The studio meets the description, a very quiet place with a beautiful view. Everything is set up so that we have n not cold! Veronique was most accomodating for hours, even though I have not been able to cross because of the holidays. By level against kitchen and bathroom it is rather spartan, do not be afraid of small country critters!

Housing consistent with the description. It is very bright, functional and very clean. It is ideally located in Sable where the center is a short drive within minutes. Jeremy was very helpful in the preparation of the stay. To recommend!

We had a great time in Sable sur Sarthe with Jeremy. Superb performance, quiet apartment, bright and very orderly. A small welcome booklet with all the places ... I highly recommend !!! Small message on arrival and return from Jeremy .... but positive!

Jeremy is really nice, it's very open about hours of entry and exit, doing everything possible to meet our requests (for example, I wanted coffee like Melitta, no problem he went to his mother m 'sought in one!). I already knew the apartment, last year, he redid his kitchen and changed a little decoration of the room, it's much more fun. It is an apartment very well for two, it's quiet lie can be, five minutes flat drive to the city center, not far from a supermarket, even if not the charm of the former. we can fully enjoy the weather, small terrace to capture sunlight, shutters to protect from heat (j (were there in the heat, there was good, closed shutters of course, it ' was much appreciated).

Sable sur Sarthe is a nice little town with a big castle and a lovely park. The apartment is located in the center of the city. It is quite like the pictures, clean, quiet and clear. I was very well received by Jeremy, also a great traveler! I spent 3 days and 3 nights very comfortable in this apartment. Jérémy even added an electric kettle for hot drinks quickly ready at all times! I recommend.

The accommodation is very clean, the ethnic decor suited us. An explanatory manual is presented with everything you need to know. And housing is identical to the photos.

A superb address on La Fleche! A very warm welcome from Roberta, a super quiet place in the city center. the apartment is rustic with lots of charm and a neat decor. The garden view is very nice. Nothing is missing. And the bed is comfortable :)

This is fantastic apartment in a very quiet village, attached to the owners' lovely house. The lake view is fantastic and makes you feel like you are in your own private grounds. There is a boat and my husband was also able to fish. It's a great location for visiting the Le Mans circuit. It's simple but has everything you need and is excellent value. Isabelle and her husband are both charming and very welcoming. Thank you!

Superb warm welcome from Isabelle. We only stayed one night but we slept very well. The apartment is really well decorated and it feels like home. Isabelle paufiné every detail which made this short stay very enjoyable! We will try to return any longer to enjoy the boat and the pool!
