Lisa was a great hostess! She greeted me late at night and was so hanhy with tools she helped fix my boot zipper so I could get my foot out and go to sleep!

Lisa's place is my #1 go to when visiting Saratoga Springs. She is lovely and accommodating. The space is spotless, quiet and set in a beautiful natural environment. It always feels like a retreat when I'm staying at Lisa's. Looking forward to my next visit!

One of the best! Beautiful, spacious but cozy apartment, well-appointed kitchen, super easy check-in and out, and thoughtful touches throughout. Oh, and the bed is divine - lovely linens and a back-friendly mattress. We didn't get to meet Lisa, but she was very responsive and got us all the info we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Blue Moon Acres was wonderful. It had everything we needed to relax, unwind and chill. We even opted to stay in and cook dinner one night because we felt so relaxed. The apartment was so peaceful and tranquil. It was decorated nicely and was immaculate . You can tell that Lisa takes great pride in her home, and more importantly, she wants her guests to feel welcomed. There were many nice touches such as snacks, coffee, tea and cooking items. She even provided half and half for our morning coffee! Lisa succeeded in earning beyond five stars. I will highly recommend others to stay at her Air BNB

This was my second time staying at Lisa's place, and it was even more comfy than I remember it. The bed is firm but super comfy, and the place is very quiet. Lisa is super responsive and accommodating. She has such a positive attitude, and is very kind. I very much recommend staying at her place, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Very quiet and private and closer to town (Saratoga Springs) than I thought. Our host, Lisa, was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was the perfect size and I loved the kitchen and bath. Could have used a small table for eating but the counter and stools were fine. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Cozy cabin! The wood stove kept it nice and warm, and there is a lot of natural light coming in through the windows and skylights. The creek sounds were soothing.

Nick & Kristina's cabin is as good as it gets! They had everything i needed and more, clean and cozy, the babbling creek outside your bedroom makes it so relaxing, saw the most beautiful bluejays in the back yard, will be back next winter!

This camp at Lake Desolation is the perfect spot for a relaxing and romantic weekend in nature. The location was convenient to Saratoga while still letting you few that you were away from it all. The beds were really comfortable and the layout was perfect. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Lovely place, very cozy, the stream out back was wonderful. 2 notes: if you plan on cooking most of your meals the kitchen is lightly stocked with pots/pans. If you need a whisk or something particular you’re best bringing it; and if you plan on taking Lyft, we were not able to find a driver up there but Uber drivers were available. We would stay again. This place is exactly as described, a perfect little house tucked away in seclusion. The house has a lovely cabin feel and was quick to feeling like home. Nick & Kristina have been outstanding hosts and I am extremely grateful for their hospitality and understanding in helping me retrieve an item i had left behind!! I would absolutely recommend this stay to any and everybody!

We loved everything about Abbey and Randall’s place- and in fact it exceeded our expectations. From the ease of checking in, to all of the small touches , their place really felt like home. Very stylish and comfy and the location was perfect. We went to a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the drive there and to downtown was a breeze. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay at Abbey & Randall’s place was great! It was cute, clean, and quiet! It was about 20 min to downtown Saratoga and both Lyft and Uber were easily available. They were super quick to respond to any questions and check in was easy with the key code! I would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely place to spend a few days. If you are looking for a swanky hotel suite it may not be for you, but if you are looking for that upscale summer camp kind of feel, and enjoy serenity, nature, and can appreciate the acoustics of the concert hall, it does not get any better than this.

Elizabeth's space is clean, bright, airy and full of warmth. Very conducive to creativity, I found the quietude of the space, the trees on all sides of the property and the ample natural light perfect for a long weekend of writing. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Better in fact! Elizabeth was the perfect host, very kind and accommodating and full of expertise about the local areas restaurants and attractions. Unique clean bucolic relaxing charming quiet interesting ....

Everything was great and as expected the house is very clean and it came with all the amenities you could need . The surrounding area is awesome very nice and it is not too far from the large lakes surrounding such a Saratoga Lake and Lake George. I definitely recommend staying at the studio you will not be disappointed.

This place is like a private in-law suite/apartment. Roomy and comfortable with a full kitchen. Convenient location for visiting our family in the area while also being close to Saratoga Springs. There are also stores and shops within a 10 minute drive. Very easy to communicate with Joseph. We appreciated the extra little things, like having wine glasses and corkscrew, products in the shower, and an electric fireplace for supplemental heat. We will definitely be back when visiting our family in the future!

