    Cozy and private basement studio apartment with it's separate kitchen, separate entrance, central AC for those hot summer days and heat for cold days/nights. Located on the North-east side of the city (Kirkness area), the neighborhood is very quiet, 6 mins drive to Clareview Recreation Center/Library/Train Station, major shopping centers and 5 mins walk to bus station. There's extra single mattress for a kid if needed.
    Upper floor is occupied by a family with two little kids (currently 2 and 4 year olds). Guests may hear movements and sounds occasionally.
  • I really enjoy my stay with Bam. He was great at giving some information regarding amenities and location before checking in. He was fast responding to any concerns and constantly asking if we needed anything. I strongly recommend staying here.

Only downside is the noise level in the day time, although it is inevitable being in a basement suite and understandable. Relax to the soothing sound of nature while sipping your morning coffee in the enclosed cobble stone courtyard, take a short 6 minute drive to Elk Island National Park or enjoy walking the trails right out your front door!
    Country kitchen with quartz counter-top, slate back-splash, stainless appliances, microwave, Keurig (coffee maker), cookware, dishes, cutlery, spices and everything needed to prepare a meal. Loft bedroom equipped with built in closets and a half bath. To ensure a good nights sleep, a new "Puffy Lux" king size bed (rated best mattress of 2020) . The loft also features an office area with desk and chair overlooking the main and high speed WiFi throughout the home. Main floor bedroom has a very comfortable queen size pillow top bed and ample closet space. The gas fireplace in the main living area has a new QLED 50” smart TV mounted above the mantel with Netflix and a full cable package.   • Sheryl’s Air BnB is modern with a cozy rustic feel. Nice big windows let in the sunshine. The suite is well equipped with everything you could need and the appliances are high quality. Incredibly clean. We were there in winter so the gas fireplace was a lovely touch. Beds are very comfortable. Sheryl is very warm and welcoming and responsive to requests and questions. Sheryl introduced herself to us shortly after arriving and letting us know she and/or her hubby could be reached quickly for any requests we may have. Sheryl was an amazing host, communicating with us often and providing great advice. The location is great - right near Elk Island National Park! And we also had a visit from their friendly cat Boo! Bus a few steps from the building. 30 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport. 25 minutes from downtown Edmonton. Many walking and hiking trails next to the condo. Non smokers only. Minimum 3 nights stay. Full use of kitchen and living room. Quiet neighbourhood. Uber in the area. No pets allowed in the condo and no partying please. I live here as well. However, until March 31, one of my other guests--an international traveler--will be in self-isolation in my home. Guests booking this room during this time do so at their own discretion. Set apart from the main level of the house, guests have a private room to settle into. Bedroom includes a comfy double bed, night table, dresser and closet so your clothes can breathe after their long trip in your suitcase! ;) Wi-Fi included. Please note, there is a dropped ceiling at the entrance to the room--those over 6ft tall may need to mind their head in the doorway ;)

Major shopping chains--including Wal-Mart, Safeway, Superstore, Tim Horton's, Shopper's Drug Mart, and Costco--are all within a 5min drive. Catching an event or football game? I am less than 10mins by car to Northlands Expo grounds and Commonwealth Stadium. I am also just a short walk from Edmonton's gorgeous River Valley. I would be happy to join you for a walk or snowshoe along the trails.
  • The place is Haunted. JUST KIDDING 😂 The place is excellent for a temperorary stay. It is super silent. I mean pin drop silent. Good for meditation and creative thinking. This is my first time visiting Edmonton. And I am in love with its city vibe. Nice people.

    Executive 2 bedroom Condo, in quiet, adult secure building.
    This well designed & taken care of Condo is furnished with brand new beds, fabulous bedding, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. Large couch, love seat, smart TV, dining room table for 4 people, bbq on the deck, and comfy queen sized beds! Long term tenants can also request bi-weekly house keeping for $25. per hour. Our condo is walking distance to Walmart, Safeway, Original Joe's, Boston Pizza, Montana's and the Dow Rec Center, which has a full service gym. It is a secure, VERY quiet, all adult building. Children are allowed to visit overnight or all weekend, but children cannot live here.... No smoking, no parties, no pets. Absolutely not negotiable.... It is a quiet building occupied by 45+ year old adults, seniors, and executives. Short term leases are available: one month, two months, six months+.
  • Fort Saskatchewan is a lovely city with friendly people. If you have time during your visit we recommend visiting the Elk Island National Park. We saw a few male bison during our late October visit.

    We are located in a modern and safe neighbourhood, Crystallina Nera. FREE street parking. We are close to Anthony Henday for easy and fast access to Airport, West Edmonton mall and many other city attractions. Easy access to downtown, Northgate and EauxClaires. The suite is super clean, modern and let in a lot of natural light. Outstanding heating: luxury in-floor heating, HAVAC and additional IR heating for additional warmth and comfort. The suite is professionally soundproofed(very quiet!).
    It is a quiet, warm and comfortable basement suite designed with your comfort, privacy and safety in mind. The suite is furnished with comfortable bed and comfy furnitures. There are self-serve complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and a light breakfast such as toast, jam, butter etc. Additionally, there are clean and sanitized dishes etc should you wish to prepare yourself a meal.
    My neighbourhood is one of the quietest, safest and modern in the city. The area attract young, educated and professional people. Whether you drive, take a bus or taxi, you can easily explore the city and come back to relax in the suite.

  • I really enjoyed my stay at Mila’s place. The space was just like the pictures show. Everything you could need was provided in the bathroom, and having that private bathroom was amazing to have! Mila was fantastic about responding to texts and answering any questions I had. I appreciated her flexibility when it came to checkout as well. Like others have said, Mila was often not home, so it felt close to renting an entire place to yourself. Will definitely stay at Mila’s place if I’m in Edmonton again!

All the appliances are are brand new and highly efficient. *Because of events that caused damages to my property from previous guess.I have a caretaker in the basement to make sure the place doesn’t get trashed. You’ll receive an initial welcoming message from myself that includes a reminder to review the House Rules, House Manual, a link to the self Check-In Instructions (including parking instructions.) and the Wifi password. If you’ve booked weeks in advance the Check-in Instructions may not be available to you until 48 hours prior to arrival. Where can I find the garbage cans? There is one garbage can behind the garage near the alley. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will be greeted with an initial welcoming message that includes their own code for the keypad lock. This will include the link to the Self Check-In Instructions with parking details. They will include photos and notes for each step. Please click the link, start check-in, scroll down for the detailed notes and swipe left for the next steps! There are two separate entrances to the home. The main floor uses the front door and the basement suite will use the back door. Other things to note: Please be courteous of noise and sound as there is a slight transfer of sound between the units. Noise bylaw in place from 10pm to 8am and must be followed.   • I was a bit hesitant at first because of some of the less than stellar reviews, however I can tell you and assure you that they are mistaken. Samantha was great from the start. Prompt at answering all my questions. Provided me assurance that my belongings would be safe. When I got to the neighbourhood I realized that I had no worries. As the neighbourhood is very quiet and very nice and very safe. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Had no issues whatsoever. This space is absolutely beautiful and for the amount that she's charging, it's an amazing deal. There are 3 ample sized bedrooms, and a very beautiful bathroom. We felt more at home than in our own home. We even left our charger behind.. and Samantha was kind enough to drop it off for us. Would highly recommend you stay here.
