A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

We have free parking along the whole road - it’s 6 minutes walk to the closest train station, 20 mins walk to the sea / central Hove. By car, it's 5 mins into Hove / 15 mins to Brighton.

A two bedroom house in a quiet residential area, with a private driveway for two vehicles and free, on-street parking. The house is located in Hangleton and close to excellent local transportation links: a frequent 24 hour bus service to Hove & Brighton is less than a minute's walk away and it's a 20 minute walk to the local railway stations (Portslade and Aldrington). The house is a ten minute drive to Hove seafront and a five minute drive to the stunning South Downs National Park.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.

A small but brand new, cozy, clean space with an on suite that includes a shower. TV with amazon firestick that includes Netflix and wi fi. just 10minutes away from Brighton and Hove. the double sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and as long as you are happy with having a little less space for the night i won't charge you any extra for the second guest.
