We had a great week at Claudia. The way to the house is curvy, long and not available in the navi but for that you will end up with a bombigen pool and a fantastic view. The apartment is nicely divided and in the kitchen everything is necessary. Nothing was the best place for us. In the evening we did not feel comfortable in the living kitchen. But that is rather individual feeling. Claudia was always tried and always attainable even if it unfortunately happened that dates were not kept. We definitely had a great time and would love to come back!

En plus vous êtes très bien accueillis avec une délicieuse bouteille de vin ;-) Vous êtes en pleine nature entouré des cigales et des oliviers. A noter à 20 minutes de marche un restaurant familial au cœur d'un petit village authentique. Que demander de mieux !

Very nice, clean and good equipped house with a lovely view for the mountains, lake and sea. You can find there green garden with a place to eat a breakfast, drink coffee or spend an evening time under big umbrella. Magic place! Francesca's apartment was our 10th Airbnb on our travels and the best yet. The pictures fail to capture the excellence of the space provided, the fantastic setting high on a hill or the quality of the furnishings and fittings. The accommodation was impeccably clean, the linens and towels plush and the extra touches such as breakfast snacks, drinks and soaps greatly appreciated. The rustic-looking kitchen belies the stainless steel appliances, the marble bench and the beautiful orange Smeg fridge that kept our beer icy cold. Having two well-appointed bathrooms was an indulgence and the bed was super comfortable. Francesca was wonderfully accommodating, fitting our teenage daughter in when she flew into Milan at late notice for her University holidays. The view from the outdoor area is stunning and the neighbourhood is quiet (apart from the odd truck horn on the tight corners). Being able to park off road was also reassuring. This Airbnb is simply excellent.

We had the most amazing experience with Francesca and her family. 5 star hosts! The downstairs unit was beautiful and pristine. We woke to an amazingly sunny day and could enjoy our morning coffee in the outside area. Photo's don't do it justice- it is better in real life!

Francesca available and exquisite as helped us to appreciate this region, crossing the sea, the mountains, the Tuscan countryside and beautiful cities. The house is beautiful and very well decorated, stunning views, and everything to that one feels like home, houses cupcakes from the oven to the cooling in the fridge. The equipment of the house is perfect, until the small office with crayons for children. We found all commodities and sometimes more. We will return with great pleasure! Francesca was awesome. Comunication was great, we had detailed coordinates for our arrival. She has been flexible with time, because of there were a huge traffic jams. We´ve been very warm welcome. Her place is amazing house in hills with wonderfull view. Apartment is cute, very well equiped. Definitelly recommend !!!

Francesca was perfect un'host, greeted us with a smile and with all the amenities, including hand-made cookies for breakfast! It was available to give us directions to his house, located in a wonderfully peaceful and scenic place, but a little off the beaten track. We were at home, with a fresh and relaxing atmosphere and the sea of Versilia, 20 minutes drive. The house is large and clean, with even two newly renovated bathrooms with large showers, a kitchen equipped and a very nice overlooking. Certainly recommended to those who pass in the area!

We felt in Patty's property very well. She is a very nice and hospitable person and has done everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We arrived late at night at the property and there already all restaurants and supermarkets were closed, Patty has even cooked us dinner! The next morning she also has invited us for coffee and a small breakfast. Also any other questions or problems she was always approachable and available to us. The apartment is very nice and quiet, with a beautiful garden and views of the countryside. The place is absolutely sufficient for two people, with more people you should possibly look for a somewhat larger accommodation. Although Patty lives in the same house, one is in the apartment completely undisturbed, it also has its own entrance and gets from Patty and the animals with nothing, if you do not want. Who is looking for a nice and quiet location, is the right place for Patty. However, one should have a car available, because as the apartment is somewhat isolated in the mountains, it is difficult without a car to get to other places. We were way until Patty's second guest, which explains why it has still not received any feedback. We can only recommend their accommodation, if you are looking for a quiet location to make excursions to the surrounding area. And Patty has a really nice and very funny hosts :-)

Patrizia is very open, friendly and full of humor. They also respect the privacy. On arrival we were given a bottle of wine with olives. A large division of a large house. Highly recommended

We spent a few days with our little family, for our dog there was even a welcome gift, thanks again. Corsanico is a schnuckliges village with beautiful paths, when traveling on foot. By car it's very adventurous. Patty really has a great property with wonderful views, it is always available and very hospitable. The apartment itself is comfortable and charmingly decorated, but has its best times behind itself. In the kitchen there is everything you need, unfortunately, left us by our predecessors, the kitchen equipment and utensils not really clean.

