Lovely accommodation. Very quiet location, with private hot tub. One double bedroom ensuite and one twin room. Used as cycling base for a long weekend. About 45-60 minutes walk through the woods and along the near by bridleway sees you in the local towns where there is a good selections of pubs and eateries. If you are looking for a relaxing location and great hot tub your expectations will be fully met. Great view of the stars with the outside lights turned off.

The barn was a nice place. Larger than expected. With a decent large tv and very close to a large sainsburys and norwich. We felt welcome.

Vanessa communicated very well and made sure everything was ready for my arrival - even tho I kept changing the time!

We had a lovely couple of days at Tawny Barn - it is a spacious, light and cosy property in a secluded rural location which is also very close to routes with easy access to Norwich, Swaffham and surrounding areas. Vanessa was both warm and efficient and on request made a delicious meal for us to arrive to. The property is very clean and comfortable and retains its original character while offering modern facilities. A very happy stay.

Such a lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed. Our dog loved the space too. It was fab to arrive to bread, milk, butter, jam etc etc. Will definitely visit again. Food at the Ugly Bug Inn was fantastic and only a few mins drive away.

Great place to stay, was very well located for us and great for our little dog! Really impressed especially with milk in the fridge as a cup of tea was needed after our journey!

This is a gem of a cottage, so warm and cosy, perfect for a couple like us needing some down-time. It is very well equipped,and has everything you could need. A huge plus is the underfloor heating - just fab. And my husband fell in love with the shower in the wet room, really good. TV reception could be a bit hit and miss, but we understand that, like mobile phone coverage in the area, it varies. One thing people might not realise is that this cottage is on a caravan and camping site (Brick Kiln), but absolutely not a problem at all for us with it being out of season. Another small thing is that it isn't called Kiln Cottage, but no matter - we found it and are very happy we did. The setting is rural and it was such a pleasure to hear the birds and squirrels, and the owls hooting at night. There are lovely walks around this (award-winning) site, and is is beautifully laid out. Make sure you keep the bedroom curtains closed if you don't want to be on view to the passing tractors, though! We took the chance to explore the north coast a little, and couldn't believe how beautiful it is. We will be back!

The cottage is in a perfect location and in a lovely place. The cottage was not very clean though and I was a little disappointed with this. I had to clean pots before I used them and things like the curtains don't look like they've ever been cleaned or the Windows. The floors were also dirty that walking around barefoot actually made me feet black. Although the cottage was in a lovely location and has great potential I will not stay again due to the cleaning issues. I have never seen so may cobwebs in one small cottage, it only take 10 mins to dust round the walls etc!

We stayed for two nights while we were in Norfolk for a wedding. We chose primarily on location, as it was 10 mins from the wedding venue but honestly, we couldn't believe our luck when we arrived! The apartment is so beautifully decorated with quality furniture and furnishings. It was warm and comfortable and we felt absolutely relaxed staying there. Little extras were also lovely to have and very much appreciated, like the continental breakfast items provided. Overall we were so impressed by what Michale and Dorothy have created and the friendly welcome they gave us, despite our late arrival! Many thanks again both for a fabulous stay. We would absolutely recommend!

Michael and Dorothy's place is an absolute gem in the Norfolk countryside. If getting away from the city is what you're after, then this is perfect. A beautifully decorated and furnished, cosy bolthole surrounded by beautiful countryside. The best eggs from Dorothy's hens should not be missed either! A great secluded location which is only twenty minutes from towns such as Cromer and pubs such as the Gunton Arms. I would highly recommend a stay at this little piece of serene countryside!!

I can't recommend Michael and Dorothy's lovely little cottage enough. It's cosy, homely, clean and fully stocked for a lovely weekend get away. The woods at the end of their drive are a perfect little leg stretching opportunity for dogs in the morning and Michael and Dorothy themselves are great hosts. We'll be back, I have no doubt!

Fantastic location with country walks on the doorstep. The Woodlands is decorated beautifully and was spotless. The little extras were much appreciated. Michael and Dorothy were very welcoming on arrival and helpful when we got lost! Our own fault for not putting the right postcode in the satnav! Would definitely like to return.

Lovely accommodation and setting. Hosts could have let us know they were going to be around all day or leave key somewhere as we were stressed out trying to arrive for a set time. There was breakfast provided and a fantastic homemade cookie. Overall a great place to stay with good decor and fittings.