This stay is perfect for anyone who wants to get away from busy towns or cities. The area was quiet, surrounded by nature, and the unit had an electric fireplace. Bedrooms had winterized sheets and comforters, as well as down-filled pillows. The bathroom was stocked well with surplus linens and paper supplies. Kitchen had pots/pans, plates/bowls/cups/mugs. Joseph responded quickly to text messages.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our group of friends looking to take a break from college stress. We loved the beautiful location and access to the lake, and the amenities within the cabin made it an incredibly relaxing and cozy space--comfortably for our group of seven! The fireplace, large windows, comfortable furniture, and number of rooms created an accommodating atmosphere that was suitable for a large group game or for everyone to chill out with a book. Though we did not use these too much, the inclusion of streaming services as well as surround-sound speakers were a welcome addition to an outdoorsy setting. Most of all, though, what we enjoyed was the peace and quiet(the silence was literally deafening when we stepped outside!). This cabin was the best compromise of price, comfort, and location we could have hoped for.

Great place nestled in the back of the lake loved the view down by the lake. Beautiful inside and out! Host are wonderful and great communication. Loved our stay very much!

We had a lovely weekend and comfortably fit 6 adults with some extra room. The scenery was amazing and I was thrilled the house had some many items necessary for cooking.

This home is beautiful, with lovely touches and is very close to the lake. The location is so quite, peaceful, and picturesque. We had a delicious, casual dinner at Tinney’s and stayed in the next night to enjoy the fireplace and watch movies.

Cassandra’s place was beyond what we had expected. The house is cozy and clean. Plenty of space to play games and watch movies with the family. The bedrooms are comfortable. And the amenities offered made things so convenient. Netflix and amazon movies ready to be played. Wonderful place to have a getaway.

The cabin was beautifully decorated & immaculately clean. We absolutely loved our stay at Glenn’s cabin! Glenn was an amazing host who stopped by our first night to show us the woodstove. He answered all of our questions & was very responsive via text or phone. The woodstove is the only heating source for the cabin, therefore in the colder months, wood/kindling can be purchased in bundles at the local store at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped & allowed us to cook our own dinners at the cabin. We were able to utilize the kayaks provided by Glenn on Lake Desolation which is viewable from the cabin’s back window. The lake is just a short walk down the dirt road at the side of the cabin. We also spent time hiking at Saratoga Spa State Park & made a day trip to Lake George. For dinner one night, we visited the local winery for wine & wood fired pizza. We definitely would recommend this cabin to future guests!

Glenn's cabin in the woods was just the autumn vacation we expected and much more. Secluded, but easy to experience the woods and water from Lake George, Great Sacandaga Lake to downtown shops and restaurants of Saratoga Springs. Glenn was an attentive and positive host. Very quiet and place was clean. Not as close to water expected, narrow view of lake. Yet was assessible to water and kayak use was a plus!

This Lake Desolation cottage is the perfect place to explore the local area or just relax. Saratoga Springs is only 15 minutes away and the taking in the Horse Racing is a must. You can easily make day trips to Lake George of even down to Howe Caverns. Being a Canadian it was very interesting to take in the history of the area especially concerning the war of independence and the far-reaching consequences the battles in this area had on not only on the forming of USA but Canada and the world. The drive up to the lake takes a little getting used to as you will be 1500 ft above sea level and most of that happens in the last couple miles. The directions that Glenn provides to get to the cottage are spot on and should be followed closely as other devices will have you going by a different route that is also much more difficult. It is mentioned in some places that a 4 wheel drive is useful, but if you follow Glenns directions a car will have no problem getting into the cottage, the road is almost steeper getting to Lake Desolation than the road into the cottage. Arriving in the evening it is nice to have the lights on the cottage porch to light the way. Once inside you will find a well appointed clean and bright cottage. The cottage has very welcoming feeling and Glenn has really given it a great touch with the appropriate decorations and assorted accent lighting. You will see when you get there, just look for the fish night lights. Glenn has painted the inside of the cottage white and it really adds to the clean feeling and livens the space up, it is a real great addition that many other cottages could take note from as when a cottage is left to untreated wooden walls it can become very dark. There is no musty smell and not because of sprayed scents or incense. As mentioned in other reviews the walls do not go all the way up in all the rooms and so your privacy is limited, but then again this is supposed to be cottage vacation time and one shouldn't get to hung up on this as it is all part of the experience. The cottage has everything you need to make for an enjoyable stay, things that we have missed in previous holiday rentals were all available; corkscrew (very important), a source of fire for candles, BBQ and wood stove, all kitchen utinsels, towels, toilet paper. You will lack for nothing once you have arrived. While you are here you will definitely check out Tinney's for a bite to eat. It is only a short walk away from the cottage. Most of the food is standard pub fare, but we can definitely endorse the pulled pork tacos and the wood fired pizza is awesome. If I stayed in Saratoga Springs I would even make the drive up here just for the pizza. The cottage has 2 window air conditioners that were very welcome as with an open ceiling the cottage would get warm in the afternoon sun. Each room has a ceiling fan and provides a welcome breeze. The cottage makes for beautiful nights sleep as it would get quite cool because of the altitude and you can turn off the air conditioning for a peaceful sleep. The available kayaks are a great addition for your stay. Lake Desolation has a no motorized policy so it makes for a very enjoyable paddle. I hadn't paddled in years but found the kayaks very stable and easy to use. You can see the whole lake in a leisurely 1.5 hour paddle. I highly recommend Glenns cottage and if it wasn't for our Canadian exchange rate for currency I would make this a yearly escape.

