Private entrance, stuccoed walls, exposed beams, oak counter tops, ceder lined shower and big deep tub. All linens and towels supplied. Washer/Dryer. Walking (a bit strenuous) distance to Village shops and restaurants. Breakfast is English muffins, bagels, local farm eggs, apples, orange juice, coffee. Oatmeal too. Quiet and restful space with great skiing nearby.
This guest space was created with guest comfort foremost in mind. The bed is a comfortable and roomy king. All appliances in fully equipped kitchen are new. This along with comfy living room and private terrace will make you wish you had booked more days. At least that's what many of our guests say about their stay with us. We are a short but slightly strenuous walk to Saugerties Village shops and restaurant and to the Esopus Creek and Marinas.
We have great restaurants and shops, hiking, swimming, a great book store and movie theater - all nearby. The Esopus Creek and Hudson river are nearby.
  • Staying at Steve's is by far one of the most accommodating spaces you will find. This is indeed a home away from home. Everything you left at home will be there for you. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, cozy and clean. What sealed the deal of being one of the best for my husband and I is the fact that there was no television (by design) and this gave us the opportunity to have the time away from home that we wanted.

    Stuart2020-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • Steve’s place was amazing. He has beautifully maintained this space and it was a perfect getaway. We would love to come back and spend more time!

    Kelsey2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Steve's place is really fantastic! My son and I were just passing through town on our way home from a Vermont ski trip. All I was looking for was a good and cheap hotel alternative. Steve's suite was so much more than that. Lots of thoughtful touches--like bagels, eggs, coffee, and granola bars. And lots more space--spotlessly clean--than is apparent from the photos. Super comfy bed. The barn (which Steve built) is a really cool structure. And Steve is great! Very responsive. And he gave us a fantastic and affordable dinner recommendation. Highly recommended for a short or long stay!!!

    Josh2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Steve is a wonderful host. Made sure to greet us when we arrived, gave a tour of the apartment, and made sure we knew all the restaurants and sites to visit. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Would stay again!

    Beelan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place was absolutely knocking it out of the park! The pics did not do it enough justice. Steve was as lovely as his place. The hospitality was beyond expectations. There was a breakfast basket, eggs, bagels, peanut butter, cream cheese, juices in the fridge for us. I usually care most about cleanliness and this place was spotless with plenty of towels in the bathroom. A lot of cute and trendy touches all around. The location was close to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and bookstores. I highly recommend this place!

    Christina2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place to stay at!

    Mark2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Pristine, tasteful apartment. It is in an apartment building and near a busy street but secluded enough that it didn't bother me (and I am super sensitive to noise). Great hospitality!

    Andrea2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed here for a short overnight trip to Hunter Mountain. The space was perfect for two of us - clean and cozy yet also roomy. Steve’s little touches, such as offering restaurant recommendations as well as stocking the fridge with breakfast food, explained to me why he is a superhost. He built the barn himself and it is an astonishing space. Would definitely return.

This breezy and light filled apartment is the perfect spot to crash on your weekend upstate. Tivoli could not be cuter, and it is minutes from Bard College, Kingston, Hudson and Germantown. The apartment is located above our little shop, Winn's, a small boutique with clothing, and home goods. We feature many products that we sell in the shop, in the apartment, so that you can try things out, or enjoy using them just for the night!
One of the most lovely things about being in the middle of Tivoli, is that there is immediate access to some of the most beautiful natural spaces, while being walkable to amazing restaurants and adorable shops. You can walk through the Tivoli bays, or down to the Hudson river for breathtaking views, and you can also walk over to Hotel Tivoli and have an amazing cocktail while looking at an incredible art collection!
Tivoli is a small but bustling town- all of the businesses are on Broadway and are walkable from the apartment. We love Osaka, Santa Fe, and Traghaven pub when we go out with our son (he is 3), as they are very family friendly! For a romantic date, we love The Corner (the restaurant at Hotel Tivoli). In addition to Winn's, we also own the little general store in town, and it has all of the necessities, as well as bread that we bake! Murray's has amazing coffee and brunch, and there is also a cute little used bookstore, a yarn shop, and Tivoli Mercantile, which is a boutique with a gorgeous selection.
  • My husband and I had a fantastic time in Tivoli at Natalie and Kazio's apartment! We spent almost an entire week in the space, and felt right at home the sexond we walked in! The space is so cozy and comfortable, and it's perfect for a couple. The apartment had everything that we needed including: cookware, a clean refrigerator, ample towels, bed linens, there really was nothing that we needed that wasn't already in the apartment! The apartment itself is very cozy, and we spent many nights just relaxing and taking in the neighborhood around us. If you love to go on nature walks and hikes, there are many trails around the apartment that are easy drives to get to, or you can simply walk for 15 minutes down to see magnificent views of the Hudson River. And I will say that the bed in the apartment is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! We loved our stay at the apartment in Tivoli and look forward to visiting soon again.

    Zaneta2020-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • Last time we were in Tivoli we stayed at the Hotel which is great but this time we needed more space than one room. Natalie and Kazio's place is every bit as stylish and comfortable as the Hotel (and very budget-friendly!). We really appreciated the simple touches like delicious coffee and lovely kitchen tools and bath products. The second bathroom was really nice to have when traveling with a teenager, and the beds were great (I actually chose the sofa bed because it was so comfortable!). Definitely will stay here again, and hope to stay longer!

    Nicole2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a wonderful space! The bed is SO comfortable and all of the extra details are just lovely. It's perfectly located right in town and the entire space is sparkling clean. We loved it!

    Samantha2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second time staying at Natalie and Kazio's! You can't beat the location in Tivoli. The apartment is steps from coffee shops, restaurants and everything the charming town of Tivoli has to offer. I love this place!

