Cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, lavadora, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. A 18 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa de la Zurriola y 25 minutos a pie del casco viejo. ¡Tambien se puede coger el autobus n. 9 cada 15 minutos en frente del apartamento que lleva al centro!

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street which is a recognized pintxos area and meeting point after work. Just in front of the main door there is a gym for those who want to play sports; the beach is at the end of the street for those who want relax and surf; and business travelers are next to the Kursaal Convention Center. Those who come with children have a small park at a 1 minute walk and another park much bigger at a 2 minutes walk. There are 2 nearby supermarkets and 2 parkings.

The apartment is very well located in the center of the village. Communication is excellent. Bus stop 20 meters in both directions to San Sebastian and Irun. "Topo" line (similar to the metro) 100 meters, to San Sebastian and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any railway connection. Errenteria is a villa with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We don't have a beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km. for 20 minutes and that's it.