What an amazing and unique experience. This trip was booked as a surprise and it was nothing short of incredible. What you do is extraordinary and something everyone should experience at some point. Even in early December, 18” of snow it was no where near as cold as we expected. The treehouse was warm and cozy all weekend. We will definitely be back to see the treehouse in the summer and get good use of the beautiful outdoor space you have created. It was obvious from the start that this treehouse & Thomas (super-host) was the real deal. The fun part was seeing it in person and witnessing the beauty of the surrounding area and the craftsmanship of detail up-close. I would easily recommend this experience to anyone remotely interested!

Tom made this whole experience so easy. He met us upon check in, gave us a tour and was super responsive through the whole process. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. He has something very special and I am glad I got to visit. We will definitely be back!

This treehouse adventure has been on my radar for a while, bad weather and an unexpected power outage foiled our actual stay. I will, however; rate this as a top experience because Thomas was super helpful keeping us informed of the situation and was instrumental in our speedy refund. We were able to seek proper accommodations in Saratoga, not far from the treehouse. We will hopefully return in the future to relive my childhood treehouse experiences with a lovely stay.

Spacious home in a quiet location close to the center of town. The only downside is that the water smells very strongly of sulfur and the hot water tends to fade in and out.

House is located In a beautiful area, is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, has plenty of space and yet gives a very cozy feeling. Mary was great with communication and helped us with recommendations in the area. The house was very clean and the check in process is very easy. I recommend staying here for a cozy weekend getaway with friends and or family.

Our stay was everything we wanted and more! Mary’s house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 8 guys. We played poker and an awesome trivia game together. She has every possible cooking tool and seasoning you could need. Mary was very responsive and even let us check out late upon request. 11/10, definitely will consider coming back in the summer 😍

This place is out of the main town in a picture perfect setting. Surrounded by pine trees and serenity. It was the perfect place to stay in for a long weekend with old friends catching up and just hanging out together. It was our 2nd year in a row for our reunion, and it was perfect. Every part of it has great little touches and everything we needed without bringing anything with us. We just love it there!

Mary was a great host. She was quick to respond to questions and quickly fixed an issue (which was completely my fault :-). The open concept of the first floor was conducive to our relax/workshop weekend. It was clean, supplied with the needed items, and comfortable for all of our guests. If your looking for a place to stay while in the Saratoga area, this is a great choice.

Hi-Rock is a wonderful place where my whole family could rest, relax and be together for a whole week. Joan was extremely responsive with all of my questions. The camp was the perfect size and location for fishing, relaxing, swimming and kayaking.

The Lakehouse was very spacious, comfortable, extremely well-equipped, in a lovely quiet setting on the lake. Enjoyed large deck, swimming, having use of dock, lakeside deck, kayaks, and being close to town. Joan was super responsive, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay here again.

Joan’s description is accurate. If you are a Holiday Inn kind of person, this place is not for you. If screen porch with a breeze off the lake is your idea of a good place for sleeping on a summer night, this place is for you. The cottages are part of a little lake community, so awareness of others around you is only common sense. We had a great time; Joan was fantastic and we look forward to staying again sometime.

Unbelievable view!!! Joan was a perfect host and gave us exactly what we were craving (Privacy with a sunset view). My boyfriend and I loved kayaking in the morning and enjoyed going to breakfast right down the street (Tinnys)- (which is accessible by canoe/kayak). We ordered homemade bloody Mary’s and eggs bennedect, fresh and on point! Joan informed us that they buy local produce the day before from the farmers market. We can’t wait to come back in the fall. Perfect stay!

