. Un faré salon est à disposition dans le jardin. La plage est accessible par un petit chemin. Les petits + : draps, serviettes et café fournis, et vous pouvez acheter des confitures artisanales faites sur place ! Sur demande je peux rajouter un matelas pour un enfant. Le terrain est à partager avec un autre bungalow occupé et deux gentils toutous profitent également du jardin.

Small house in Poe

Our house is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 5 people (including children over 6 years old). There are 3 sleeping areas: 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine and two single mattresses on another mezzanine. It has 2 toilets, a heated outdoor shower and another indoor shower and an equipped kitchen. The little extras are the BBQ, the Fireplace, 2 kayaks, good internet speed (+ Netflix), the large covered terrace and access to the lagoon on foot.

Chalet F2 meublé avec une terrasse couverte une vue magnifique sur la vallée de Pouembout, dans un "cadre nature" et pour seul bruit la nature et animaux envoisinnant. Le chalet est équipé d'une cuisine avec plaque à gaz, frigo et micro-ondes. Vous serez totalement en autonomie pour vos repas. Aussi, une petite salle de bain privative, et une chambre climatisé avec lit double en 160cm. Un canapé/lit dans le module cuisine/salon. Le logement est équipé d'un réseau WiFi.

Charming villa located in a rural area, 5-7 minutes from the beaches of La Roche Percée and Poé and the Domaine de Déva (hiking) and 15 minutes from the village. High up on a hill, it enjoys the sea breeze and offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and the sky. Quiet and serene place (no parties please). House not suitable for children or pets. Note: The price for 2 people includes only one room. Possibility to rent the 2nd bedroom with a surcharge.

Nice little colonial house.

In the heart of the village of Bourail, you will enjoy a lovely little old and typical colonial house, made of wood, on one level with its garden. Air-conditioned rooms! 5-minute walk from all amenities. Reading and board games, barbecue, swimming, diving, hiking or biking on the beautiful site of Déva, surfing at Roche Percée, kitesurfing and kayaking in Poé, all between 10 and 20 minutes by car from the house. No TV but unlimited and free internet connection.

You will find everything you need for cooking : coffee maker, toaster, oven, barbecue, induction stove, dishes, pots, pans... A large furnished terrace will welcome you at the back of the house and a garden is available at the entrance. Bed linen is provided but not bath towels.