La casa di Patrizia gode di una vista davvero magnifica sulla Versilia. Per arrivarci si attraversano, attraverso stradine tortuose che si inerpicano sulle colline ai piedi delle Apuane, alcuni borghi molto caratteristici, che meritano una breve visita. Da lì si raggiunge il mare in circa mezz'ora e sipossono fare escursioni in giornata a Serravezza, Pietrasanta, all'Antro del Corchia, etc. L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di una camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto in sala, cucina e bagno. Si può inoltre oziare in giardino approfittando delle comode sdraio per gustarsi il paesaggio nel silenzio più totala. Patrizia è stata molto disponibile. Anche a fronte di una difficoltà oggettiva dovuta alle mie allergie ai gatti, veri padroni del luogo:-), mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema e alla fine siamo stati molto bene. Patrizia è inoltre una donna molto simpatica ed è stato un piacere conoscerla e scambiare quattro chiacchere. Consigliato a chi ama togliersi dal caos e non ha problemi a prendere l'auto per muoversi in vacanza.

Super lieu de résidence où tout est parfaitement bien pensé pour que le séjour se passe au mieux Calme et proximité de nombreux sites à visiter. C'était parfait!

A perfect place to explore the area: Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio and more. The road to get to the house is quite a challenge at first (we are Dutch, so not used to mountains) but does has its charm :) Sonia is nice and available for questions.

It was easy to find with Sonia's directions. The apartment was surprisingly private and the view was excellent, would recommend!

Welcoming was warm, should be cleaner, and she did everything that was in her power to make us conformable, only that there was no airconditioning, but beside all of that it was great.

We had a wonderfull stay in Sonia's appartement. It has a beautifull view of the surrounding mountains and you can even watch the sea while dining or during breakfast. It had everything we needed! I recommand this appartement. - Het was echt een geweldig uitzicht, wat hoger in de bergen met uitzicht op de Middellandse zee. Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een fantastische week achter de rug! Je moet wel met de auto komen, want er is geen OV en je moet van slinger weggetjes omhoog houden (maar daarom kies je volgens mij ook voor Toscane). Er is geen internet of tv, maar dat is in mijn ogen een pre, even uitrusten! Er is trouwens wel een goede mobiele internet verbinding. Camaioure is een fijn stadje, maar ga vooral naar Lucca, de Aqupaanse Alpen, en Florence, vermijd de autostrada, de secundaire wegen zijn zoveel mooier! We hebben Sonia niet veel gezien, maar dat kwam vooral omdat wij veel onderweg waren, we kregen een hartelijk welkom en alles verliep soepel. Het contact vooraf met Sonia liep ook perfect! Het is een zeer rustige buurt, met maar een paar huizen in de omgeving en je hebt een mooie privé plek. Ik raad het aan voor mensen die een goede uitvalsbasis willen hebben om Toscane te verkennen.

Petit Appartement propre et bien aménagé, tout y est pour pouvoir passer quelques jours, et même pour cuisiner. Draps, serviettes, couverts, casseroles, tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Situé dans un endroit très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne, et même quand le temps le permet on arrive à apercevoir la mer. La cadre est magnifique, arbres fruitiers, roches apparentes, fleurs, sublime. Cependant il est vrai que l'accès à cet Appartement est relativement "difficile", même si la route est toute goudronnée, elle est escarpée et étroite. Sinon il faut penser à ouvrir les fenêtres tôt dans la soirée ou il fera vite chaud... Vous êtes à environ 15min de Viareggio et 25min de Torre del Lago. Merci encore à Sonia de nous avoir hébergé ce qui nous a permis de passer de super bonnes vacances.

