The location of the flat is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking trips. Most beautiful panoramic view of Bavaria on Hohenpeißenberg (approx. 70 minutes walk, car 10 minutes) Distance to the train station about 15 minutes walk, supermarkets about 5-10 minutes. Restaurants are about 1-3 km away. The numerous lakes can be reached in about 30 minutes by car in about 30 minutes by car. Munich, Garmisch-Partenk., Augsburg, Füssen (royal castles) are about 40-60 km away. Enjoy your stay in the Alpine foothills of the Alps.

Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly outside the front door. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights.