Upon arrival scott was very friendly. Im quite socially awkward but he made it very comfortable. We loved the atmosphere. We unexpectedly had to add a child to the trip and he was very flexible. We all had a great time. Its definitly a home away from home experience. He left us some wood to get started with and had everything you could need on your stay, from tin foil to an extra lighter for the grill to a extra towels. It was my first experience camping in a camper and I'm 9 months pregnant so I thought it would be a smart alternative to a tent and I was right . The campground had fireworks and a band play threw out the weekend.. the pool and mini golf were a great plus. We did have one issue with the fridge stopped working but scott rushed us over a mini fridge that worked great and nothing was lost. I recommend staying here. we will be back in the future.

Scott was a great host! The RV was perfect for us, the campground was a lot of fun and only a 10 minute drive to the fun in Saratoga, 25 minutes to lake George. The check in process was quick and easy, he made sure to check if we needed anything throughout our stay, and answered all my messages very quickly. The small thoughtful touches throughout the weekend really made it memorable to everyone. The RV was a perfect and convenient vacation spot for the kids to play and adults to Relax by the fire pit. Laura’s home is a great place to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were left some yummy snacks to enjoy. The king size bed in the master bedroom is ridiculously comfortable. We didn’t swim in the pool, it was nice and worm though, but we did enjoy the hot tub. Laura is a great host. She was Very friendly and prompt with all communication. She went above and beyond when she sent us back clothes that we had left in one of the dresser drawers. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks Laura!

I've stayed at the Iron Horse Inn for multiple visits in Saratoga, NY and couldn't imagine a better spot! It's a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Saratoga, and is a very quaint, homey space to relax in. Glenn is an excellent host.

What a lovely experience! Glenn’s home had so many fine details and seasonal decoration that went above and beyond our expectations. The room had such a great atmosphere: a farmhouse feel with modern amenities including a fireplace and claw foot tub! The king size bed looked cozy online, but in person, it was the most luxurious and comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We woke up to sunlight, the rooster crowing, and homemade breakfast that was absolutely delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, experience, price, or host.

Such a huge place! Was perfect for this large group of 10 people. The pictures don’t do this place justice, comfortable home! They respond super fast, smooth check in. First time using airbnb, it was a great experience and the hosts were great too!

This place is hugeee! We went up with 10 adults and three dogs and there was more than enough space. The sleeping situation was perfect and probably could’ve easily slept more! It literally was perfect for the occasion. We had such a great time! Fridge was cleared out for us to put all our food. We definitely will be saving this house for the future. One of our favorite air b&b stays yet!

First time using AirBnB, they were great with responding and answering all questions. The house was much bigger inside than expected as well!

Jesse and Robin were able to accommodate my friends and me on last second notice after another host canceled right before our check in. They were immediate and accurate with communication throughout. Without them, our trip would have been ruined. Thank you Jesse and Robin!

Jesse & Robin, Thanks for hosting us, this was my first experience with AirBnB and it was an amazing one. The place was way better than I expected. Everyone in the group liked it a lot, very thoughtful of everything and very clean. It has got multiple things for everyone, if you are looking for cool and calm place or a party place or spending a cozy evening on bone fire with friends or a relaxing time or love nature/outdoors - this is and should be the choice without any second thought. The place is very near to Stewarts for any kind of daily items you need, gas station, very easy to locate and very well maintained. Jesse & Robin, were very responsive in connecting and were detailing out everything in no time, they were very good host. Everything little thing in the house was done very tastefully. Everyone in our group enjoyed out stay here very much and we liked the place so much, that we booked it on the spot for next day. Thanks again Jesse and Robin for giving us such a wonderful experience.

Great spot for a large group and good privacy! Snack and beers provided and the grill was a big plus! Stayed for travers race and got in and out very easily. Would recommend staying here and would go again!

Stephen is a great host and has a good place. He responds quickly and left some beer, water and snacks for my group. His house is nice and private with space for large groups. Would recommend for anyone going near the Saratoga area that wants more privacy for a large group.

Went for a bachelor party with 11 total guests. Plenty of room for everyone with a spacious yard for lawn games as well as a fire pit. Location is a quick Uber to the track and there is a bar a short walk from the house. Fridge was stocked with food and beer upon arrival. Very quick responses from the host.

This was a great stop for a bachelor party only 20 minutes from Saratoga and tinneys down the street was also very nice to have.

We had a great stay over travers weekend, and anything we needed/didn’t have Stephen got to us quickly and efficiently. Super communicative and a bunch of thoughtful touches (Alexa for music, essential oil diffuser, beer in the fridge, etc.) I’m very grateful we got to stay and have a great weekend in this nice little lake-adjacent cabin.