L'ubicazione è davvero un angolo di paradiso. Peccato che l'appartamento sia in condizioni peggiori di quanto appare in fotografia e avrebbe decisamente bisogno di manutenzione (i muri si scrostano per l'umidità, le zanzariere sono rotte, lo stipite della porta del bagno non è fissato). La pulizia, inoltre, è stata poco accurata: capelli negli angoli, polvere nei cassetti, muffa intorno alla vasca, ragnatele, salviette che puzzavano di muffa... Insomma, il prezzo è basso ma questo non giustifica l'incuria.

We had a really good time in your house. It was just like the pictures showed: clean, cosy and a wonderful fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed many lovely dinners in the garden. Great bbq! Neighour Alberto grows great vegetables and sells homemade pasta sauce, great red wine all you need for a good dinner. We were glad Giorgio gave us exact address details, the front view of the house looks different from the pictures. Walking downhill to restaurant Sera una Volta was easy and fun (accompanied by Alberto's dog) enjoyed great food there and the limoncello was a good motivator to climb uphill again. Quite a climb, but it's a good road. Small and steep. Wonderful pool. Lido di Camaiore was wonderful as well. Looking for a good place to stay? I would definetly recommend Giorgio's place!

La piscine avec vue sur la mer est un délice !! Claudia est une hôtesse adorable qui n'a pas hésité à venir nous chercher dans la montagne quand nous étions perdus. En prime, une bouteille d'un super bon vin rouge italien en guise de cadeau d'accueil ! On a adoré !!

Camilla was very hospitable and the apartment was in perfect order. Camilla even met us in the town square to follow her to the apartment given it is up on the mountain. The views from the apartment and pool are breathtaking and you really feel like you are in another world. Camilla was only too happy to help with anything we needed. Can't wait to come and spend more time there.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is situated in a lovely collection of adjoining properties which gave the ambience of a small village. The view over to the sea was beautiful. Camilla was a great host and helped us with directions and met us a short distance from the property so we could follow her (we had the GPS location but the road gets a little narrow and steep and it was nice to have Camilla show us the way). There is also a lovely and reasonably priced local restaurant just down the hill which we very much recommend - some evenings we walked to this - other times we drove (just a question of how lazy we were feeling). Also a small shop with all the main essentials plus home made cakes! We enjoyed visiting Lucca and had a beach day at nearby Lido di Camiore (we booked in at a beach club the day before going). Also had a magical trip to Cinque Terre - we recommend getting early train from La Spezia (less than 5 Euros). Very much recommended - we loved it.

We enjoyed a wonderful 9 night stay at this fabulous location. The villa was very well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the benefit of the washing machine was an additional bonus. We had a great stay in Camaiore. The apartment is part of a larger building which is located on the hill side above Camaiore. While the location offers a beautiful view of the ocean, it also requires driving a steep and narrow road. The shared pool was great for the kids and Camilla is great host which helped us with all our requirements.

The apartment was very clean, the location and views are magnificent. We were only a few kilometers from the beach, Lucca, Viareggio, Pisa. The only downside was that the host will not be on hand to advise us on the region. Otherwise it was a wonderful week!

Il Cinghialiano is a little diamond in this region. It is definitely recommended if you prefer to stay in a quiet and authentic Tuscan villa in a friendly village on top of the mountain, instead of staying in a crowded and noisy appartment close to the beach (which is only 30 minutes far by car, the way itself is also very nice). The village has an amazing view to the sea and also to the mountains which gave us the perfect match. The appartment was perfectly clean and nice (just as it is on the pictures) and also a welcome package was prepared for us (wine, bread, jam and coffee). Veruska, our host was very nice, kind and helpful, waiting for us in the late night when we arrived, and she accompanied us to the appartment and showed us everything(URL HIDDEN)

Veldig fin leilighet 40mins Pisa. nytt utstyr. Veldig rent. Bilder trofaste til virkeligheten. Bygningen delt inn i 5 leiligheter med hvem vi deler bassenget. Du må kjøre litt fjellet. Utsikten er flott.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Pedona. Hoch oben auf dem Berg hat uns eine Oase der Ruhe empfangen, wohin wir nach ausgiebigen Radtouren, Ausflügen und Strandtagen immer gerne zurückgekommen sind. Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert, alles funktionell und gut eingerichtet. Und der terrassierte Garten mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen ein. Mehrere Apartments sind im Haus vermietet, doch man kam sich überhaupt nicht in die Quere. Es gibt genug gemütliche Plätzchen für alle! Ein besonderes Plus in Pedona: authentisches Restaurant, Bar von Barbara (mit herrlicher Aussicht bis zum Meer) und Alimentari in unmittelbarer Nähe - sozusagen als verlängerte Küche. Absolut lohnenswert!