    Marissa2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay in a fun and quirky little town. Above Winn’s is a wonderful addition to Tivoli and really captures the spirit of the town. Clean, comfortable and cozy with lots of light and lovely furnishings. I’ll definitely be back soon.

    Christine2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • This place is an amazing option for those staying in Tivoli. The space is large, beautifully maintained, and updated with terrific decor, bed, and amenities. I’d recommend it to anyone.

    Marc2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Winn's was perfect, the place is beautiful you have everything you need. Natalie is very nice, full of recommandations to discover the towns around and very reactive.

    Julie2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a great time at Natalie and Kazio's beautiful home. The space was clean, cozy and had many creative touches throughout. The bed is SO comfortable, and tons of natural light in the apartment! We explored the charming town of Tivoli, would love to go back in the warmer months when more of the stores are open, some are seasonal. The pub directly across the street was great. Also loved the guidebook Natalie and Kazio provided. Would definitely go back and stay here again!

  • This was my first experience in a tiny home and it was very comfortable and quite charming! The rain on the rooftop, surrounded by trees, it felt like I was in the country. Chris checked in just enough, and was incredibly helpful with my questions for local recommendations. His guide book was fantastic!

    Melissa2020-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Neat experience in a tiny house. The sauna is a really nice touch if you want to relax and detox! Great space at a great value.

    Adam2020-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • Clean spot. Excellent and fast communication. Very nice for a place to stay when you want to explore this area and dont need a fancy hotel room and would like a private, central headquarters for the journey.

    Joe2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The house was comfortable and well decorated. Check in was easy. Hosts were responsive and provided plenty of information about the house and the area.

    David2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • We had a beautiful time celebrating our 7 year anniversary in Chris’s Tiny House. Ashley (our main point of contact) was super responsive and checked in with us periodically just to make sure we were enjoying the place. The pictures are just as you would expect it and we were happy to have a (tiny) house to ourselves for a weekend away from the city

    Sherman2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed at Christopher’s tiny house for three nights in February, and could have easily stayed longer. While this cozy tiny house is designed to be off-grid, it is set up with electricity, heat, and potable water. The compostable toilet was simple to use, and free of odor. The tiny house is situated on the owners’ property, and felt quiet, calm, and private, while being centrally located in the middle of Kingston. I took advantage of the sauna one evening, which was a lovely treat. It was the ideal respite from NYC life, while still being accessible to local restaurants, art, and other sites in the Kingston community. Highly recommend!

    Cristina2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, with a bunch of cute little touches to make it feel like home. The bathroom is interesting (no door, no flushing toilet) but I understand it's to vibe with the aesthetic of the home ! The climate control was good, the bed was comfy, but if you're tall like me be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling (or the dome-shaped light) once or twice, or ten times ;)

  • Tidy and beautiful space. Will stay again if at Kingston!

    Oliver2020-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Extraordinary circumstances, and not at all a typical Airbnb stay: in light of Coronavirus, I needed a last minute clean and isolated place to quarantine for two weeks before moving on to take care of family... Amy’s place was great and she was a super accommodating and responsive host. A simple setup - extension of big Victorian home - with privacy and lots of sunlight and plenty of space for one person or a couple. 10-15 min walk from the fun commercial stretch of the “Stockade District” which of course was fully closed, because PANDEMIC. Enjoyed my stay, all things considered; mostly thankful Amy was willing to play host and was so quick with replies, considering the uncertainty and scariness of the times. Thank you Amy & family!

    Nick2020-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • Amy’s place is in a very nice neighborhood, very close to all the nice shops in uptown Kingston. It was very clean, and very spacious. She responded very quickly, and was very accommodating.

    Daniel2020-03-21T00:00:00Z
  • Amy was an amazing hostess for our one-night stay in Kingston. She even babysat our howling hound dog while we were out to dinner (in a delicious downtown restaurant walkable from Amy's apartment!). Great stay and an excellent location!

    Allison2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amy's place was more spacious than I expected. I loved the very large shower, but my favorite thing was sitting on the comfy couch in the sunroom. Amy was a very gracious host and communication was quick and easy. This is perhaps my favorite area of town - quiet, pretty street but easily walkable to the Stockade district. I'd def stay here again.

    Tom2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Amy's far exceeded our expectations. For starters, the location is perfect. The apartment is on a charming, quiet residential street surrounded by beautiful victorian homes. Despite the peace and quiet of the location, you are steps away from all that Kingston has to offer. Within minutes we were at BSP for a concert and all the best restaurants around. The apartment itself is clean and inviting. Our favorite part was the dining nook surrounded with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. The light poured into the apartment from there and it was our favorite place to have coffee and relax. The apartment also offers a complete kitchen with fridge and stove - being that we like to cook while we're away, this was much appreciated. Best of all for us was the fact that Amy's place is dog-friendly. The beautiful tree-lined streets are the perfect place to take your dog for a stroll. A helpful tip if you plan on bringing a dog, bring a throw with you since Amy has nice white couches - this will avoid any unintentional stains. Amy herself is an amazing host who is very responsive to inquiries. She checked in to make sure we were all set and comfortable and offered great recommendations for local spots. We can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Amy, we'll definitely be back!!

  • Susan’s place was perfect for our three person weekend. Clean and comfortable, close to great restaurants in Rhinebeck and the tours we had lined up.

    Christine2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Susan’s place is quaint and cozy. Just a short walk into the town of Rhinebeck it’s a great place to stay when looking for a weekend away but with more comfort than the usual hotel room.

