We have spent 3 nights at Montagnard's nice appartment. We were happy to stay at this brand new appartment, compared to the rather old-fashioned housing that is found elsewhere in the Alsace area. Montagnard was kind and helpful. Appartment could do with a finishing touch to make it perfect, lack of curtains outside the master bedroom could be annoying if you're staying with a bigger group. Ideal spot to go biking, hiking or visiting places like Colmar or Kayserberg.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique de ce logement. La vue est superbe. Le logement lui-même est récent et bien conçu. Il y a de très belles randos à proximité. On peut aussi faire de belles excursions sans faire trop de voiture (Kaysersberg, Colmar, etc). L'accueil est sympa.

Tout était fidèle à la description. Le cadre magnifique, le logement spacieux et comfortable. Le seul petit bémol - le craquement du parquet, mais cela personne n'y peut rien ;-))

Geweldig appartement om te verblijven. Alles is voorzien en goed in orde. De omgeving is prachtig en ideaal om tot rust te komen. De communicatie met de eigenaar ging heel vlot. Echt genieten!

Gîte exceptionnellement bien situé, au coeur de la nature, au calme, totalement dépaysant ! L'hôte n'a pas hésité à nous proposer des balades, des auberges pour aller manger, un barbecue au gîte, il y a également table et chaises pour profiter de la terrasse. Les photos ne mentent pas bien au contraire ! C'est spacieux et en même temps chaleureux, ambiance chalet garantie :-) Séjour en amoureux réussi :-) nous reviendrons !! A very lovely unit to stay in....with a wonderful view. The side road entrance is a bit hard to find at first, so pay attention to the directions....you have fridge and stove and complete privacy with a great view of the village below, the valley and old church...host, Anne, is very friendly and helpful....many thanks for a marvelous 4 night stay....Ian

Very nice and quiet place. Clean, well equipped apartment, proper size for two persons. Nice view to the green surroundings/landscape. Absolutely value for money. We will come back if we pass Colmar or the beautiful Kaysersberg again.

Disponibilité et discrétion d'Anne, prête à répondre aux moindres demandes. Pleins de belles choses à voir autour de Fréland sans avoir besoin de faire beaucoup de kms.

The house is located in small village, but it's really close to the most important parts of Alsace. The house is bigger than we expect. The jacuzzi was the unique disappointing part, it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend the house to all the couples that want to come to visit Alsace.

The gite in Orbey is well situated to explore the Alsac villages in the surroundings. All amenities were available but a bit basic except for the jacuzzi. Overall it lacks a bit of charme.

Fantastic location, plenty of space, close to amenities, well equipped kitchen, exceptional hot tub. Loads of beautiful wines to taste, exciting castles to explore and beautiful villages to visit. Thank you both for such a peaceful holiday.

Communication was good, with the car we could found the place without any problem . We did not have a fixed plan, so the place is very well located to visit other towns on the wine route and other landscapes like lake Blanc. Anne Clair and Antonio live on the next door, so if there is any issue they are there.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans ce studio tres propre et moderne donnant sur une jolie petite terrasse. Endroit calme et au pied des chemin de randonnées.le logement proche de jolies villages telles que eguisheim/kasersberg/riquewihr/colmar et a une heure de fribourg en Allemagne. Idealement situé! Isabelle est une hote qui communique facilement avec nous et a de l'attention pour ses locataires :) merci Isabelle!

Super studio avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Voiture indispensable cependant. Et le seul petit bémol c'est la télé et le wifi mais qui sont en cours d'installation donc rien de grave. Je recommande pour le calme la tranquillité et la vue surtout. Super souvenirs.

L'appartement d'Isabelle est lumineux, fonctionnel et a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Que ce soit une courte ou longue location vous vous sentirez à l'aise avec un vrai plus : une grande terrasse-jardin. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Alors ce logement est fait pour vous. Nous y avons passé mon épouse et moi 4 nuits et n'avons manqué de rien. A l'exception de 2-3 détails d'ordre pratique à régler, ce qui est tout à fait compréhensible puisque c'est nouveau pour les propriétaires, ce petit appartement est charmant. Encore merci à Isabelle pour sa communication rapide et sa souplesse, ainsi qu'à son frère pour son accueil chaleureux. Une bonne première expérience en logement particulier, qui a contribué à ce que nous passions un très chouette séjour !

