We let Cindy know we were coming in at the last minute and she got the place ready for us. Lovely cottage with all amenities avaiable.

This cottage is adorable. So peaceful and the views are amazing. Cindy left some board games for us to play and we had a great mother daughter getaway. In the morning, I sat in the rocking chair in front room and listened to the wind chimes out front while my daughter slept in. I love this charming place. I hope to relax here again! Communication was great. Very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend this place!

This is a very quiet, cozy spot that is clean and efficient, as well as homey. I enjoyed having a rocking chair and comfortable lounge chair in the living room. The fans and AC and windows that open kept the house cool even though the temperature in Redlands was 107 degrees.

This was the first time I used airbnb to book a room. I was shocked that how friendly and sweet the hosts were. They welcomed me at the gate and prepared food and drinks for me. I felt like going back to my own home and a reunition with my family. The room was clean and warm decorated with flowers. The neighborhood was quite and safe. As I was planning to live in this city, the hosts shared a lot of tips and experiences with me to how to adapt the life here. Long story short, I highly recommend you to stay at Bruce's room for your long or short trip.

Their place is clean and parking on the street is very easy to find. Full kitchen is available. I would definitely stay here again. Bruce even reminded me of an item I left behind and waited outside for me in the rain until I came back to get it!

We had a comfortable stay with Debashish, and the unit was very central and convenient to most of the Redlands area in a peaceful residential area only blocks from shopping or the park. Although we didn't actually get to meet our host, he communicated well with me both before and after, and he was very accommodating to our late arrival and made checking in and out a smooth, quick process. I recommend this one bedroom, well-equipped home to anyone visiting Redlands.

Debashish listing was EXACTLY as pictured and in a quiet nice little neighborhood. Overall our stay was very pleasant and they were welcoming and provided us with privacy. Their place is located near many shops and stores to explore and was an amazing place to relax at and be able to go out into town and walk around. Unfortunately I did not get to meet Debashish but he was very quick to respond to our messages. We got to meet his wife Tish who was also very polite and accommodating to our needs. We have no complaints whatsoever because the place was accurately portrayed as the listing! We would be glad to book this place again in the future!

Debashish is a great host- very welcoming and flexible with my arrival time. The one bedroom unit was perfect for what we needed- nicely appointed and just as the listing described. The kitchen was very well equipped with a full size fridge and all the silverware and plates and anything you would need to make a nice meal. I would definitely recommend this little spot for a local event nearby- thanks Debashish!

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The neigbourhood was safe and quite and within easy walking distance from shops and eating places. Debashish was on hand to answer any questions we had. this was a perfect place for us to explore the great city of Redlands and to visit our American relations.

Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. Close to some hiking trails with a great view of the valley. Easy access to shops, just a few miles away. The room was perfect for me. I like the decal. That was cute. The room was a nice, comfortable place to sleep.

The environment is relatively quiet, the bed is more comfortable, new houses, are very independent of the small house, and the landlord's main house did not intersect.

Christy's home was a wonderful place to stay while I was interviewing in CA. She was very accommodating for my late arrival. Her home is so neat, tidy, and definitely an oasis. I'd recommend it to anyone.

If you're considering this guest room or thinking it might be a bit too far for you, I suggest you JUMP ON THIS ASAP. The private entry is perfect if you're an awkward, anti-social weirdo like me or you simply don't wish to disturb a family while you go in and out. The room has everything you need, the bed is super comfy, and it's easy to feel at home with the way it's decorated. Next time I'm in the area I'll most definitely look for this place first and if it's already booked, I might just alter my plans so I can come when it's available.

This space really is just walking distance away from LLUMC. The pictures online are extremely accurate and I greatly enjoyed my stay here. Getting into and out of the space was also extremely easy and secure. Leslie was prompt with her responses and very pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The pictures and description on the post are spot on. The place is absolutely adorable and very cozy. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and loved the fact that the apartment is tucked away off the main street. There are a few stairs that you need to climb to get to the place but I personally loved that part of it. The kitchen was great and clean and I really appreciated the coffee maker. The one "not so good" thing is that you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around pretty clearly and they don't go to bed early. Other then that, was a lovely home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if need be.