    Natasha2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • You will not be disappointed in this very special place in the woods. It is warm and cozy and well supplied with extra touches. I have added it to my list of places to return!

  • Such a great place to stay, great location for the sheep and wool festival. I can’t believe my luck in finding this place!

  • The Serenity House, in Rhinebeck NY, was very nice. Very clean and spacious. It was close to town and the owner stocked the frig with lots of goodies. I would definitely recommend this Air B&B!

    Carmela2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely setting. Large apartment with very comfortable furnishings. Fresh flowers were a nice touch as were the food and beverages provided.

    Sally2019-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • We struck gold when we decided to stay the night in Rhinebeck on our way back from Quebec City to Alexandria, VA. Susan and her husband, Bill, were greats hosts and their roomy apartment was spotless and well-provisioned with coffee, juices, yogurt, muffins, cereals, etc. The apartment is attached to their home with a separate entrance. Susan stayed in constant touch with us and gave us a great list of restaurants in The center of town a few minutes away. We could not have been happier and would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

    Pete2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Susan's Airbnb is perfectly located, just a short distance outside charming Rhinebeck, New York, itself the most charming village in the region--with wonderful stores and restaurants, as well as the unique Upstate Films. The quarters are private (with lovely views of the woods), very spacious, well-designed, attractively decorated and furnished, and fully equipped. I could not have been more pleased with my stay at this Airbnb rental.

  • Great place for a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Casey was so thoughtful with the personal touches for us (my fiancé and I) and even our dog! She was so communicative leading up to and throughout the weekend. The place itself is great, cozy and fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom and bedroom needs. The upstairs neighbors could be a little loud at times (kids running around and thin walls) but were respectful of the quiet hours. We were a little surprised when we pulled up to the edge of a mobile home park, thinking we had rented a stand alone space on its own land, but that didn't turn out to be any type of problem. Friendly neighbors, dog-friendly, and great hiking trails and a fishing pond (that we didn't have much luck at) nearby.

    Allison2020-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • I much loved Casey’s barn house apartment! The place was sparkling clean and spaciously comfortable. Casey was a gracious and accommodating host and always available to assist whenever necessary. The unit was surrounded by wonderful views and within close proximity to many local attractions. I much appreciated the attention to small details provided by Casey; everything from the detailed Welcome binder to the assortment of K cups for the Keurig machine. Thank you, Casey, for hosting me, for making me feel at home and I much look forward to booking with you again in the future!

Pine Place is a sunny and private flat set in a historical residence. The home features neutral earth tones amid stark whites, an open-plan lounge space, a kitchen, and access to the front patio with a breakfast spot.
Newly renovated ground floor apartment in residential neighborhood. Our building is set back from the street providing extra privacy. Pine Place comfortably accommodates two guests. It features a queen-sized bed, comfortable sofa, breakfast/work table and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Linens provided throughout. We put a lot of love into designing this apartment. Many of the details are handmade by us, from the poured concrete countertops, to the mugs and bowls, the nightstands and even the breakfast table. Our artwork can also be spotted throughout the home.
Pine Street is a quiet residential neighborhood and the property is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and one of the best farmer's markets in the Hudson Valley.
  • Excellent stay! Spotless and well designed out space, especially loved their pottery! A peaceful retreat in a great location - Andrew and Jocelyn come very highly recommended!

Two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen on the second floor of an owner occupied home in the country. Located in between Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Kingston, less than twenty minutes to each. Near the Hudson River, breweries, state parks, fine and casual dining, farms, markets, hipsters, country folk, the Catskills, ten minutes to bard college and all the things it offers through the year, near a boat launch into the Hudson...we are only two hours north of NYC and an hour south of Albany.
We just updated our existing space, (you can find that on my profile) to include a second bedroom, new beds, a fresh coat of paint, a remodeled kitchen, a record player, books and games! We now have super pimp queen and full size beds, plus access to two twin beds should they be needed. There is a separate parking area, your own entrance and exit, gardens to harvest from, (in season) with fruits, veggies and herbs. We are both in the Hudson Valley restaurant/foraging/farming business so if you need ingredients or recommendations, please ask, and if you are looking for a fine meal, plan ahead with us!
We are located within 7 minutes of several lovely dining options and quite close to the Hudson River.
  • Quaint and cozy. Idyllic and charming. Perfect spot for 2 and a pup. A quiet oasis though only 20 min drive to Hudson.

  • We loved our stay at Amy’s place! It’s in a rustic farmhouse on a beautiful road, surrounded by farms and fields. They have put a lot of nice touches into the unit, which is on the upstairs floor of the farmhouse. It’s spacious and comfortable! We would stay again!

    Jennifer2019-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you for having us. Perfect stay, beautiful space, great location!

    Delaney2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay in Germantown at Amy's. She offered great recommendations (Gaskins!) and was super friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. It's not quite an "entire home" since you're upstairs from where they live, but you have a private entrance. I would recommend for a quick getaway in the Catskills!

    Jordan2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • This awesome retro, pet friendly spot was a gem! We felt cozy and cared for, lots of space and snacks/teas galore and awesome toiletries for every hair type and skin need. We especially loved the peaceful quiet in the evenings. They were wonderfully communicative and made us and our small dog right at home.

    Erika2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet place full of stylish colorful retro furniture and decor. Amy and Adam are extremely laid back and welcoming hosts with interesting backgrounds. The road is quiet, full of cornfields , barns and silos.

  • This was a great space for us to stay while we were in town for a wedding I was in at A Private Estate which is conveniently located only about 7 minutes away. Amy was quick to respond to messages and we enjoyed listening to their record player

    Anika2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • The photos are what drew me in, but the space is even more beautiful in person. The layout of the space and the care in the details made the space truly feel like a home for a night. The beautiful artwork, and simple but thoughtful designs were the best in an AirBnb I’ve been to yet. The house is located on an idyllic country road with a lush garden, horses across the street, and beautiful light. Such a pleasure to stay.

