Apartment is located between highways, making it very noisy. Photos cause a better impression than reality. It was dirty. We had booked two nights but went to the first.

A really nice apartment, nice and functional, I also cook easily have, the basics were available (oil, pasta, salt, pots, pans, etc.). housing position is the time of a walk from the city center. Daniele is a kind and helpful host, who provided me also excellent mandarins! I would definitely come back!

Pleasant living space, despite lacking a charming neighborhood, the place is a good starting point pr visit the Sila park. Daniele is a very friendly and helpful host.

Daniele was very kind and welcoming, even though we arrived earlier than planned. He gave us great recommendations for what we needed in town and got us all set up in the apartment before leaving. The apartment itself was spacious and we were grateful for a full kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast. The only complaint is that the apartment wasn't very clean...we had to wash most of the dishes before using them, I cleaned the toilet, and the bedding had dirt and hair all through it so I changed that as well. I got the impression Daniele just manages this space and doesn't live there so it was lacking the TLC that a home might have. Everything smelled musty. A load of laundry and 20 minutes of cleaning before guests arrive would've made this stay nearly perfect. Otherwise we were grateful for a warm place to sleep and the kindness of the host.

With TV and wifi. quiet area with good services: supermarket, bakery and bar doorstep, you arrive at the historic center in a 10-15 minute walk. definitely recommend this apartment for those who must stay a few days in Cosenza!

Stefania was an excellent host! She welcomed us graciously, provided us with internet that we could take with us when we were out on the town, offered us snacks and beverages, and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The apartment is lovely. We had a great time!

Wow! Such a nice place! Stefania’s friend Andrea collected me from the station and took me back. He was very friendly and offered to show me around. The apartment is really nice, near to Piazza Europa which is an interesting area. It is a short walk to Piazza Bilotti and the main place to go for the passagiata. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. I was very happy with it. It is quite a long and difficult walk to the station, so it was very helpful to get a lift to and fro. The bus service within Cosenza is difficult to understand with lots of one-way systems and very little information. I found it easier to walk everywhere, although it is quite a hike from Piazza Europa to the old town. There is lots of exploring to do in Cosenza. It is a fascinating place to visit and I thoroughly recommend Cosenza and Stefania’s apartment.

Nicola's place was lovely, it is very well suited for a family of 4. There's plenty of cutlery and the kitchen is very functional compared to other airbnb that I've been to. Nicola was very nice and greeted us promptly. We were very satisfied with his flat.

The house made available by the courteous and punctual Nicola is a gem in the heart of old Cosenza alas too abandoned to decay and neglect. The apartment is clean, spacious, equipped and offers a pleasant stay. The only flaw: lack of wi-fi, which has become an essential accessory especially for those like me who traveled with two teenage daughters ...

We did not only spent one night in this really very tasteful. If we are in the area again, I would rent this apartment again for sure and stay a little longer. The apartment is centrally and strategically, you can park the car in front of the door. Cosenza is a very nice town. Nicola welcomed us friendly and gave us lots of advice.

Very beautiful, clean, lovely house with wonderful view.

There are not enough words to say how wonderful Nicola and his father are. We arrived early and they both went out of their way to get us into the house. The view is breathtaking and will definitely be back and stay at his place. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Trust me you don't want to regret not staying here. Also a great romantic getaway!

Achille was very helpful and welcoming. The house is incredibly characteristic and picturesque, I liked the kitchen the most. You'll need to take a few steps to get to the hostel, but it's certainly worth the effort!

We expected Airbnb but we found a B&B. With bathroom in corridor, no aircon or fan. Lots if mosquitoes in the room and very hard beds. The photos doesn't show justice to the place. That aside, and the fact we pay double price for two person which is not logic since we are using the same room, we still found our host Achille friendly and helpful. Best of all was the small restaurant outside, "River Deep", where we had the best carbonara of the whole trip.

The bnb is ideally situated in the centre of the old medieval town of Cosenza. Walking distance to all the main sights. For old town lovers a must

Achille was a great host in that he picked me up from the train station and was always quick to communicate with me leading up to my stay. The house is in the oldest part of Cosenza in the historical city center. Lovely during the day but quite dimly-lit and hard to find at night. Breakfast was adequate though the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as soap and a trash can. Overall good for one or two nights.

