Franklin is an amazing location for exploring the West Catskills and includes many breweries, restaurants, hiking trails and antique shops. We’re 3 miles outside Franklin, 15 minutes from Walton NY and 30 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.