Alain is a very nice and helpful guy! We had a good stay in his apartment. The scenery is awesome and we felt very comfy! If you want a real Vogeses experience, you can get it there!

Jacky and his wife were very friendly. Their studio is as expected, what you see is what you get! Very clean and modern studio. The kitchen and bathroom, the comfortable bed, all the utensils made this place a great place for us to stay.

Perfect getaway spot just outside the Alces towns. The room was immaculate - crisp and clean with amazing views over the valley. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view with some wine! The parking is right in front of the room. May be a bit tricky to find, so use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps and the coordinates listed in air BnB. The kitchen is very well decked out and you can definitely buy some groceries and cook there with the stove and oven. Jacky and his family are great hosts and although we spoke terrible French, they were more than happy to give us some advice on what to see and do, and be patient with us. It's a shame we only spent one night! I'm sure if we got to know each other a bit longer we'd have been sharing the wine and the deck every afternoon! So unless you plan on being right in the middle of one of the towns, this place is perfect. Thanks Jacky!

Tout était conforme à la description. Un très joli studio bien équipé, une literie confortable et une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires très gentils et discrets avec de petites intentions. Nous avions une terrasse privative. Aux alentours, nous avons pu visiter les nombreux villages, les lacs..... Il y en a pour tous les goûts! Une adresse a gardé dans son agenda... Nous y reviendrons !

Excellent accueil dans ce studio qui est parfaitement bien équipé et meublé avec beaucoup de gout. Le lit est très confortable et on ne manque de rien. Everything was as advertised the location was great, Gilbert was a nice guy who told us we could call him if we needed anything. He gave us some tips and nice places to visit. The apartment is nicely renovated. Contains 1 big room with a kitchen and bedroom/living room with a couch that can be used as a bed. One thing that we missed in the kitchen is the fact that there was no freezer or oven but that's about it. Nice place, friendly host, clean bathroom and a nice view.

Gilbert was the perfect host. Friendly, respectful and with an eye for detail. The flat is exactly as shown on the photos. It is beautiful and clean with modern artworks and facilitates everything you need. Located in a beautiful woodland area the apartment provides a perfect place for hiking or bike touring and exploration of Alsace in general. We defiantly would stay there again.

This was definitely one of my best AirBnB experiences. I would give it 6 stars if I could! Gilbert was absolutely great. He is a very welcoming and kind host, always willing to help you make the most out of your stay. The flat has stunning high views of the forest (which you can enjoy from the bed) and is absolutely great for a couple with or without children. It is perfectly located in a peaceful area really close by to most of the most interesting villages in Alsace. We absolutely loved it. C'était vraiment l'une de mes meilleures expériences AirBnB. Je lui donnerais 6 étoiles si je le pouvais! Gilbert était absolument génial. Il est un hôte très accueillant et gentil, toujours prêt à vous aider à tirer le meilleur parti de votre séjour. Gilbert was a good host. We were really satisfied with our stay in Trois Epis / Turckheim and would definitely come back. The apartment ist nice, and the place is a good starting point for hiking trips in Alsace, but you need to have a car to get around. There is a really nice bakery nearby.

Very friendly host that welcomed us. They have a lovely basement flat with a sunny garden in the hills of the Vosges. The flat was very convenient and had everything you would need. The village has a local bakery with great walks near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jacques and Daniele were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome by leaving us a bottle of local wine and a small gift for our baby (which was a very sweet gesture). The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: new, clean and in a beautiful and quiet location. The shower was really great and we had everything we needed in the house: washing machine, ironing board, toaster, coffee machine and other amenities. The surroundings are really breathtaking and all cities of the wine route (such as Kaysersberg, Riquewihr and Ribeauvillé) are easy to reach by car. We would highly recommend Jacque and Daniele's place to friends and family!

Jacques and Daniele were vey accomodating and the best hosts. They made us feel very welcome and really added to our trip in a great way; helping with ideas about where to go, what to see, where to eat, local specialities.... We really had a great time with them, really accomodating to your needs; whether you want to be left alone or need more assistance. Jacques and Daniele live in a separate house, but were around if you needed anything and were more than happy to help. We had the privilege of joining them for a couple of evenings, eating local food (flammekueche) and sharing their personal collection of wine. We had a courtesy Alsace Champagne bottle and nibbles (Thank you J&D!) in the appartment and were provided with sunlounges and our own barbecue. The location is wonderful. You have the mountainous scenery, typical houses of the region set in a quaint little village. A private covered garage space was allocated to us (important as we had a hire car). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at Jacques et Daniele. The apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped. Location is great, 10 minutes to Kaysersberg, 15 to Riquewihr, 20 to Colmar, 40 to the Monkey mountain and Haut-Koenigsbourg. We've received a welcome bottle of local wine and our little one a toy from the lovely couple. We really felt welcome and like at home and will certainly come back.