Great communication before arriving. Welcomed us (including our miniature schnauzer) and made sure we were ok with everything. Showed us how things worked. Left us tea, coffee, wine and fresh bread, eggs and butter, which was very much appreciated. Place was in great location, quiet and only 10 min walk into Holt and close to the north Norfolk coast. Fantastic stay in lovely surroundings, great garden for dogs and just chilling out. Holt is amazing.

A very smart, self-contained apartment, nicely furnished and private. Jane also provides a generous 'welcome pack' including milk, bread and eggs. Holt itself is a nice little town, a short drive from the coast, but well worth a visit in its own right.

We had a fantastic stay. The garden is beautiful and the flat was kitted out with everything one could need. We look forward to returning later in the year!

I felt very welcome, almost like I came to visit an old friend. Due to my work I stayed there, and she offered me all support to get me started to feel home for a longer term stay. Helped me to first food-shopping and finding places for seeing more of Norwich in the days off. Absolutely ***** support Bed was new and of excellent quality, which is of great importance.

Agi is a pearl for her guests, taking care that they feel like home. She s really helpful and her appartment is very very clean. The bed is very comfortable and there s a big wardrobe in the room. You really feel comfortable here.

Ger was a relaxed and welcoming host who provided information and help if needed but never intrusion. This lovely home in its wooded surrounds provides a perfect base to explore the north Norfolk coast

We had a wonderful few days staying here. Ger was there to greet us and made us feel at home straight away. The accommodation had everything we needed and was an incredibly comfortable space to stay in. We enjoyed spending time in the nearby town of Holt.

This is a quirky and interesting place to stay. It took a while to heat up during our stay in midwinter, but I'm sure it would be lovely in the summer. Very peaceful woodland setting, comfortable furniture.

The Pavilion is well located for trips to the beach, and a visit in Holt. It is a stylish place that is also perfect for children. Geri was welcoming. We had a great stay.

Ger made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to accommodate us and our girls. It is a beautiful space and we enjoyed staying there. Great base to explore Holt, Wells and even the local steam train!

Ger was very accommodating considering that we were arriving around midnight. Unfortunately technical problems meant that directions didn't come through till after we left the property. There is no signal there at all so make sure you get these before you arrive. It was lovely, simple accommodation and very peaceful. Was great that our dog had Ger's dog to run around with while we were there also. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Ger

The family & I (plug dog and baby) went to Norfolk on a last minute decision and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Staying at the pavilion was a great experience & one that me & my husband may well repeat! The space was lovely, open & Scandi in decor which we are really big fans of. Would recommend.

David made us and our two young kids really welcome and the place is great. A comfortable bed, everything you need, well equipped kitchenette, perfectly clean and well kept. Great for small families wanting to visit Norwich. There's a really nice, buggy friendly 25 minute riverside walk into city centre from the flat.

A great little flat to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. It was walkable from the city centre in 20 minutes and round the corner are several take aways. Daniel provided clear instructions for turning up the heating and for all appliances. Parking permit provided but parking availability in the small cul-de-sac not always guaranteed as there aren't that many spaces. We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed exploring Norwich.

The apartment was lovely , great decor and when heating turned on gets nice and warm. Was very surprised at the size of apartment and had a nice family stay. Large screen TV and dvd player. Shower clean and worked well, comfy beds and spacious for 4 adults. Dan left enough breakfast for us and would definitely stay again. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs ( no lift) and is situated in a scruffy area of Norwich. Probably my fault, but couldn't work out security box at front door of apartment, I was looking for a box (large) , but it's just a small keypad type box with sealed cover to keep the door keys in...I kept looking at front entrance of the building as there are storage units there. As mentioned before, the area is a bit 'run' down, we stayed 1 night and saw some youths being questioned by police outside the apartment. The parking can be a problem as space is limited and when I got into the place found a parking permit Dan leaves for guests.

Daniel's flat is a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend in to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Norwich. He replied promptly, gave tips on where to stay and made it easy for me to check in whenever I wanted. The flat was about a 20/25 minute walk from the centre of Norwich in a nice residential area. The flat itself is really lovely and there were some croissants left for us and milk in the fridge so I felt well looked after. The flat is really nicely laid out, has great rooms, really clean and tidy and great facilities. Five stars all round!! Thanks for having me and Glen! Mark x

The apartment was very comfortable, it included everything that we needed. It was a 20 minute walk into the centre and 10 minute walk to a local shop for supplies. The area was quiet and it's great to have parking on site. Lovely welcome and easy and flexible check in and check out.

