Location and accomodation exceeded our expectations. Small attentions such as fresh fruit, wine etc surprised us on arrival. The decor was very tasteful and leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace and the view over the valley and the sea is awesome. Despite the quiet location one is in 20 minutes by car in San Lorenzo al Mare on the beach, who would rather walk on a 4 kilometer long walk. Lingueglietta also offers a good starting point for a few small circular walks. The place was very well maintained, with two restaurants and a small market on Saturday morning. Vulvio and Gloria are very accommodating hosts and their tips were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

If you like to lower the volume of speed in your Daily life, shift in time, focus on your senses, then this might fit you well!! You will find yourself surrounded by Olive trees, ancient architecture, little ways to walk down the hill and ahead of you: the sea! The hosts welcomed us friendly and very supportive. Fulvio and Gloria are wonderful guests: cordial, divertanti, cultured, erudite, well lovely people! They were accommodated for two weeks and from the moment of arrival until the end they made us feel completely welcome and at home. Also the apartment is cozy and offers everything you need. Supratutto the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful. Lingueglietta is very pretty with all the sandstone architecture and enjoys a perfect location with Imperia and Genoa to the east, Turin in the north and west to San Remo and Nice. At the end there we wanted to go more and we'd love to visit Fulvio and Gloria a 'other time!

The "Vela Verde" is an exceptional place where there is a lack of nothing. The rooms are above average clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts surpass your hospitality anything we've experienced before. The place Lingueglietta has also exceeded all expectations. No hotels nearby and absolute peace. The right place to kick back and experience Italy. We would all recommend this special place to vacation and will certainly come back next year.

We were warmly welcomed by Fulvio and Gloria, with delicious and fresh local produce. The accommodation has been lovingly restored and charming, respecting traditional building techniques. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace surrounded by aromatic plants and shaded by an old olive tree. Housing as the village is very quiet, conducive to rest. Splendid view of the sea which is only a few kilometers. We found a beautiful beach accessible even for dogs, Costarainera, just after San Lorenzo al Mare (nice coffee and good Oasis restaurant Il Veliero just above). Lingueglietta also offers two great restaurants worth visiting; to mention it does not offer other coffee like infrastructure, power and pharmacy. The town certainly deserves its name "the most beautiful villages in Italy". At the same time very close to the sea and already in the hinterland, near other beautiful villages as Cipressa and Pietrabruna for example. For those staying more than a few days, you have to go to San Remo or Imperia to stock up sufficiently. Note that the entire area is still very touristy in August, and it offers opportunities for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Highly recommended: quiet, stylish apartment with old vaulted ceilings. Practically furnished kitchen. Basic equipment with spices, oil, vinegar etc. was exceeded by further snacks and fruit far. Lovingly cultivated small garden, in the changing places all day long also a shady spot with great view is. The hosts are very attentive and adorable. Although we met only on one of seven days in person, Fulvio was in constant mail contact with us. He has provided us with a wealth of information on the subject of industrial culture in Oneglia. Fulvio and Giorgia are the most perfect hosts one can possibly hope for. They took their time to give us their precious advice on what to do, where to go and what to see. Fulvio is very passionate and knowledgeable in the history, geography and culture of his country in general and of Liguria and Lingueglietta in particular. We made very good use of his advice. The village is an amazing place, small but covered with a centuries-old patina of history. Walking along its silent and well-kept alleyways is an experience we enjoyed repeating at various times of the day. In contrast, a 15 minute drive by car or with the bus takes you to the seaside with sandy, protected beaches and a lively summer night life. The stay at Vela Verde itself was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The independent flat with the lovingly maintained front garden terrace is very charming and more beautiful in real life than the photos can express. It blends wonderfully with its surroundings and has everything one can possibly need during a holiday being very well equipped with various appliances, kitchen utensils and other creature comforts. Fulvio also very kindly provided fruit, coffee and and other basics foodstuffs which we highly appreciated arriving on a late afternoon on Saturday after after a very long journey by car. Having breakfast on the garden terrace sitting under an old olive tree and enjoying the view is magical and provides moments which make life worth living for. We hope to be able to repeat the experience in the near future.

The apartment is lovely located in a medieval village with a great view to the sea. The terrace is spacious with a lot of flowers. We very much enjoyed our breakfast and dinner there. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean. Fulvio and Gloria were perfect hosts! When we arrived in the late evening, there was a basket with everything we needed for our first breakfast. Fulvio informed us about every interesting event in the region so that we were able to get helpful insights into the festivals and markets there. We highly recommend Fulvio´s apartment!

The unit described is the reality and we appreciated the cleanliness and space offered. Angela is friendly. For those wishing to find the quiet, constant noise from the highway can be annoying.

