Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place close to the city (about 5 km to the center) of relaxation . The separate apartment consists of bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as its own small shower room with toilet as well as a beautiful garden with sitting area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Further training facilities are located in the vicinity: Occupational therapy, hearing aid acoustics approx. 5 min.,Uni 15 min. fairground approx. 7 min.

Ein idealer Standort um zu Fuß Wanderungen zu unternehmen und einzukehren in den Hütten im Pfälzer Wald. Die Belegung ist ausgelegt entw. für 2 Erw.und 2 Kinder oder 3 Erw. This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek.