Really lovely apartment close to city centre. Taxi isn't expensive if you didn't want to walk. Unfortunately you would probably need to be able to drive should you want to go to supermarket. Clear communication before and during our visit.

A quiet first floor flat with 2 double beds and bathrooms. Recently decorated throughout with all the basics you want for a break in Norwich. A 15-20 minute walk into town or a few minutes drive to the city centre.

This was a great apartment and had everything needed for a short stay in Norwich. It was very clean and is in an ideal location for getting in to Norwich. Heidi was also a great host and was extremely helpful with everything we wanted to know.

We've just returned from staying in Norwich, and the apartment was very pleasant. It was clean and warm with plenty of space for all of us. Heidi was very accommodating, and quick to respond to questions and queries. The check-in, and finding the key was easy to use and convenient.

We stayed one night at Heidi's place and it's great for a day trip on Norwich. Lovely flat, all the facilities you need and 5-10 min drive to the city centre. Also communication with Heidi was easy and she was very flexible. Highly recommend!

Heidi provided everything that my aunties required while we were in Norwich for my cousins hen-party. Everything was where she said they were and they were very comfortable being in the house.

I was not staying as a tourist but just as a temporary place of residence while a house purchase was going through and my things were in storage. This studio flat suited me very well. Gillian and Peter were great with communication and were very flexible with timings . The flat was located in an easily accessible area and was within easy distance of both the city and also other main centres of interest such as hospital, university etc. There is free off street parking in the road nearby and a bus stop nearby as well. There are several shops nearby including a supermarket, café and restaurant right at the bottom of the flat. The flat itself is situated in a complex of flats which houses mainly students and young professionals. I understand that this is not a regular AirBnb flat but something which Gillian likes to rent out when she is away/on holiday- That suited me fine as it had the vibe of a cosy and homely city flat rather than a commercial serviced apartment. The bed and bath were fine and kitchen had all the basic utensils and cons ( apart from a microwave which I didn't miss much). There is no internet in the flat but there are free wi fi networks available to connect from nearby shops :) All in all , I had a great time here and this was great value for money compared to other nearby airbnb offerings. Unfortunately not as good as expected. The price for the location is very reasonable but the cleanliness was not up to a good level (dirty bath and sink and hairs in the bed linen) and we had no hot water. Zainab's communication with me before the rental date was very good though and that was appreciated.

Zainab è stata una host molto carina soprattutto nel preparare il soggiorno e nel darci il benvenuto nella sua casa, che si è rivelata adeguata alle nostre aspettative e vicina al centro e ai luoghi delle nostre attività. Ottima per una famiglia di tre persone per soggiorni brevi, per quattro è risultata un po' stretta soprattutto nella camera con due letti in cui non c'era spazio per muoversi. La consiglierei anche perché è a 10' da ottimi pub e dal centro.

Todo ha sido tal y como esperábamos. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y está cerca de un supermercado. Buena localización para llegar andando al centro. Having lived in Norwich I have high standards for my visits and Brian's apartment exceeded all of them. It was the perfect place from which to explore the city. There were great pubs close by and they even served an excellent breakfast! The apartment was beautifully clean and well decorated. It felt like a real treat to stay and were touched that a cot was left out for our little one. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking a place to stay in Norwich. It is close enough to feel part of the city, but provides a lovely space to relax. Many thanks Brian!

I booked Brian's whole house with a colleague for a very intense 2 week course. Brian quickly answered all our questions before we booked. Check in was very smooth and the place is beautiful. Well decorated and furnished. Very clean. Very well equipped. This meant we had a really good place to work, eat, sleep and relax. It really is as good as the photo gallery. Easy walk to Norwich city centre and the car parking is a bonus. Thank you Brian.

This was my first Airbnb and if they are all this brilliant then I am never bothering with a hotel again! Lovely flat - huge and immaculately clean. Very comfy bed - everything exactly as advertised. Check in was simple and communication with Brian helpful and timely. Would definitely recommend and I will hopefully be back next time I visit Norwich.