  • Don’t hesitate to book this lovely space. I arrived late at night and appreciated the personal welcome message with my name spelled with magnets. Super clean and thoughtful touches - water, coffee, half and half, chocolate and fast WiFi. There is even a desk if you need to work. I was attending an event at the Omega Institute which was a short 20 minutes from the property. Super comfortable bed and very spacious. Loved exploring downtown Rhinebeck as well - lots of great restaurants. Will stay here again for sure!

    Ron2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • We booked this apartment on a whim as we were passing through town on a drive and we are so glad we did! It was as seamless as any experienced AirBnB’er could ask for. The check in instructions were sent via email and were super easy to follow. Satoru was available by phone to check in and made sure we were all good. The apartment had all of the things we needed and more with a full kitchen. The wide open space and design made for a relaxing stay and it was definitely a cozy home away from home (it looks so better than my small NYC apartment!). The bright natural light in the morning was gorgeous! I was definitely a happy gal! You cannot go wrong with this apartment. 5 stars on all counts for me.

    Justine2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. We love Atsuko and Satoru’s places - this is our second time staying with them. (And planning for more visits in the future!) They are able to make the place feel simultaneously luxurious and homey and their eye for design is impeccable.

    Judy2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • The place was perfect! So lovely to stay in and close to everything. Would definitely recommend and go again!

  • You must stay here. Incredible space with so many thoughtful details. Truly wowed. The decor was incredible, tasteful, and mindful. Everything you need is here for an awesome stay. Not to mention the location was super convenient to uptown (steps away) and the interstate. The bar has been raised to any other air bnb I stay it, because this particular one was so spectacular. Thank you!

  • It was such a pleasure to stay at Bau Haus A. The home is fun and clean and comfortable and quirky. Everything is thoughtfully designed and arranged, down to the towel rack. The location could also not be better—we were able to walk around town with ease from this well positioned home base. Highly recommend for a cozy relaxing stay for 2!

Cozy, charming guesthouse located in the Uptown Kingston.
Guest will stay in the apartment on the 1st floor of multi family house which includes an open concept bedroom (1 Queen bed) connected to the living room (1 sofa bed) by an arched entryway. Private eat in kitchen and a full bathroom.
This Historic Uptown Kingston has a lot to offer. There are a large variety of restaurants from a quick bite shop to the fine restaurant and bars. Lots of cool stuffs for shoppers. There are also a place to just chill out, relax and enjoy with coffee and books like The Rough Draft Bar & Books. Totally recommended for a weekend getaways destination.
  • This place is amazing. Kaz & Nat have really made a home-y space for us to enjoy. It's almost like they're putting on a master-class on "how to Airbnb." I can't tell you how many time we said to ourselves, "they really did think of everything..." Take notes ;) Check-in & -out were super easy. The place is clean, comfy & cozy. Shower has plenty of pressure. The bed is firm, but not uncomfortable. And, there's plenty of light during the day. The space has a overall minimalist feel, but never lacking... Yes, the parking could be better, but it's clearly stated on the listing, and they even sent us photos of the signs... everything here gives off an air of thoughtfulness and intention. Yes, it's an old house, but it's got enough "touch of modern" to make you go "Wow!" I would 100% stay here again and recommend anyone I know visiting Kingston to stay here too :) -MM

    Manny2020-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • I loved this place! It was very clean and they made us feel comfortable and safer by providing us with more cleaning supplies when we asked for them. This place is a hidden gem honestly. It was a very relaxing weekend, with a beautiful hike trail less than 30 minutes away. There are some nice spots to eat and go out to as well in town, ask Kaz for their recommendations! Thank you so much for a great weekend getaway.

    Sam2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Kaz was a wonderful host! The location was walking distance from most shops and restaurants in the center of town. The place was especially clean and had all the little amenities that you could need or want. Sheets and towels were available and toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and tea and beverages in the fridge. There was directions and information throughout the house. All the touches were so thoughtful and convenient. Check in was a breeze and Kaz stayed in communication with us when we needed it. Quick responses and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

    Amanda2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Holy Moly! This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s my fiancé and I have ever stayed in! Not only is the town of Kingston just so darn cute, Nat & Jaz’s place is even cuter. Every amenity you could possibly need is provided for you and it’s all decorated and arranged so beautifully. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and the house is chock full of comfy blankets for lounging (which is a big plus for me). Entering in and out was a breeze thanks to those cool electronic keypad locks set with a unique code so we never had to worry about losing keys! Nat was quick to respond with anything we needed and we also luckily got to meet her in person (she is the sweetest soul!) the location of the Airbnb is perfect. It’s smack dab in the middle of the Stockade District or “Uptown” which is an entirely walkable area of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, and beautiful historic buildings. If you’re debating about where to stay in Kingston, seriously look no further!!!

    Ashley2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to stay - very responsive, clean, nice location close to the uptown kingston! I’d come back!

    Jiun2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Kaz and Nat were great hosts. Although I didn't get to meet them personally, they checked in via messages to ensure I was comfortable. The apartment was very easy to access and incredibly well kept... even the bathroom towels were fluffier and softer than hotel towels! The apartment was super close to all Kingston's sights, amenities, and highways. If you're hiking in the area, hitting one of the nearby breweries, or just getting away, reach out to Kaz and Nat!