Great welcome and availability. The interiors of the house are perfect, all new and with huge spaces that make the stay very pleasant. We also had the opportunity to use sky, appreciated. Profit for the car park, it might be a bit 'problematic with large car, a Fiat Multipla everything went well. First positive experience with Airbnb. Until next time.

It 'was a very enjoyable week. Martina primarily, in addition to the grandmother and sister who welcomed us, are people available and solar. Jessica is very friendly hostess, responsive, help on all issues. The house fits the description, clean and neat. Our children were delighted with their private room and do not want to leave. 2 bathrooms helped a very large company does not create all the bathroom. All equipment in the house worked (refrigerator, dishwasher, stiralka ...) We ate at home, near the town of Camaiore there with lots of cafes and restaurants for those who wish. Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, lovely neighbours, house well-equipped, peace and tranquillity all around you. Rural location yet close to some major cities and lots of adventures. We enjoyed our stay very much hopefully we will be back. Jessica is a nice host, She left us to our own devices for the whole month we stayed there, yet was only a phone call away always ready to help not that we needed any. We highly recommend this house but you do need your own transport, we took our own car, was a nice trip from UK. Thank you very much for letting the house to us.

Є швидкий інтернет, посудомийка сприяла відпочинку, є весь посуд. По продукти іздили в Комайоре в Конад. Найшли безкоштовний пляж в Лідо ді Камайоре, іх там 2. Природа неймовірна. Тихий, сімейний, спокійний відпочинок.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's place, which was big, clean, well equipped, in a cozy area on the countryside. Communication with Jessica was great throughout the whole stay, and we was even invited for lunch one Sunday at the hotel run by Jessica and her family. All the great places in Tuscany are within driving distance. I can highly recommend Jessica's place to anyone who would like a nice and cozy base for exploring Tuscany.

Jessica replied very quick and friendly. The key handover took her mother and explained everything. We stayed for 9 nights in the house, which is located in a very quiet area. The neighbors were very friendly and we felt the entire vacation very well. The house is well maintained and in good, clean condition. All in all we would recommend the house, but it should be equipped with a car as shops are within walking distance.

Fiorella s house was very comfortable and enjoyable. This is a perfect place for large family or for frends. FIorella was very friendly and approachable. Happy to go back there:)

Fiorina was very welcoming, very prompt with the key. The place is out of the way but one can drive to Viareggio and to Florence, Pisa, easily while living in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to park. Shopping is easy in nearby Viareggio. A village bar within 5 minutes of walking has wifi and very nice owners. The apartment does not have wifi. However, we would have liked some clean towels and sheets, while a washing machine would have been extremely handy. The old, worn, perhaps dirty towels were awful. The bed sheets were not pleasant and the presence of numerous mosquitoes made sleep difficult. With some cleaner linen, tablecloths, towels, wifi, washing machine, and perhaps a better maintained backyard, the place would be a lot more pleasant.

Fiorella is very polite and always helpful, really sweet! The house is spacious and well maintained, in a quiet yet close to everything! A nice experience, thanks Fiorella!

Davvera great choice! The house is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and peaceful area just 20 minutes drive from the center of Viareggio. Fiorella is extremely available and the house is really spacious and able to comfortably accommodate several guests! And there's also a great garden!

The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is very spacious, and in a village where one can find everything necessary. It has air conditioning and the kitchen is very well equipped. Too bad we could not enjoy the outdoors because of a large number of mosquitoes ... We have not seen her niece Fiorella but offered good service and it was available for our requests.

With a group of 6 other people we stopped one night to attend the next day at a beach volleyball tournament in Viareggio and I must say that we could not expect anything better. The two rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds and was well on the sofa bed, which Fiorella has kindly agreed to move into the living room. Definitely highly recommended, we will return in the event of other tournaments in the area.