Jacques' place is a lovley and well equipped one bedroom apartment with direct access to a garden with a wood fired bbq and outdoor seating. It's a picturesque and tranquil part of the Alsace close to historical villages and mountain hikes.

Alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu eingerichtet. Jacques und Danièle waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Die einzige Enttäuschung bestand darin, dass im Lac Blanc und im Lac Noir das Baden verboten ist. Aber darüber hätte man sich natürlich vorher selbst informieren können.)

Lieve en aardige verhuurders, we konden altijd bij hun terecht met vragen over het weer, over een goed restaurant of wat dan ook. Prima appartement; alles is aanwezig en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen.

We were met on arrival by Francoise who showed us all that we needed to be shown. The apartment was lovely; location was fabulous-----great view and a lovely quiet site. It's a splendid place for a relaxing holiday with plenty of interesting spots to visit within easy driving distance. There were plenty of brochures to give ideas in the apartment and Francoise provides a detailed large scale map of the area, which was very helpful for plotting out cycle routes. The road biking here was really good.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and good quality bedding and towels etc. And good travel cot provided. Great outdoor area with views and a play area our 2 year old loved. Friendly yet unobtrusive host, good communication.

Francoise var meget imødekommende og venlig, inden turen svarede hun hurtigt på spørgsmål. Boligen jeg havde bestilt var forholdsvis lille til fire voksne, så hun foreslog vi tog hendes anden lejlighed. Dette valgte vi at gøre og det var vi glade for. Udsigten var meget bedre og lejligheden en del større.

Sarah and Damien's place is prefect, located in the hills above Colmar, it is a prefect place to escape. Waking up to bird song every morning and a view to die for. It was a vertiable cocoon. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Le logement de Sarah et Damien est un véritable petit cocon niché dans les montagnes. L'appartement est cosy avec tout le nécéssaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les grandes baies vitrées offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et c'est un vrai bonheur de se réveiller avec un tel panorama ou encore de regarder les étoiles la nuit venue. Ce lieu offre une sérénité et la sensation d’être hors du temps. Des cartes sont mises a disposition pour connaitre les ballades aux alentours ce qui est un plus (nous vous conseillons de regarder un coucher de soleil depuis le Galtz, cela vaut le détour). Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré Sarah et Damien, ils ont toujours étés accessibles et à l'écoute. C'est le concierge de l'immeuble qui nous a accueillis (et il est super sympa ! ) Nous sommes donc ravis de notre séjour et le recommandons les yeux fermés, Marine et Edouard

Group/family friendly, this house was perfect for a "girl's trip" then family visit. Tracy met us upon arrival and made us feel quite at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. All facilities were comfortable and the views were just amazing. We were so happy to stay here and will again when we return to the area.

Good place for a trip to the vosges with kids. We had a good time there. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has a cozy atmosphere. Just down the road is a very good bakery. We were welcomed not by Len but by co-hoast Tracy, wich even put fresh flowers for us! She answered every question we had within minutes via airbnb.

Un beau et grand chalet situé au calme et à proximité de plusieurs chemins de randonnées (nous avons fait l'allé-retour au lac blanc dans la journée). Len et sa famille sont des gens charmants qui vous laisseront profiter tranquillement du logement mais sauront vous apporter leur aide si vous en avez besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement situé au cœur de Kaysersberg, un village alsacien plein de charme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir dès que l'occasion se représente !

