Guenievre was an amazing host who made my friends and I feel extremely welcome at her beautiful home. She allowed us to work in the living room space as we prepared for our consulting competition and even set out breakfast items for us each morning. Our stay at this location was perfect! The home is beautiful and in a great area. Although it was a little far from town, the drive was easy, and the users were inexpensive. The host's were extremely kind and accommodating. The house was spacious and fun to be in. An overall fantastic experience!

Guenievre and Eric were wonderful hosts in their lovely home. The accommodations, 2 bedrooms with a private bath for my daughter and I, were perfect for our visit to Nashville. The location was easy to get to, only 15-20 minutes into downtown, yet quiet and private for relaxing. I will try to stay with them if I return to Nashville for a visit. I highly recommend a stay here.

We arrived very late due to a weather delay during our flight, but our hosts were so gracious and welcoming. The house is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to rest well. They always had breakfast and coffee waiting for us in the morning. The pool was available each day. They gave us our privacy, but they were also available if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend them to others staying in Nashville.

We had a fabulous experience staying at Joe's house! He and his wife are so hospitable that you do not want to leave them. They provided for us absolute care - everything a guest can desire! I envy the next person who is planning to stay there.

We would definitely stay here again. Our rooms were clean, sunny, and cheerful, as well as private, and nice to come back to after a busy day. The house and neighborhood are also pleasant and open and we had a nice walk first thing in the morning. Gina and her family are very friendly and helped us quickly with the couple of requests we had during our stay. The location, right off I-65, is very handy. It is an easy drive to Franklin, with Franklin Pike just around the corner. There is highway noise, so someone who needs silence to sleep might have trouble, but it did not bother us at all and we slept great in the very comfortable beds.

Was a cheap Uber ride to downtown! Spent $25 or less each night in total for ride there and back which is cheaper than parking downtown and it was nice to stay a bit out of the city to see Nashville for it's true colors.

This was our first air bnb experience. It did not disappoint. We loved our stay at Steve and Alice's. You will have complete privacy, but they are easily reachable should you need them and very flexible too.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Alice and Steve's place while on a weekend trip to Nashville and were very pleased to have done so. The hosts are kind and knowledgeable of the area and their apartment is a wonderful place to stay. On top of that, the location can't be beat- good food and bars, parks, and a Publix all within a few miles, and only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near the city (but not too close!).

The place was better than it looked in the pictures. Steve's wife was kind, helpful, and gave us total privacy. You would pay 5 times this much for as quality of a place in a hotel. Easy to find, close to town, extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly a remarkable property with wonderful hosts. Alice and Steve are very accommodating and we had an incredible time. The outdoor landing/deck with views of the property was a great perk. We felt like we were a million miles from the city but in fact we were just minutes away from the highway. If we are ever in the area again I hope we have a another chance to stay with Steve and Alice!

The place was very clean and in a great neighborhood. There was a beautiful large backyard. A little out of the way from downtown nashville, but still a great area to stay in.

It is a wonderful area, quiet residential neighborhood. It was exactly how Lisa described it. The apartment was very spacious. I was only disappointed I never got to see the dogs. Lisa said she had dogs. We heard them a couple of times, but never saw them. Love dogs!

The location of this place was great, not too far outside of Nashville and Franklin with plenty to do close by! Very clean and well kept. Made for a very enjoyable getaway!

We were just passing thru and only stayed one night, but the place felt very homey, we loved it and I enjoyed the little but of the area I experienced. Oxana was very nice and responsive. It was a new place and you could smell the paint smell and was not quite finished and fully equipped. But Oxana got us whatever we needed and the place was nice. It is the terrace level of a home so you could hear the family above.

Matt is an attentive host, and the hospitality of lovely and ample toiletries were well appreciated. In the morning loved all the coffee options. The home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown, so do recommend getting an inexpensive rental car. The beds were comfortable and linens were impeccably clean.

The hosts were amazing! They had everything in the home we needed. This was a perfect place for a family; lots of space, really clean and it felt like home. They gave us perfect ideas on what to do in Nashville, with kids. If we ever visit Nashville again we know where we are staying!!

Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood! Tenants next door were super quiet-never heard anything from them. Even though it was a duplex it didn't look or feel like one at all. Bedrooms are very large and spacious-comfy beds! Host provided us with a bottle of wine, light refreshments and coffee. Also provided us with toothbrushes, body wash, lotion, etc. The only thing we had to go get from the store was toilet paper-there was only 2 rolls when we got there. Great place to stay! Very safe area.

Loved this place! Was super convenient to the wedding we went to at Belle Meade Plantation. The hosts were super friendly, and even had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. Would stay here again!

Great place! Very clean and just like the photos. We were there for a wedding at Cheekwood. We had a rental car and not a bad ride into Nashville. We'd stay there again if in the area. The welcome basket was a nice extra... especially the bottle of wine.

We had a great stay! Really pretty and quite neighborhood. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 6. Really close to Radnor Lake, where we went for an amazing hike and so saw many deer. Its a short uber ride into the city for a day of fun. I would definitely stay here, again!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's house. She was very sweet and super responsive throughout the check-in process. We were a total of 8 and there were no complaints from any of us. Overall our group of 11 had a wonderful time at Maria's house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a location with easy access to Nashville and a great space to gather with family and friends. The house was the perfect size for our group. Often times AirBnB listings say that they can hold a large number of guests, but when you arrive you realize one of your guests will be spending the night on a couch in a common area. However, at this house all 11 guests were comfortably sleeping on a bed and enjoying the common area as a great place to catch up with old friends. Maria was very attentive to the specifics of staying at the house and made sure that all of our questions were answered prior to arriving. Check-In was simple with easy access to the house and a clear list of instructions for checking out. The house is in a beautiful part of the city and has a very nice backyard that has a nice seating area if the weather is nice.