I stayed here for an interview at Loma Linda Hospital. The location is literally on the edge of campus, a 0-10 minute walk depending where you need to be, so the location is perfect for anything to do with the university or hospital. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and mountains for hiking. The property itself feels safe (in a block of similar appartments) and is very private and quiet. Inside was exceptionally well kept and clean. Very nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen (cutlery, crockery, pans, containers, fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop etc...), good heating (if you need it!) and clean bathroom. Leslie is a very responsive host and takes pride in her property and looking after her guests. Would highly recommend for a single or couple needing a private home away from home in Loma Linda. I would definitely stay here again!

The place had spiders. The towel basket had cobwebs on it. The wifi wasn't working. And was fixed only after complaining about it twice. Then the host asked me to fix the wifi myself by calling the helpline saying that they will need me to do something with the router. When I called everything was fixed remotely. The toilet flush then broke and the host again asked me to open up the toilet myself and fix it.

Leslie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Her place is adorable and she really has gone above and beyond to make a stylish, updated home. The parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. I'd highly recommend others to stay here.

This place is SO charming and Dan is a terrific host. A great find that allowed us to host some family gatherings while we were out from the east, for our daughter's graduation. Great to have butter, milk, yogurt and wine waiting for us when we arrived. Beds were cozy, and we enjoyed using the hot tub 3 nights of the 6 we stayed.

What a wonderful place to stay in Redlands! A lovely historic home, outfitted with all the modern conveniences. Dan was the perfect host going out of his way to make our visit comfortable. I will certainly stay in his place again and highly recommend it to others.

This was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend. First of all, Dan is a superb host. We checked in rather last-minute and quite late at night, yet he was still there to help us familiarize ourselves with everything we needed to know! Later, when he initially stopped by to simply roll the trash cans out and we informed him that our rental car broke down, he stayed and helped us. It ended up so that the car would be towed, but we would have to tag along and get the new one at the airport. Basically, to quickly sum up an annoyingly complicated ordeal, Dan offered to go WITH us to Ontario airport and back (about a 40 minute drive one way) to help sort things out, which was too kind and ridiculously generous. We cannot express how appreciative we were of this. Besides Dan being an excellent person, the house itself is immaculate. Built in 1910, I believe, it still retains the charm of a historical house (lots of original hardware) with the benefits of a well-restored and renovated residence. (Heated floors and towel rack in the bathroom!) The street itself is calm and safe. Dan prepared an array of drinks, snacks, etc. for us to enjoy throughout our stay. In the ridiculously hot summers of Redlands, the powerful air conditioning system and ceiling fans make it extremely comfortable. And really, as you step in, it feels like home. To sum it up, this is an extremely clean, cozy house hosted by a warm-hearted, amazing host. We did not want to leave. 10/5.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay at this historic bungalow home near downtown Redlands, CA. It is a real treat staying in an historic home! It has been lovingly preserved with original woodwork, built ins, leaded glass and period furniture. It has two large bedrooms, one w/ a queen and one w/ a king bed, both w/ memory foam mattresses. It also has a very pleasant, sunny, day room w/ a single bed, so it would sleep 5 easily. Owner was very friendly - he showed us around the home personally and left us w/ great info about the area. He also stocked the kitchen w/ beer, wine, coffee, breakfast treats and snacks! We would definitely stay here again!

Dan is a gracious host. This is a 4th time staying at this beautiful home. That should say it all.

This was our first time using airbnb and we really hit a home run!! The property is beautiful, comfortable and charming. The host is delightful! Dan goes out of his way to make sure that your visit will be perfect. The frig was stocked with eggs, milk, yogurt, juices, water, wine, etc. The bedrooms offer comfort and warmth and the bathrooms are also stocked with wonderful amenities. The dining and living areas were spacious and worked well for our family gatherings. We had 5 adults in our group that stayed in the house. In the evenings, my family that lives in the area would visit. The pantry and kitchen are well stocked and we cooked and served several meals. The home is in a location that is close to the downtown Redlands area and offers every comfort. We would love to stay here again! Beautiful home, gracious host.