Jean nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de blanc d'Alsace en cadeau de bienvenue et nous a fait faire le tour de l'appartement. Super logement en plein centre historique de kaysersberg. Une decoration soignée avec tout le nécessaire a disposition. Jean et charléne sont disponibles et répondes rapidement a la moindre question. Mon ami et mes deux petits chiens avons hate de revenir dans cette belle région :)

We had the most pleasant stay in Laurence's AirBnb. The beautiful and stylish restorated farm is located on a beautiful hillside in one of the most charming regions of France: The Alsace. This is the ultimate place for nature lovers big and small, with goats on the farm and deer, badgers and foxes in the forest surrounding it. You have a small, private livingroom on top of a beautiful bedroom. The whole house is renovated with the most respect for the region and original farm-style elements. Highly recommended! Senne

We had little communication problems, because we don't speak french and owners are not great in english. But this 2 days stay was one of the best during our vacation. The house is really great and big, the family is very nice and the place is really fantastic. We also had a great romantic experience, when Laurence lighted the candles in the bathroom, after we said we are planning to take a bath. Exactly, like you can see on the photo! Strongly recommend for those, who are tired in the big city and want to have a great relaxation in the nature side

I enjoyed my stay with at 'Les Gavelous' very much. The farm is beautifully located on a hillside. The directions you get from (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) are a bit off. My suggestion is to go the bakery "Le Turlupain", this is very easy to find on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps. From there you go straight ahead up the mountain. The first street on your left is a dead end. The second street on you left is the way up their house. (Make sure you are in first gear if you drive a stick :-)). Laurence and Pierre are very welcoming and friendly people. You have a salon, a bedroom and a toilet for your own. The bathroom and kitchen are shared, but I found no trouble with that.

Laurence's place was realy nice and clean. Her husband waited for us and showed around the house. They were all realy friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed staying there.

The place of Laurence is a very quiet place in the middle of the nature. I have enjoyed the time staying there as well as Laurence's hospitality. I strongly recommend staying there.

The family was very lovely and hospitable. We had a great stay and would come back!

Monique is a wonderful hostess. The house is spacious and the environment is wonderful. All facilities are there. I will definitely return here.

Right in the middle of nature! Beautiful! Nice house, suitable for everything we needed. Right in the forest, so you can go out on the bike to follow the mountainbike routes and close to the Cols for the road biking routes.

Monique's place is wonderfully peaceful. The location is remote, but this is the very charm of it. Plenty of rooms,beds and bathrooms for all of us, and a big kitchen where we could all sit at a big table. Monique greeted as very warmly, you can also reach her anytime on your way in case you get lost. Access to the house is on an unpaved road, but if you follow the wooden signs saying Domaine du Lomberg and drive carefully you will have no problem reaching the house

Monique was such a great host!!! We got a bit lost but she came and got us to lead us to the house!! The home was amazing and felt just like home! Everything was so beautiful in the area and the home! Would absolutely stay there again!

Nous étions très bien accueillis. Monique nous a guidé pour trouver la maison (car notre GPS n’était pas très fiable dans la compagne). Elle nous a bien expliqué toutes les détails de maison et aussi nous a montré les alentours. Elle est très communicative et de bonne humeur. La maison correspond bien à ce qu’a été écrite. Elle est très bien équipée et surtout très bien située. La maison est au milieu de la nature et avec la vue magnifique. Effectivement pour y accéder, on empreinte des routes en terre qui en soit ne pose pas de problème. Nous avons fait des randonnes en allant vers le lac noir et lac blanc (15min en voiture). Et pour des coures la ville Orbey est tout près (10 min voiture). Et la route de vin et ses villes sont à 30min en voiture.

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable à l'occasion d'un EVJF. La maison est propre et la décoration très soignée. N'hésitez pas à venir vous ressourcer au Domaine du Lomberg !

Host was very welcoming and nice. She recommended us places to visit. Place is very clean, nice and cozy and neighbourhood is very quiet. We had great time staying in Keysersberg and we would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

This is a small charming apartment equipped with everything we needed. It is very close to the center of Kaysersberg. We stayed there in the middle of a heat wave and it was a blessing to have the air conditioner.

The place is very cute and perfect for 2-4 people. It was clean and we even received complimentary wine which is produced by the owners family. It is a beautiful area and easily accessible by bicycle and car. We rented bikes and rode through the vineyards and sampled the different wines. That was very. The owner is very nice and even though she was unavailable at the time we arrived, she arranged for the key to be available to enter her place. Great place to stay!

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Regine war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haeuschen ist gemuetlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt.

Très chouette endroit. Bien situé pour visiter les différents villages alsacien ainsi que les vignes. Super accueil (la bouteille de riesling ainsi que les oeufs en chocolat à notre arrivée ont été très appréciés). Le pavillon était bien équipé. Chouette décoration de Pâques. Nous y retournerons. Info importante Régime est agréable, serviable et disponible.