We spent 4 nights up in the hills and away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the resorts down below. Angela and her husband Maurizio have created a rural escape in an area bursting with nature. Our 5 year old daughter fell in love with dogs that live on the property. They were lovely animals and very gentle. The drive up to the property was on smaller roads than many of us Brits are used to, but only minutes away from the main resort town below and well worth the escape to nature. The actual village with a few bars and restaurants was accessible by foot, although we always used our car. The apartment had plenty of space and very comfortable beds. One tip would be to bring a travel kettle (we did) or if not you will just need to boil a pan. In the mornings we had breakfast on the patio next to the lemon tree ... wonderful. Our daughter also hunted out fresh almonds which we all enjoyed. All in all an escape from the masses in August. Perfect!! :-)

We have our short break for mountain biking at Angela very enjoyed. The Appartemnt corresponded exactly to the description and photos on Airbnb and is very well maintained and clean. In addition to the reception were more doses of espresso cook for themselves and provided cookies and water :-) Angela and her husband are overall extremely nice and good host. They asked us for example. Every day whether everything was okay without being obtrusive. Should it ever arise the situation, we would therefore always ready again to rent a Appartemnt at Angela. I can the hotel really highly recommend!

We had a great time in the apartment from the Provençal flavor surrounded by olive trees and with panoramic sea views. Our little was found at his home, and also we are found ourselves comfortable. In 15-20 minutes you are at sea, and in the evening you can enjoy peace and silence. In the house is everything, even a tasting of its oil production ... Honorable mention goes to our host Angela, his courtesy and availability and, last not least, to its homemade breakfast (among other things: croissants and cream scream hazelnut!). To try. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sogar die Matratzen waren tip top sauber. In der Küche waren Pfannen, Töpfe, Backofen sehr sauber. Auch das Bad war modern und sauber eingerichtet. Was uns sehr verblüfft hat ist das wir viele Wasserflaschen hatten, Nudeln, Essig, Öl, Spülmittel... All das war da als wir ankamen. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Spacious, bright, furnished in a simple but nice and pretty (ikea), with stunning views of the sea and the hill below. Below is a restaurant and on pure..noi stayed in the Easter holidays ... so obviously we heard a little noise of tables and chairs on the head .. but in acceptable times. The only drawback shower .. in need of a little 'maintenance (ditto perhaps for the boiler: it was rare to get the hot water). I do not know if we will be back; the area is very beautiful, lush, and the cottage cute ... maybe for a couple of days is fine, but for a longer period would personally prefer an establishment with more comfort (soft beds .. a nice shower ..)

L 'apartment is as described. We l 'we found very nice, clean and with all the' needed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom and twin beds are spacious. The bathroom is small but functional. L 'hot water works. There is a lovely little terrace to relax. The location is beautiful and scenic, in a context typical of the 'Ligurian hinterland (memory that is located in one of the most beautiful towns in Italy !!!). L 'apartment is located above a small restaurant and in a restaurant. The sea is about 8 minutes by car (San Lorenzo al Mare) and here you can rent bikes to make the pedestrian (24km). E 'can also make beautiful excursions that leave from the church square where you will find an information panel. We recommend all this place! I forgot ... Alessandra was very helpful and nice!

Отличные апартаменты на 2-м этаже 3-х этажного дома. Находится в центре деревни. На машине до моря около 20 минут. Регулярно ходит общественный транспорт, остановка прям рядом с домом. Этажом выше и ниже, находятся два местных ресторана. Но шума они не доставляют. Сами апартаменты как на фотографиях, есть все необходимое. Кондиционера нет, но он и не нужен, и так довольно комфортно даже в жаркую погоду. Очень приятное, тихое место. Алессандра была на связи, помогла при позднем заезде. Всем рекомендую.

The house is very nice and welcoming, just like the pictures. The village of Castellaro is picturesque, not far from the beach (10/15 minutes drive from the beaches). The host was very helpful for a number of clarifications and I always received immediate response to my questions. I believe the very positive experience and would recommend this accommodation to take into consideration if you plan to spend a few days in Liguria!

The apartment is absolutely nice, cozy and comfortable and has averything you need! Sea is just 10 minuts by car and view from the balcony is gorgeous. Although it is was hot weather we didn't feel any discomfort because of windows jalousie and good air movement. Special thanks for welcoming plate of fruits)))

After a brief search of the house in Castelaro we were taken warmly by Franka with some Italian delicacies in reception and guided by the apartment incl. All tricks for parking and using the Heißwasserbeulers and to complete the doors ... The photo does not promise too much> The panorama from the balcony is amazing and we loved the morning for breakfast and wine in the evening again. Our tip for your stay: > Try the restaurant at the entrance: Clear recommendation > Take your time one morning and climb the trail up the mountain to the little church of San Salvatore: brilliant panoramas will reward your effort :) We wish you lot of fun.