Welcome to the end of the rainbow:) My private residence gives you a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and laundry. My place in Tivoli will give you a feel of the country-with chickens and ducks (and fresh eggs)-while being within walking distance to restaurants, the park, and the Hudson River; and a short drive to events at Bard College, Omega-or views for leaf-peeping!! Whether for one night, or a week, I'm sure you will appreciate all the amenities this offers!
My place offers room for off-street parking for one car. I offer an entire apartment, so you can prepare meals in-or eat out. There is a washer and dryer available, and plenty of room to say inside if you choose.

  • Sarah’s place is amazing! Love using the hot tub on the deck in the cold. There are so many thoughtful touches from the slippers to the towel warmer. A great place to stay for a weekend in Rhinebeck. Don’t hesitate just book.

    Daniela2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay with Sarah was booked two days before our arrival. From the start, Sarah greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the room and showed us where all of the amenities are. Sarah got back to us very quickly when we had any questions and also helped greatly with outside accommodations. Using the hot tub during the night was absolutely amazing, with the lights off you can see all of the stars in the sky. There are plenty of indoor activities to do in the surrounding areas like bowling, pool, an arcade, etc. If you were to visit, I highly recommend Ferncliff Forest. It has a sketchy tower you can climb for a beautiful view of the entire Rhinebeck area.

New listing! Our just renovated Kingston apartment. House was built in 1888 and has been lovingly renewed and restored. We fussed over every detail and tried to make the space as comfortable and inviting as we could. Many of the furniture pieces we made, or restored. We refinished the old floors and completed re jigged the layout for a more open plan, connected living space. Kitchen and bathroom are completely brand new! The house is in the middle of everything Kingston, and the HV has to offer.
Park right next to the entrance and enter with a smart keypad. We have a travel cot and extra mattress if you're traveling with a toddler or a baby, just let us know! Ground floor with steps to get up to front door. Walk in shower. Thermostat controlled steam radiators Coffee instructions available!
We own our favorite coffee shop, Village coffee and goods, so of course that is our first recommendation! A minute away is the new Kingston Standard brewing company, and you can walk to the rondout to our fav spots, Brunette wine bar, Kingston wine co, Clove and Creek, Hops petunia, or take your car uptown to the cutest book store Rough Draft, and vegetarian delights at Outdated. Our favorite restaurant Gaskins in germantown is a lovely 30 min drive. The new Hotel Kinsley is an easy drive or ride away. Uptown Kingston is full of great spots.
  • Mark and Anthea's place is wonderful. In between the heart of everything and a comfy space that's nicely decorated and has everything you need and nothing you don't. Mark and Anthea are also extremely accommodating and very responsive! They own a coffee shop a few blocks away which I'd definitely recommend as well.

  • Mark’s apartment is a super trendy and stylish spot to stay! It’s pretty quiet and a very zen apartment; making it a wonderful spot for a weekend getaway in Kingston. Mark’s local tips were great and their cafe, Village Coffee and Goods, was a tasty spot to visit. He’s also extremely attentive when it came to answering my messages, and even just checking in to ask how our stay was going! Brownie points to Mark allowing us to use their laundry downstairs — we really appreciated it.

  • Mark is an amazing host! He responded within minutes of sending him a message and was able to host me very last minute. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the shower alone is worth the stay! There is beautiful woodwork and it's in a central location in Kingston. It's by far my favorite airbnb in Kingston! Looking forward to staying there again!

  • We were looking for a place to stay at for our first trip up this way. Their place was not only impeccably designed (& restored too!) but it was a great home away from home for the weekend. It is in the midtown district which is in its own revival at the moment but only a 5 min drive to uptown so we enjoyed its location.

Kingston Point Beach is a picturesque destination for swimming, picnicking and boat-launching. The Hudson River Maritime, home of the sloop Clearwater and the Trolley Museum of New York are nearby attractions
  • The apartment was a pleasure to stay in - clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and with the added bonus of real art on the walls. The location was excellent for exploring the Rondout/waterfront area - do take a stroll along the tracks to Kingston Point Park. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get uptown. Lots of good restaurants and hip boutiques to check out. It's an easy drive up into the Catskill mountains too!

  • Nancy was a welcoming hostess, meeting & greeting us as we drove up in front. We were handed the key & given a personal tour of our space (apartment size) & allowed to sake questions. The Gallery Inn was perfect for our stay in Kingston.

  • Great place! Nancy is very responsive and a great host! The location is perfect, a quick walk to some great food spots and a nice drive to plenty of hiking spots along the hudson!

  • Our family of 4 had a great experience staying at Nancy’s Gallery Inn. The apartment has good lighting, plenty of windows, all the amenities you could want and is centrally located in downtown Kingston. Nancy was kind enough to stock the fridge with cold water and let the AC run to cool the apartment before we got there. She was also very responsive via text and close by in case we needed anything. Would definitely return or recommend to other guests.

  • We had some last minute changes with our reservation and Nancy was very flexible and kind! Her place was spotless and stylish. Very walkable! Nancy went out of her way to welcome us and tell us all about where we were staying. All around wonderful experience and lovely host!

The spacious and bright studio apartment is located on Main Street literally seconds from fantastic shops, restaurants and galleries. In the summer months enjoy a private patio and shared garden. • Ciera was a great host and my family and I enjoyed her little apartment so much! It was a wonderful get away from everything going on! Would definitely come back!

  • This is such a stylish air b n b. We loved the decor and finishing touches what a dream apartment! Close to restaurants, pubs and driving distance from some food walks.

  • I think this place is a lot better in person. It's very warm and welcoming. Meticulously clean. The town is small but I think this is a great location. The cafe next door, that's recommended in other reviews was good, Miss Lucy's restaurant around the corner was great, and Bluestone coffee down the street was great as well.