Jeremy is a great host and has great communication with his guest. There are restaurants and night life right down the road. The house is in a great area easily accessible to pretty much everything. The house was very clean and plenty of room for numerous people. We had a great time in Nashville and would definitely stay at Jeremy's place again.

Jeremy's house was clean, comfortable, updated, roomy & well-stocked...plus it is located in a very nice neighborhood. My family & I throughly enjoyed our stay & my daughter loved the playground in the backyard :) The bunk-bed room has an ensuite powder room - a great convenience for those middle of the night potty breaks ;) Jeremy was extremely responsive whenever a question arose & he was also very (URL HIDDEN) excellent host!

Our stay was great! A few things we loved in particular: - The house is beautifully decorated. I loved the large dining room table and the eclectic chairs. - The home came equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner and even make up wipes! I've stayed at air bnbs in the past that have not had any of those luxuries. - We were expecting 3 bedrooms but it actually had an additional bedroom with a single bed! 7 guests could sleep very comfortably. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the deck/porch area but it snowed and was quite cold! My parents and grandparents had never stayed in an air bnb. They loved this home so much they are officially fans!! One tip: Be careful pulling into the driveway! It is pretty steep and windy but totally manageable.

This is a great house for a group. It is advertised as 3 bedrooms, but there's an extra room with a small bed that allowed everyone to have their own space. Toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is comfortable and quiet. Jeremy was quick to answer all of my messages throughout the weekend. We felt very comfortable and safe in this house. One note: the driveway is pretty steep. It was never a problem, just something to keep in mind!

Plenty of room to for the group to gather inside or outside. Huge yard with a lovely covered patio with fireplace. The host, Grace, was very accomadiating and friendly. Responded promptly with all my inquires and even left me a cute card and treat! Thank you, Grace! We will be back!

The neighborhood was nice, safe and quiet. We just needed a 1 night stay while in town for a ballgame and this worked perfect. Jennifer was very good about communicating and answered when I called for some guidance.

The house was perfect. Very open living room/dining room/kitchen concept. Pictures did not do the house justice. Clark was very welcoming, even setting up an extra bed for the number of guest we had. The house was in close proximity to downtown, as well as Green Hills mall area (Theatre, grocery store, etc.). If you are ever in Nashville and need a beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood, Clark should be the man you count on.

I would like to personally thank Clark and his sister, they made us feel very welcome! Their hospitality was over the top, they truly make you feel like family. The pictures do not show how big the home is, kitchen is much larger as well as the master bedroom and bath! The trip into downtown Nashville was very easy and with shopping nearby. The BlueBird Café is 5 minutes away. This home is located in a very safe neighborhood where you can go for a walk in the afternoon. The home was very clean and had tons of upgrades. We were so blessed to find such a great rental at a great price, we will rent again as we come to Nashville often.

Clark was an excellent host. Warm and accommodating, he made our family feel welcome from the moment we made a reservation. Clark's home was absolutely beautiful, spotless and immaculate. We stayed for a week, and had everything we needed, and didn't need to contact him a single time. He really went above and beyond. It was a great home for young (4-7 age) kids, with plenty of room to spread out, and a great backyard for the kids to play in. We felt right at home, and will definitely return again for future visits!

This home is really lovely and is PRISTINE CLEAN and is most def not a "party house." The other guests have commented that the photos do not do the home justice and they are right; the in-person experience significantly exceeded our expectations. Our host was available, kind, friendly, and ultra-accommodating. The location is also fantastic - adjacent to everything you want and need. This property is spacious, FULLY equipped, with easy access in-and-out and we hope to re-visit soon. We comfortably had a party of seven on our wonderful Nashville family vacay. This house really is incredible. It was so lovely and comfortable. Downtown Nashville is an easy 20 minute drive and its so worth it to have somewhere nice, clean, comfortable and stocked to come back to. We spent every morning out on the porch. I booked this house because it had several living areas, thinking that our family would want to spread out, but we ended up spending all of our time in the kitchen and sunroom. The grounds were so beautiful we wished we could stay another day to continue soaking it in.

Great place in a really great location for business in Brentwood. The beds were very comfortable and the yards and surrpundings were amazing. So much better to come "home " to than a hotel. We will be staying here again soon.

This was our second stay. This is a great place and is close to all the amenities in Brentwood as well as the business parks. Also not a bad hop to/from the airport (I think it was a $30.00 Uber) and same for a night on Broadway.

We've been using Airbnb for a number of years now and Cindy's house is by far the cleanest Airbnb we've stayed in. Cindy was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is a short drive to much of what Nashville has to offer. I highly recommend staying at Cindy's place, you won't regret it.

I came to Nashville for a reunion with a few old college friends and for the first time we decided to try AirBNB. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. The home is stunningly beautiful and conveniently located--a short drive to the airport and to all that Nashville has to offer for visitors. New construction means everything is in pristine condition, and the Cindy clearly takes great pride in decorating and making her place homey. It was spotless. Cindy was quite hospitable and arrangements were easy. She even had a few snacks and drinks available for us on our arrival.

Awesome house...if you're traveling to Nashville you've gotta stay here.