We all loved by Achilles, in the historical center of Cosenza, a beautiful building, the spacious and comfortable room, fit our needs, we are sorry, friendly Achille we had also prepared the breakfast but we left early ....

We had a very pleasant stay in Cosenza ! It was amazing to be hosted in a palazzo, with its different levels, huge kitchen and rooms ! The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the household was overall peaceful. The breakfast provided was good, featuring fresh figs from the garden ! The house is ideally situated if you want to discover the non-modern Cosenza. Achille was very nice and helpful.

The house of Achille was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. It is in the old part of the centre but he was so kind to pick me up from the main square. Also the breakfast was delicious and he helped me whenever he could. Thank you!

We were at the Philippe' s home the second time. This summer we rented a house with a family of 7 people with children for 39 days. Panorama from the house is fantastic! The house has a lot of nice improvements compared to last year. It is very nice! Children (4.7 years) in awe of being in this house. They liked the large area and of course the pool! Special Thanks I want to say for Lorenco for help around the house and Anita for a delicious meal! All excellent. We really liked this place, I recommend it.

Very amazing !! As soon as you arrive you are catapulted into a place where peace, relaxation and beauty have the same dwelling. Perched on a hill in the vicinity 'of San Lucido, Philippe's villa and' the ideal place to spend a holiday with friends or family out of the chaos of citizens and maritime centers. The villa has 4 independent rooms with bathrooms, 2 of them connected by leads to the living area. Modern, functional and tastefully decorated (a rarity for holiday homes !!) and equipped with every comfort in the kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, oven, etc). External cured, space to play and relax .. But above all, pool and relaxation area ... all surrounded by a spectacular sea ... Thanks Philippe for the wonderful holiday and thanks to Lorenzo and Anita for the support and availability ' .

Beautiful home with incredible views of the mountain and the sea. Could not get tired of contemplating the landscape from the terrace or the pool. 2 rooms are independent, so ideal for adults who want independence. Each room has its own bathroom which is really great. Sleepers with sleeper consider taking earplugs because the roosters and dogs are heard.

Beautiful house with fantastic views in a very hospitable environment. The decor is even better than in the photographs, sun shade at the pool and on the terrace always guarantee a shady spot. San Lucido is a magical place, which is not particularly touristy yet what also clearly was a plus for us. The communication before and after the arrival worked out great and Anita and Lorenzo, who endeavor to guests on site, were extremely helpful and friendly. We found it very relaxing a bit to relax away from the crowds in this beautiful atmosphere. The house is definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday, the large garden is full of fig, lemon, - and Khaki trees we liked particularly well.

Beautiful house, sea view breathtaking, golden host, attentive, responsive and friendly (which has even bothered to deliver a park home for our son of 10 months !!), with its incredible orchard figs, lemons, plums, etc., large pool, clean and warm ... We spent a week in Philippe's house (after a 2 weeks round trip in southern Italy) and had a great time there - the 180° view over the sea is just amazing ! The house is as nice as it looks on the photos, and designed to spend most of your time outside on the terrace enjoying the view. Communication was nice and easy... even locally in Italian thanks to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) trad ! I highly recommend the place if you want to relax, in a gorgeous environment, away from the crowd.

I generally enjoyed! I have been vacationing with family and young children visiting Philippe 1,5 months. The place is wonderful, allowing you to enjoy the sea and the mountain nature. In San Lucido is something to see and have a great time and the people here are very kind and hospitable. Great view from the terrace of the house. 10 min from the sea by car. The pool is great. Philippe showed himself an excellent organizer and helped to quickly resolve minor problems. Separate many thanks to the Philippe's friend Lorenzo for his care of us and hospitality.

LARA and 'a kind and helpful person, greeted us warmly. The apartment 'located in the town center and served by all the primary services, from there you can reach the SS18 to move easily in all other places' of the coast. The apartment 'in an old building, on the third floor, with the opportunity' to morning and evening workout, because the absence of 'lift. The local 'furnished in a spartan with a few tools for basic needs and small attentions would be enough to improve the overall status of' property.