Dan's place was beautiful we all had a wonderful time! The main bathroom had heated flooring and the rooms were huge. All five of us fit comfortably. The Jacuzzi was amazing perfect for late night relaxation. The check in and check out was really easy and straight forward. I hope to come back another time! Very beautiful, very inexpensive. Farren was a fantastic host and she had a beautiful apartment! Netflix was a great plus and my husband and I were able to relax in the evenings and watch movies. Her apartment is within walking distance of downtown Redlands (about 20 min walk). There was a laundry facility below that was cheap and convenient to use. She even had shampoo and conditioner for us to use. I would stay here again!

This sweet pool house was a perfect get away on a busy Labor Day weekend. I chose this place for my husbands birthday.. we can never figure out what to do on such a hot and busy weekend. But, here at Rachel's we had the entire pool to ourselves for the duration of our trip. Having two young boys along with us.. it was a fantastic birthday/family "close to home" vacation.

It's been a wonderful stay at Rachel's. She's been very thoughtful on every aspect and the place is awesome. The swimming pool has been a real treat for the kids and we've felt really at ease and relaxed.

As a quiet, yet accessible spot to base primarily my parents (and me) ahead of my wedding, Rachel's poolside casita/guest house was perfect. Tucked up in the hills of Redlands it was both a quiet and useful staging area to coordinate a busy week of wedding prep and social engagements taking place in and around the town. Rachel was both very responsive and helpful, offering ther spare cooler for cold storage as we were on the cusp of summer at the end of May!! It was a refuge, at times, and Rachel and her family were very accomodating of the people (like wedding planners, photographers, family, etc.) needing to come and go. As a lot of family travelled from overseas, it also was a great spot for one final family gathering at the end of our celebration. Thank you so much! It was memorable.

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The casita was far and beyond what I expected and Rachel has thought of everything a weary traveler might need. It was clean and neat and incredibly comfortable. I am technologically challenged and Rachel came down and showed me how to use the remote. This trip my sister I took was not for pleasure, but staying at the casita was and it was a much needed respite from the issues we were dealing with. Highly recommend going for a run along the ridge and then jumping in the pool each morning! Bravo Rachel and family! We hope we can stay there again!

This was my second time staying here and I now think of it as my home in Redlands. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Very clean, very comfortable, totally traveler/user friendly, and exactly what I need when dealing with some serious issues with my parents. A great get away, quiet and peaceful, and Rachel is a fabulous and generous host. You will never be disappointed staying here. Wish I could have spent more time in the pool during the day and a longer run on the ridge!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host and hostess are wonderful, communicate well, and the place was nicer and better stocked than expected. Plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, soap, silverware, plates, etc. Sleeping arrangements: Comfortable queen in the bedroom, and Rachel set up a queen size air mattress which worked well. There's also a pull out sofa so you could sleep six if needed. Unit was nicely air conditioned. Pool was older but well maintained and plenty big. Diving board and 8ft deep end, but a large 3.5-4 foot shallow end with steps so even little non-swimmers can enjoy. Pool is right outside the guest house and we used it multiple times each day. For our first ABnB experience, it was thoroughly enjoyable and an excellent value. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty great value considering the location. Water situation is a little tricky and the trailer isn't the most comfortable for people taller than 6 feet, but it's definitely workable. Stacia is great; she is very helpful and more than willing to work with you. Given the chance, I would stay here again.

I decided to rent out this house over the weekend for Hard Summer. I just wanted a place to sleep and a place to shower and that's exactly what we got (my girlfriend and I). The place was clean and had a room with one full bed along with a T.V and a piece of furniture. The other room had bunk beds. Over all this house isn't for someone who is looking for certain "luxuries" that can rival that a hotels. Need a last minute place to crash in SB at an affordable price? This is it. Host was quick to response and very easy to work with, thanks!

Arturo had very good communication with me from the time I was interested in renting his property to checking into the house. Very spacious and very clean. It was very hot over the weekend but that ac in the house was a huge plus. If I ever come to town I would definitely ask to stay here again. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we needed.

