Renovated stone house. Trovasta located at the hills of Liguria 7km from town Pieve di Teco, the little medieval village, 29km from Imperia and Mediterranean beaches. The house has a stunning terrace facing view to the valley below which makes it the perfect setting for relaxed holidays. A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Costa Secca - Pearl in the Ligurian Maritime Alps.

Costa Secca is an old Ligurian stone house that was completely renovated in 2017. Care was taken not to destroy the original charm, but to offer all the amenities a guest expects today. In the building there is an apartment and a separate studio, each with its own bathroom and entrance. The kitchen and living area are shared, although the studio also has an extra cupboard kitchen.