    Andrew2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, clean, restful oasis. Loved my stay!

    Catharine2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Ciera’s place was stunningly clean and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all things needed for cooking and there was plenty of space to do so. So many awesome spots in walking distance we barely used our car the whole time we were there. Great place to stay for a cozy winter getaway in a fun town with lots to do

    Lauren2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great apartment for a weekend in Saugerties. It's extremely convenient to walk everywhere in the small downtown area, yet a little off the main streets so it's quiet and feels pleasantly secluded. It was easy to access, and very comfortable inside. Everything was sparkling clean and well-labeled so it was easy to use the shower, etc. We had no trouble parking in the nearby lot and pulled the car up closer to drop off/pick up our things. We especially enjoyed the cafe that's next door called Olsen & Company -- highly recommend for coffee or an evening snack and glass of wine.

    Marisa2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Ciera's place is absolutely adorable and extremely convenient if you are spending time in Saugerties. We hope to come back in the summer!

The Fox Den is decorated with our guests in mind, comfortable, private, & surrounded by nature. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven & refrigerator. We also provide coffee & tea. A queen size bed with a view of the lake, and a private bath (towels are provided for both bath and lake). A pergola covered stone patio, overlooking the lake. The Fox Den is in the perfect location. We are 10 minutes (or less), to our town of Red Hook, which is a wonderful small town with great restaurants and shops. Our favorite place to hunt for old, country antiques and treasures is Hoffman's Barn. It's in Red Hook, behind the movie theatre. Another great shop is Living Eden, one of my favorites. Only 20 minutes from us is Rhinebeck, which is an artsy, interesting town. Everyone flocks to Rhinebeck! It's a charming town, with it's history, restaurants and shops; home to the Beekman Arms Inn, the oldest continuous running inn in America. The food is excellent. The pub (located in the back) is a step back in time, warm and cozy. The greenhouse is located in the front of the restaurant, where you can view the lovely town. Also, Terrapin restaurant and Gigi's Trattoria are delicious places to dine and have seating both inside and out. The Hudson Valley is home to the CIA (Culinary Institute of America), which is why our chefs are outstanding! The Dutchess County Fairgrounds are also in Rhinebeck. Please check out their website. They host plenty of fairs throughout the summer into the fall. We have lots to do in the Hudson Valley and plenty of towns to visit, Hudson, Tivoli, Hyde Park, Red Hook and Rhinebeck; and across the river are Woodstock, New Paltz, & Saugherties, just to name a few Come and visit us!If you want to drive about and see the countryside, there are many interesting destinations to discover, and most are close by. Antiquing, wineries, glorious estates, beautiful gardens, horseback riding, & delicious restaurants of all kinds. (The Culinary Institute is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley.) Bard college, the Richard B. Fisher Performing Arts Ctr., The Omega Institute, Opus 40, charming towns (such as Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Hudson, Tivoli, & Woodstock), farmers markets, seasonal orchards for picking your own fruit, & much more await you! We love it here, and know you will too.

Enjoy this charming, private, newly renovated attic studio apartment outfitted with the work of many talented local makers. Located in happening Midtown Kingston, a block from hospital/City Hall, 1/2 mile to Rondout waterfront, Midtown Arts District and UPAC. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, galleries, shops, & activities. 5 min drive to Uptown Kingston and Trailways Bus. 20 mins to Woodstock, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, New Paltz and the Catskill mountains. LGBTQ and diversity friendly.
Sleep comfortably on the queen-sized Tuft & Needle bed, get inspired by the architecture and decor, cook in the kitchenette, practice yoga under the skylight, cozy up in the reading chair, enjoy the rainhead, stand up shower, or relax on the chaise and stream a movie. Enjoy the sun drenched space to have a meal at the table, write a note or work on your laptop next to the window on the custom-built desk, or swing the chair around to enjoy the distant mountain view. The apartment is also an evolving showcase for local artists and makers. Loose leaf tea and french press coffee are provided, as well as filtered water. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator/freezer, small Breville toaster oven, microwave, induction burner, and basic pots and pans. Please separate all trash into compost, recycling, and trash containers inside the apartment. All of our furnishings, linens, pillows, soaps, etc, are vegan (i.e., no leather, goose down, wool, fur...). There is also a brand new heating and a/c system you have full control over. The commercial space on the first floor is a combination art gallery and event space. Guests are invited to come and view the art on exhibit and participate in the programming as much or as little as desired. This is an attic apartment accessed via stairs, so please be mindful you will need to be able to lift and carry your luggage. There are a few exterior stairs to reach the side building entrance, another set of interior stairs to get to the apartment entrance, and a final set of stairs inside the apartment. Because the apartment was formerly an attic, many of the side walls are angled, and people over 6'3" may not be as comfortable in all areas of the apartment. We are a non-smoking facility; smoking is not permitted in the apartment or anywhere on the property. Parking The building is located on Broadway, the main corridor connecting Uptown, Midtown, and the Rondout. There are a number of places you can park: across the street in a small lot (free); surrounding side streets (free); and on Broadway (metered Mon-Sat 9am-6pm).
Kingston, NY is about 2 hours north of NYC and sits on the Hudson River at the foot of the Catskill Mountains. We are a vibrant community and there is a lot going on all seasons here and nearby, including many outdoor activities (rail trail, hiking, skiing, kayaking, boating, Stockade soccer games), cultural activities (UPAC & The Bardavon, live music venues, small theaters, galleries), fabulous dining, drinking, and shopping for locally made goods. The Kingston Farmer’s Market operates year round (weekly, outside May-October and biweekly, inside Nov-April). Kingston itself includes the Uptown area, including the historic Stockade District and other Dutch history. Downtown near the waterfront is also called the Rondout, and in between is Midtown, where we are located. We adore our neighborhood and hope you will enjoy the diversity of people and local shops. Broadway is a commercial street, and our block includes a Chinese restaurant, holistic health center, hair salon, bail bond vendor, medical transport company, tattoo parlor, self defense studio, bodega, fried chicken and pizza joint, electrician's shop, used car dealership, car repair shop, Burger King, gas station/convenience store, Rondout Savings Bank, and Walgreens. Behind the building is a parking lot for the local hospital, an awesome new brewery, a deli, and a bicycle shop. The rail trail is opening shortly on the next block.
  • Travelers can expect an incredibly clean, environmentally friendly, charming experience with a delightful owner.