Awesome hosts

So, hands down the best air bnb experience I've had, and I have had extraordinary experience with my hosts. The room is spectacular, and so is the family! Beautifully decorated home, the cleanest, I tell you, the best home to air bnb in Redlands. I stay with Jeff and Yash for 4 days, and I am hooked on how compassionate they were with me. Great conversations, and they even invited me to have dinner with them. Their children are the best, the funniest, and most entertained puppies you'll ever meet! My host was always readily available when I needed help, with just about anything, even for a good laugh! I felt like I was back in Atlanta with my best friends (Nicolas and Jason), that's how well they took care of me. I had a gross migraine for a couple of days and the family was so considerate and thoughtful, Jeff offered me the world to help me feel better. I could go for pages talking about all the wonderful things I experienced during my stay. Do I recommend this place, ha!, well, you bet your sweet ass I do! They are just fabulous human beings. I will certainly book with them in the future.

My friend and I were the first guests here. The Airbnb was great. He ended up sending a short video to explain where the Airbnb was located and how to get in and what was available to guests. He even had wine and beer in the fridge that we could enjoy. My friend and I stayed here after a long hike up San Bernardino mountain. It was about a 20 mile drive to the Airbnb from the trailhead. It was a perfect location so we didn't have to drive all the way back to LA after our long hike. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and I would love to stay here again.

Place was clean ,quite, and cozy.

I stayed at the Casita with my husband and 20 year old daughter. We were there for a family wedding. Raquel is a great host - she texted us the day we arrived and suggested a visit to the farmers market. She brought a few items that were not initially available. I feel like she communicated enough for me to feel well cared for without ever being intrusive. The casita is basic with new furnishings, good wifi and it is clean. Both beds are in one room, but at Raquel's suggestion we moved the mattress off the day bed and into the kitchen/living room and that worked well. There is a gas stove and a refrigerator. I didn't cook meals, but it was handy to make tea and instant oatmeal. There are only two small windows but the light was fine, especially in the bedroom. We ran the air filter/fan but didn't need A/C because the evenings were cool. The location is about 15 minutes from the university of Redlands, on a street on the edge of town. There is a starbucks and grocery store about 5 minutes away.

Raquel's place was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed! It was a good location with a fitness center, grocery store & Starbucks only 5 mins away! Raquel was so accommodating to our needs, especially in regards to getting us a heater because there was a slight weather change. We appreciated the fast communication and simple texts to ensure our stay was the best! :)

I loved the location. The check-in and the communication with the host was great. She wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. I arrived during a massive heat wave and she was nice enough to contact me before I arrived so I would be prepared. The living room was warm but the bedroom ac was amazing and I had no trouble sleeping. She provided a couple of fans for the living room area, which was great. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Thanks again Raquel.

great experience renting a room from Sara. she was very accommodating and let me store some of my stuff in her garage while I was staying at the house. the neighborhood is fantastic with great views and is very quiet (perfect for a medical student needing to study on an away rotation). the room was exactly as shown in the photos. there were several others that were also staying at the house but were all courteous and generally very mindful of each other. i would definitely recommend staying in this home if you are needing a place to stay for a short period of time or even on vacation.

Sara couldn't be a better host! I enjoyed my privacy, with just the right amount of interaction. She's unassuming, relaxed, and fabulous! The home is spacious, well equipped, and clean. The pool area is private and tropical. (Hot tub available also) Great area for walks! You can Uber anywhere in Redlands for under 10 bucks. So enjoyed my stay!

Guests are provided privacy and a quiet atmosphere, but there is often someone in the common areas to have a conversation with when you feel like it. The neighborhood is made up of some of the nicest houses in Redlands, and safety was never a concern. Sara is prompt in responding to questions or concerns, and she checked in with me periodically to make sure I wasn't having any issues. Overall it was a great experience and I cannot recommend Sara and her home highly enough!

This was my first Airbnb stay and I may now be a bit spoiled after this. Sara was a wonderful host who provided every home comfort one may need (even a few that I forgot to bring with me); hence my stay was very comfortable from start to finish. Her home is beautiful, with a large kitchen and everything imaginable to cook meals (any/all spices made available too), and located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area (located in a quiet area with some nice views of the surrounding mountains and on streets lined with incredible trees and other greenery). For my next stay in this area, I hope I can book her Airbnb home again.
