NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

When you stay at this centrally located property, your family will have all the important points of contact nearby. City bus stop 100 m away , town square on foot 15 min, large playground and green areas , bicycle cellar, large parking , Outdoor swimming pool,indoor pool and sauna nearby, very good infrastructure !