A superb setting perched among the olive trees where we spent a very pleasant stay. The welcome of Francesco and Maria was fantastic. The apartment is very nice with its terrace overlooking the pool. The kids loved the introduction to Francesco carpentry. Still thank you to Francesco for everything he has done !!!

We made stops at Francesco and it was lovely to be welcomed and diving into the pool after 10am drive! The house is very rustic and secluded and very pleasant. Very close to nature. Required to have a car but 20 minutes from the highway and down the small village worth seeing. The apartment has everything that it takes and Francesco garden is already a change of scenery by itself.

Beautiful little hamlet (the "true peace" and down the Ligurian tourism) at the edge of a hill of olive trees. Francis welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, it has also helped us carry our luggage. The village where it is located his apartment is surrounded by olive trees, silence is the quiet of home. The apartment is small but full of the essentials. The swimming pool for guests is beautiful and from there you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and even the sea in the distance. Council to bring a flashlight to go home or walk around at night. I wanted to have a little 'more time to be able to better appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

We had great time at Francesco and Laura's. The house is nestled in olive grove valley in a medieval hamlet for a very authentic Italian experience. You can't park right next to the house but it's not an issue at all. Francesco transports your luggage for you and the car-free feel only adds to the secluded feel of the place. It was perfect for our family as the place is so child friendly with lots of tricycles and inflatables for the children to use. Francesco knows the best places to go for ice cream or pizza with children and generally couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful to us. Highly recommended.

The reception of Francis indeed his daughter Martina I was always kind and exceptional provisions of any request, we felt at home and pampered. The photos do not reflect the place since it goes beyond the pictures that does not do justice to this little piece of paradise nestled in the Ligurian hinterland and close to the sea. Logement très agréable en haut dans les collines à quelques kilomètres de la plage de taggia qui est tout aussi agréable. On peut y trouver quelques commerces de proximité. L'appartement dispose d'un jardinet qui est appréciable car on y passe la majorité du temps. Cependant il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer près du logement. De plus il manque quelques équipements pour faire la cuisine.

We arrived here by chance, after discovering with disappointment that another country had lost our reservation ... Stefano greeted us with very short notice and we did find the apartment clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay: sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchen and wi-fi. Recommended for medium to long stays, even with small children (on demand, in fact, you can have a cot). It is not the sea, is more inland, but is easily reached by car and is max 10 minutes from the beaches of Santo Stefano al Mare.

Everything perfect .... really nice and new apartment with all the amenities .... Also the village of Terzorio is a gem .... to prove without any doubt ....

What can we say... Everything was as easy and comfortable as it should be. Ola was always available via mobile phone when we had any questions concerning the apartment and answered fast. The apartment itself is perfect for four people. Is has a big bedroom with two beds and a living room with a big couch so there is enough space for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pans, pots and plats - so there is everything you need to prepare a good diner ;) The best part of the apartment though is the balcony! You have a great view on the green hills and the blue sea. We spent almost every evening sitting there and watching the sun go down. Castellaro is a neat little city about 10-15 minutes away from the sea and is surrounded by a lot of hills. There is a little grocery store and a very nice restaurant with great pizza and pasta. The next bigger city is Arma di Taggia, where you can find a big supermarket and some petrol stations. There is a market every Monday where you can find fresh vegetables, cheese, ham and lots of other things. We really enjoyed our stay in Castellaro and send a big thank you to Ola!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Ola. La terrasse est vraiment agréable, la vue est superbe et on est au calme. Castellaro est un village très sympa et la région est intéressante et jolie à visiter. Concernant l'appartement, tout ce qui est nécessaire y est, rien à dire. Nous pensons néanmoins qu'il faudrait plutôt indiquer qu'il y a une chambre et un séjour avec canapé plutôt que 2chambres, et il serait sympa pour les prochains de réparer la chasse d'eau. Ce n'est pas grand chose comparé au très bon séjour que nous avons passé. Merci Ola et bonne continuation ! We had a great time in Ola apartment . The terrace is really nice, the view is great and it is quiet. Castellaro is a very nice town and the area is interesting and nice to visit. Regarding the apartment, all that is required ,nothing to say . Nevertheless, we believe it would rather indicate that there is a bedroom and a living room with sofa rather than 2 rooms, and it would be nice for the next repair the flush. This is not much compared to the great time we had . Ola thank you and good luck !
