Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

Our cosy little end-terrace is situated in the heart of the village with a castle tea room & 2 family pubs. Our guests also enjoy hiking, cycling, exploring Welsh countryside - Offa's Dyke handy for A5 & the orthopaedic hospital. Remote workers have a desk upstairs with tree top view. The shower/toilet is downstairs. NB: the old stairs are unsuitable for toddlers & the infirm. There may be some cosmetic imperfections while gradually making improvements.

Cosy and comfortable cottage in the heart of Ellesmere. Plenty of character - original part of the building dating back to the late 1700's but with all the modern amenities you could wish for. Beautiful surroundings with Mere and canal walks close by. Ellesmere has pubs, eateries and independent shops and is served by supermarkets, all within just minutes walking.
