My partner and I stayed for 2 nights on the occasion of the feast of Legambiente. The house is situated very close to the area of the festival and just 10 minutes by car (or bus that takes you to 300 meters from home) from the beach of Marina di albarese within the Regional Park of Maremma. Paola and Daniele are very kind and very helpful, it's really a pleasure to chat with them in the shade of the veranda. Breakfast, with the donut and jams made by Paola, it tastes great. If we return in Grosseto we know where to find warmth and hospitality.

daniele and its wife paola are great hosts. they invited us to a dinner the first night and were very helpful during our stay. the location is perfect if you are travelling by car. it is easy to find as the house is next to the superstrada groseto-roma. rispecia is a good point to start discovering the maremma. the room is clean, good bed, kitchen, balcony and toilet/shower is to share with the guests of a second room. i can really recommend this place to anybody.

Host (and wife) really nice and cozy. The house divided over 3 floors, spacious and clean. The well-appointed room and terrace overlooking the green make the stay truly enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient for travel by car. You can park easily in front of the house. Recommended!

Paola and Daniel very kind and extremely available. They have never lacked anything. The room bathroom and kitchenette complete with everything. We were really good. The atmosphere was friendly and we spent two pleasant nights. In the evening and in the morning we always used the kitchen to cook and we were fine. The room is a spacious double. Nice experience to stay by Valerio, relaxed and ready to respond. Excellent and strategic position, indeed a beautiful discovery that has allowed us to enjoy every evening of beauty and night life of the Grosseto historic around the corner from the house and, at the same time, going back to sleep, to enjoy the peace and quiet . Excellent and nearby restaurants and bars. Good one offering the clean and spacious accommodation, with an ever-landlord ready to meet any need. We have a good 6 nights in Marema B&B. Very peaceful and beautiful place. It's very convenient location if you travel by car. House is very comfortable for 4 people. Hosts are really helpful and nice. Claudia's husband answer on all our questions and bring us all kitchen stuff which we were needed. P.S. Hosts have very nice dog. Don't lose a chance to caress it.

It was our first experience with Airbnb..e we can only say that it was positive! Fabrizio is a very kind and helpful! The cottage is perfect for three people, great location for various locations!

On the plus side : The house is clean, we were 4 and it was doable to sleep there. It is really close to Maremma and especially the main entrance of the natural park, which is such a beautiful place! You can join the beach by car in 20 minutes from Fabrizio's place. Fabrizio is really nice and was really helpful to make our stay enjoyable. On the minus side : the house is literally next to the highway and a gas station, this has to be mentioned in the description! The access is quite dangerous, as you have to quickly turn right just before the gas station, from the highway. There is no garden, only a parking lot, so don't except to chill out outside. All in all: if you want to just sleep in this place and chill during the day in the amazing national park, this Airbnb is good enough for this.

La casina è piccola ma molto accogliente, è adatta a due adulti e a un neonato (in camera ci sta un lettino da campeggio) dotata di tutte le cose necessarie, siamo stati lì un week and perché dovevamo partecipare a una gara sportiva con il cane quindi l abbiamo usata esclusivamente come appoggio per la notte e per fare colazione\ doccia al volo, purtroppo per raggiungere sia il centro che il mare ci vuole la macchina. Barbara and Michael were very friendly, they welcomed us warmly. The house is located in the countryside, surrounded by the Tuscan nature, fields of sight, animals, sun, change of scenery ... all at 3 km from the sea This is the perfect place to visit the Park. Maremma, beaches and an interesting starting point for a tour in Tuscany. The house, on two floors, is extremely clean and very pleasant: loft with terracotta tiles on the ground floor and wooden floors upstairs, two bathrooms, spacious for a family and is equipped with all comforts. We took advantage of the veranda that offers beautiful lying sun (and a great barbecue!). And then there's the black cat Baghera who had the patience to play in the yard with our daughter all the time. We'll definitely be back and we strongly recommend!

Monica was a lady of the house very helpful indeed. The apartment is very clean, spacious, equipped with whatever can serve. Under the house there is parking which is not paid, a ten minute walk from the center and there are supermarket, bars and places to eat. Very highly recommended to both couples and families. I and my family stayed for 3 days in Catarina's apartment. It is located very close to the Grosseto historic center (5 minute walk) in a quiet courtyard and has two large balconies / roof terraces. It is very nicely furnished and well maintained. We recommend

We made a last minute booking at Caterina's apartment, booking the night before and arriving the next afternoon. She was very friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions. Her apartment was very nice and modern with two nice big terraces and two large bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean and having two floors was really nice surprise for an apartment building. Caterina has nice little decorations and nicely scented objects throughout the apartment and with all the windows open we didn't even need air conditioning at night even though it was available. The town is cute with a bar nearby for breakfast and is in a good spot to take day trips to the beach, countryside and the beautiful medieval town of Capalbio. Thank you Caterina for welcoming us into your home!
