Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by fields, apple orchard and with a view to Præstø Fjord. Private entrance and private south facing terrace. Cozy log house with loft for kip and warm atmosphere. New functional kitchen with dishwasher. New bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Living room with large double bed and sofa. 1 km to beach and forest. Beautiful walks in the nature area right outside the door. The host couple has 2 friendly dogs on the property.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Fantastic 180 ˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, lies this cozy summer house. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so that you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room is also a small TV. There's a swing, a trampoline, a sandbox and a bonfire. There's a carport in the driveway. Price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

Genuine summer house vibe close to the water

Very charming small and child friendly cottage with lovely garden on secluded ground. Lovely kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, entrance hall and two bedrooms (one child's room), washing machine and tumbler. Plenty of toys for free use and swing in the garden. Less than 300 meters to the water. Close to forest, beautiful nature, Stavreby, the café Muldiverset and the cave of the Gønge chieftain.

Very cozy and fully equipped cottage only 300 meters from the coast. The area offers beautiful nature and a very rich wildlife while there are also lots of activities in the vicinity. As per feedback we have installed new larger beds in the main bedrooms. *** Please note that excessive partying and loud behaviour is not allowed. Idyll in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy decorated annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-room apartment containing a double bed, a sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), a dining area and a kitchen with an oven and a fridge. The annex is newly renovated with gentle hand and we have tried to decorate it as cozy as possible. Outdoor nook, when weather allows. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are home.