Hosted a bachelor weekend here with 10 guests. It was a great weekend, with plenty of yard space for outdoor activities and grilling. Stephen was extremely accommodating as a host with quick responses to any questions, and even left some beer in the fridge and breakfast items and snacks for us to munch on. About a 25 minute ride downtown/to the track. Would recommend to guests looking for a getaway off the beaten path.

Great place for horse lovers . Beth and Steve were knowledgeable about the area and gave us a wonderful tour of their place . Their driving horses were friendly and Beth had many good stories about their experiences in driving horses . We may take her up on an offer to include driving lessons in our next stay Our annex room was spacious enough for 3 and very well appointed with a table nook by the window . Very clean and the fresh muffins every morning were delicious

Beth & Steve are amazing hosts. Our room was very clean and tidy. There was little extra touches of home that made our stay that much better - if you’re going to Saratoga or anywhere in the surrounding areas this is the place to stay. It’s a great location from Broadway (about 20 minutes) for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Loon Meadow Farm in the Annex. Beth and Steve were very nice and hospitable hosts. The room was spotless and well cared for, and the morning muffins were a very unexpected and thoughtful touch. This was a perfect location close to SPAC and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Steve and Beth were wonderful hosts! The accommodations were so comfortable and their property is so beautiful. Steve introduced to us to the four horses they have on the property and Beth made us delicious muffins on our last day. Both Beth and Steve were gracious and friendly hosts. Thanks so much for all the touches that made us feel so welcome!

Beth was so accommodating and easy to contact throughout our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable and there were numerous snacks and drinks. So grateful for finding this awesome space!

Beth and Steve are lovely welcoming hosts who supplied us with many tips and brochures about what to do and see in Saratoga Springs (even where to taste the local "Springs" water!) Beth also shared her in-depth knowledge of horse racing and the carriage-ride industry and the whole business of buying and breeding high performance horses which I found fascinating. I only regret that we were unable to join her in a carriage ride due to the rainy morning that we had planned on. (If you go to their place in the wintertime when there is snow, you can book a sleigh ride as well!) The annex where we stayed was very comfortable and roomy and quiet with its own entrance. Parking was not a problem at all. Breakfast in the morning (eggs Benedict) was delicious! All in all, Beth and Steve provided us with a great introduction to the area for which we were very grateful.

Perfect getaway weekend. Bring enough fire wood!

Glenn’s place was absolutely amazing. Very comfortable and relaxing cabin. I had the best nights sleep. I will definitely be back to stay.

The cabin is sparkling clean and extremely quaint and cozy. It was the perfect hideaway from our hectic everyday lives. The host, Glenn, is quick to respond and very eager to make sure that everything goes smoothly during your stay. We had a wonderful time and we hope to return.

Wonderful view and space to relax!

Glenn’s place was absolutely lovely! The suite was spacious with a nice claw foot tub and included foaming bath bubbles! The breakfast was delivered to the suite early and was fresh and very tasty and the room also had a mini fridge and keurig! Overall great place!

I loved everything about my stay here! Slept in the coziest bed, and breakfast was SO yummy! The room is beautifully decorated, super clean, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming!

Glenn and Joann were super hosts. All five stars, without exception. The apartment was very well designed, and honestly, you could live there. In fact we offered to adopt Glenn if he'd be willing to have us stay on. Book it, you won't be sorry.

On a beautiful fall day, this Inn offers crisp views of foliage, a comfortable and classy space with lots of amenities, and a farm-fresh eggs breakfast. The hosts are friendly and most helpful.

Very cute place with tasty breakfast included. Very close to not only Saratoga Springs (12 mins) but also close to a winery and driving range. The pool was a wonderful amenity as well as the tub. The room itself is very spacious. This room is further from the chickens so we didn’t hear the rooster in the morning.

Super cute place with an awesome breakfast. Loved having a coffee maker and all the fixings in the room. There was also delicious cookies and even bottled water and creamer in the fridge. We’ll definitely be back whenever visiting our son at Skidmore! Thanks again Glenn Hallie & Otis Middlebury CT

This is an excellent place to stay with many amenities. Very comfortable room and breakfasts were very good. The location was wonderful. So close to Sarasota Springs and many of the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in an incredible location. Jean was incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries I had and her home and property were sparkly clean. Jean even provided certain necessities that we may have forgotten such as towels, toothbrushes and sunscreen which was an above and beyond touch. Her home was a perfect size for 5 people and a large backyard with a fire pit made evens very fun! Would certainly recommend staying here!