  • I cannot recommend this place enough- this has to be one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed in. One can tell that each furnishing in the apartment was put in with much consideration and it makes for such a cozy stay. Communication with Jess was phenomenal and they offer a ton of material on local things to do. The stay exceeded our expectations!

    Austin2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful open and contemporary space to relax/unwind. Modern amenities and design with thoughtful accessories from local artists. Well placed to visit Uptown (30 minutes stroll) and Downtown (15 minutes stroll). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the bustle.

    Ben2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica’s studio was absolutely charming. Unique, quirky architecture, outfitted with so many creative, thoughtful touches. Love her emphasis on sourcing goods from local artisans. The place and linens were clean and well-kept. It was close to some great local coffee shops, and a. ~25-30 min walk from downtown. We also visited Woodstock and Mohonk Preserves while in the area.

    Megan2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • There aren’t enough good things I can say about this place. The space was impeccably decorated, sparkling clean and I loved that it was eco conscious. There were so many local tips and the space had everything you could possibly need. The other thing I found unique about it was that much of the decor was locally sourced. There was ample parking, easy checking, and great communication with Jessica. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and I know where I’ll be staying the next time I am in Kingston!

A private studio attached to our house; peaceful, light-filled, both centrally located and off the beaten path. We are within walking distance of the river and southern Tivoli Bays on public trails; two miles from Bard College, five minute drive to Red Hook and Tivoli, 10 minutes to Rhinebeck, twenty minutes to Hudson, Woodstock and the Catskills. A perfect retreat with a super comfortable King-sized bed, kitchen and no TV!(we do have internet).
Our mother-in-law apartment is its own private space, with a separate entrance and easy parking in front of the house.
Barrytown is surrounded by 5 large estates, 3 of which have trails which are open to the public (Montgomery Place also offers house tours in season.) It is a great base for exploring the Hudson Valley and a perfect spot to relax and recharge. We are a 10 minute drive from the Rhinecliff Amtrak station and the spas, shops and restaurants of Rhinebeck; 20 minutes from Hudson (antiques and restaurants); and 20 minutes from Woodstock and the Catskills. From our house you can walk to the river and bays or just stroll down our quiet, dead-end road past fields full of deer and other wildlife (if you are lucky you may see foxes, bald eagles or herons!)

The bedroom looks out onto a main road so if street noise bothers you when you sleep, it might not be the best for you. The bed is super comfortable, so that might make up for it. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

ESCAPE, COME TO THE HUDSON VALLEY (2bdrm, sleeps 6 total) This a beautifully remodeled farmhouse near town & far enough away for long walks without running into people (social distancing friendly). All hard surfaces (faucets, knobs, switches etc. are disinfected). This is a spacious apartment with chalkboard/whiteboard options for individuals working from home.
A Victorian farmhouse artfully restored to its original plaster walls and flooring, filled with creative nooks and vintage finds. The entire place is recently renovated, but the updates evoke a variety of eras, making the apartment a very playful and fun place to be. This is an upstairs apartment in a 2 family home; we live downstairs. • fully equipped kitchen w/ new stove and refrigerator • oversized bathroom with spa like feel:72” clawfoot tub with high pressure shower. • living room has a semi-private daybed nook w/ stacked twin beds— apt sleeps 6.
Saugerties is at the base of the Catskill Mountains, nestled between the Hudson River and Esopus Creek. Known for its antique stores, vibrant nightlife and immediate water access on multiple fronts, there is something for everyone. Enjoy small town America minutes from a shit ton of outdoor activities.
  • Kali is super hospitable and the space is clean with great character and energy!

    Katie2020-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • Kalindi's place is unique: it's both old and new, very atmospheric, cozy, and stylish. The hosts are extremely hospitable and friendly . It's great for a family of 5 or two couples. The town it's in is bucolic and the nature all around offers nice nature walks.

    Polina2020-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a lovely time at KALINDAS space. They were super helpful with any questions regarding the area and our stay. Which, we have an amazing stay! Beautiful space, feels at home yet playful and creative! We would absolutely be back! Thank you!

    Brianna2020-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Kalindi's beautiful 2nd floor apartment; it was one of the most positive Airbnb experiences I've had. The space itself is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and you can tell immediately how much effort and love she has put into decorating the space. Most importantly, it was very, very clean, which these days is especially important. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pans and utensils you might need, oil, and a great selection of spices. We cooked one night, and then enjoyed a take-out dinner from Healthy Gourmet to Go (all GF and vegan, but 100% yum!) the other night. Kalindi responded to my last-minute inquiry so quickly, and had the place ready for us within two hours. We are so grateful for having found this place!

    Lauren2020-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • Extremely cosy and wonderfully built apartment on a first floor of a house near great outfdoor options. I highly recommend Kalindi's place!

    Thom2020-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Charming rustic apartment that is convenient to hiking trails as well as the downtown area of Saugerties. Recommended!

