It might not be the prettiest apartment building you've ever laid eyes on, but the location in Karlshagen is excellent and the place itself is perfect for a couple of days on the Baltic Sea. Tilo and his father were friendly, responsive, and accommodating and the apartment had everything we needed to have a nice stay on Usedom. Highly recommended!

I booked this place for my dad, and he told me that the place was very clean and nice, and the owners were organised and reliable. But I have to say, once the booking was agreed they told me there would be a 30 euros cleaning charge. This was a bit cheeky, since that wasn't anticipated before the deal went through. I think they should really include their cleaning charge on AirBnB so you get a fairer impression of the overall price.

Its a great place to stay several days and enjoy the beach. The family is really kind and helpful. Really recommended!! :-)

Tilos Vater Ernst und der nette Nachbar Hr. Schubert haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Befindet sich inmitten eines Mehrparteienhauses. Ernst Kracht schickte mir mein liegengelassenes Kleid sofort und kostenlos nach Hause! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, sehr gemuetlich, sauber und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet, super Lage in direkter Strandnaehe. Tilos Vater hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, war hilfsbereit und grosszuegig! Rundum zufriedenstellend und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis.

Alles war wie beschrieben, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt - Tilos Vater hat alles gut und verständlich erklärt und war meinen Wünschen gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen. Der Blick auf das Wäldchen und die Ruhe haben mir gut getan.

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die nette Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Lage war absolut top und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Vielen lieben Dank für die schönen Tage die wir in der Wohnung verbringen durften.

the accommodation was good and clean. the distance to the beach and harbor (inland water) is still more than expected to foot. no car to get there is a fix (we had fortunately this one, but on the first evening went off on foot and were loooong run on, also because the kitchen in most restaurants to make already at 21h! attention!) the contact with Sebastian was very nice and the keys without in wolgast has worked well. only the boiler did not really give all three of us always warm shower water (after the brief shower was one person, the water only partly warm) but that should be probably occurred for the first and so I think we just pitch. all in all, a nice stay!

Overall, a very nice apartment in a quiet location. It is recommended to take a car or bikes. The contact with Bastian was always friendly. All queries were answered promptly. Many Thanks!

We - three adults and two children - we felt comfortable in the house. There was plenty of room, also once so as to draw back and also the distance to the beautiful beach was not a problem for our sometimes running rotten kids. Thank You!

el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y era realmente todo lo que necesita. la entrega de llaves funcionaba muy bien sin ningún problema. La ubicación es muy tranquila en el borde del bosque y en 20 minutos estábamos en pie en la playa para perros. un aparcamiento delante de la Casa.

The house and the location is great. A little off the beaten path a few meters ahead. The check and the communication was no problem. The only drawback: it was at the beginning to cool in the house. That we were able to quickly catch up with the fireplace. We had a few nice days in Karlshagen. Gern wieder.

Gabriele's place is a beautiful new home with all the modern conveniences (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, etc.) and upscale furnishings. Quick drive or a short (20 minute) walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. Loved the house and really enjoyed our first visit to Usedom Island.

Gabriele and Emil looked after very warm around us. The house is a dream. In particular, the equipment is perfect and leaves no wish unfulfilled. Sauna, incl. Wood, Wireless, modern equipment and more, the hotel offers. The location is good. You can reach the sea and the center of Karl Hagen in a few minutes. We will be back.

Das war eines der allerschönsten Airbnbs, die ich bisher gesehen habe. Vor allem die Hochwertigkeit der (noch neuen) Einrichtung hat uns sehr beeindruckt und trägt zum Wohlgefühl bei. Küche, Bäder toll, sogar eine Sauna gibt es, sehr bequeme Betten und Decken/Bettwäsche garantieren guten Schlaf, es ist wunderbar hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Viel Terrasse, die wir zwar ob des Wetters noch nicht so nutzen konnten, aber man kann es sich vorstellen, wie schön das im Sommer sein muss. Und noch dazu so geschmackvoll, mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet + obendrein eine perfekte, sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch Gabriele. Vielen Dank! Kann man nur unbedingt weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne!