    Eric2020-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with lots of privacy. There are also some really nice walks from the house that don't require a car.

    Joseph2020-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is quite a spacious, attractive little apartment (we only ended up really using one of the two bedrooms [1/3 of the beds]). The shower is tricky at first like the description says, but it has amazing water pressure and it's such a cute bathroom. It's got that classic upstate historic house type of feel, so the floors creak a bit and things are a bit uneven here and there (every house I grew up in around here was like this and I miss it), but I see this as a positive thing. The apartment is very cute and well decorated too, and it's within walking distance of all the good stuff in Saugerties. My husband and I would love to stay here again in the future.

  • Eva’s place was a perfect spot for my friend and I to spend a weekend. The location was excellent - walking distance to several cool restaurants (Loved the food & vibe at the Dutch Ale House! ) and close to Woodstock and Kaaterskill Falls. The apartment itself wasn’t large but really clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Dine on the covered veranda as eagles swoop and fish jump across the water. Open floor-to-ceiling glass doors for magical views from bed. Crisp, calm blues, grays, and silvers set the tranquil scene at this modern hideaway with river access.
This well-appointed studio is perfectly situated to offer you amazing views and privacy. It is extremely quiet. Take in glimpses of bald eagles, blue herons, jumping fish and tugboats passing by. You'll enjoy unobstructed vistas from every angle through the floor to ceiling windows that fully extend onto a large terrace, which is for private use by guests.
This waterfront property is nestled along the banks of the majestic Hudson River. Launch a kayak from the backyard, or explore nearby trails, bike paths, restaurants, farm stands, and shops. There is no shortage of things to do! For inspiration, visit the online Guidebook of carefully curated activities and restaurants recommended by your host.
  • The perfect spot on the Hudson! Spectacular views greet you for sunrise and sunset. Charming and cozy apartment that has all the amenities desired. The only disappointment comes when you have to leave for the next lucky guests!

    Mark2020-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is beyond amazing. So comfortable, and the views are outstanding! I want to come back in warmer months and fully take advantage of the porch and optional kayaks. We couldn't have had a more amazing time, I'd recommend this place to anyone!

    Carolyn2020-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful reprieve from the hustle and bustle of NY City! Shannon's place was EXACTLY as advertised and looks like the pictures posted. She lives next door, and was a great host that was always available for any questions. Being able to sit on the terrace and watch the sunrise and set on the Hudson was a dream, and the BBQ made it feel like a summer vacation. It's a perfect spot for a couple's weekend getaway, and even in today's times we had no issue with groceries, drug stores, take out restaurants, etc. There are 3 trails with 10 minutes where you could get some air for an hour or so, and I didn't really see any people on those trails. Minnewaska is 30 minutes away and is also a wonderful park to visit for longer hikes. I already told Shannon I'll be back. You won't find a better, more modern place with a river view this close to NY City.

    Paul2020-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • It’s a wonderful place to stay! Being right next to the Hudson was spectacular and everything was pleasing to the eye. Fully ready for movie night indoors with popcorn or for home cooked steak. We’ll be back for sure!

    Sally2020-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely amazing views and Shannon was so friendly and hospitable! Amenities were very high quality and we had everything we could possibly think of and more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    Josh2020-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was the perfect escape during the corona epidemic. Shannon was quick to respond from the onset. The space truly has everything you need for the perfect escape. You could basically show up with just your clothing as the bathroom is stocked with everything you will need. The space is very comfortable and the view is beyond beautiful.

    Robert2020-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is hands down the best Airbnb that my boyfriend and I have ever stayed in. Shannon was a very kind and helpful host. The view was beautiful and the amenities were everything and more. Seriously no complaints at all. Don’t hesitate to book! Hopefully we can visit again soon!

  • Casey was extremely welcoming and his place was a pleasure to stay at. He gave great recommendations for the local area and we had a great weekend away from the city during our time there.

  • Saugerties Marina is a very romantic place. It is a walking distance from Main Street (center of the village) and close to the bridge across Esopus Creek and waterfall. One of the bedrooms doesn't have windows, but the rest of the place is light-filled. Casey is a helpful and responsive host. We had a memorable stay.

    Vladimir2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. A beautiful location, extremely quiet and comfortable and scrupulously clean. Beautiful sunset views of the water and a wonderful walk down the old ferry road, at the end of which I could see Tivoli. Full kitchen, tons of amenities, and really close to Saugerties restaurants and shopping— if you are a walker, you can get to all that in 15-20 minutes. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

    Amy2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • The place was lovely and the pictures don’t even do it justice! The peaceful setting surround by boats and water is perfect. If you’re coming with a friend that is good off the leash then this is a perfect place for them. The walk on the ferry path to the lake with my dog everything morning is something I’ll remember forever. We hope to come back soon! Matt & Jenna

  • A great stay in a super cute town. This was a great location for our girls weekend. Close to all our events but very quiet and private place to settle and rest at night. Full kitchen was great for dinners in. Comfy sleeping accommodations. The large sectional in the living room was a perfect place for us to hang out. The hosts were super communicators and very accommodating.

  • Apartment was unassuming from the outside but inside was spotless and in a great location! We really enjoyed exploring Kingston (2 minute walk to Stockade district, 6 minute drive to downtown) and the neighboring Catskills (easy 45 minute drive to great hiking). Atsuko and Satoru were communicative and made us feel at home. Couldn't recommend more highly for either a weekend trip or an extended stay.

Great spot. Can't say enough positive things!

  • One of the most stylish and cozy places in Kingston, and I have stayed in a lot of different places because I come often... completely satisfied and even surprised on how thoughtful everything in the house was!
