This house is best in houses I have stayed ever. She and her husband are so kind and friendly. Though I travelled to Perth at the first time, I enjoyed my trip in Perth. Because she gave me much information about good tourist spots and how to use transportations of Perth, etc. And I can relax in her house and the room I stayed. Because her house is so clean, large and comfortable. Also I enjoyed talking with her and her husband. This house is near the bus stops, so it's easy to access the city and Fremantle. If I have a opportunity to go to Perth, I wanna stay her house again.

My stay with Jenny exceeded my expectations. The house was spotless and the room was clean and bright. The bathroom was top notch. Jenny was so kind and accommodating. She let me use her bicycle and we often shared meals together. Any noise or music tends to echo through the house because of the marble flooring but this didn't tend to be a problem. The location is ideal for a nice run or stroll along the canning river (which is beautiful at dawn and sunset!). The buses tend to run late so getting around tended to be inconvenient but if you account for this ahead of time it's not a huge problem.

Great hosts! I stayed for a short trip to Perth just for 1 night. The bedroom and wonderful ensuite are quite private from the rest of the house. Bed was really comfortable and the laundry/kitchenette was perfect to make a cup of coffee. I would be happy to stay again.

Very nice room with an awesome bathroom in a quiet area 10mins away from Perth CBD. Room is spacious and comfortable with the basic amenities provided. There is a small pantry/laundry room just outside the room. Attached bathroom is HUGE and really nice. Would have loved to soak in the bathtub but we were only there for a few hours. Host is very nice and easily contactable. Room is pretty separate from the rest of the house so it's quite private.

Our stay at Karen's place was definitely an enjoyable one. The host is friendly and responsive, and she is trying to help us in any matter! The house is comfy and clean. We feel like at home! Would definitely recommend this place!

It was the best accommodation we had in all our 6 nights in WA. Karen even have milk, bread, butter and eggs in the fridge that we took advantage of. We drove around the neighborhood marveling at the houses around the area. If you want a taste of living in a peaceful riverside suburb Perth residential, this is the place to be.

Karen made us feel most welcome and made our stay adelightful pleasure. The unit was more than we expected, roomy, clean and close to transport andvthe people and p, aces we needed to visit.

The listed description of the accommodation was very accurate in fact it is understated. The neighbourhood was beautiful and quiet. Shops are near by and the park and river walks are beautiful. One word from my experience: 3 x AWESOME! from the moment my reservation to check-in, till check-out for 2 of us. The place is clean, comfortable and homely feeling, I've been traveling & staying in various accommodation (Hotels & Motels); This place top them all. Though the host is just nearby, there is total privacy, separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen and that little of breaky included was a master-touch from Karen/Terry, Super! Had a great stay at Karen's place. It was clean and cosy, and Karen was really friendly and helpful while still respecting my privacy. They were happy to lend me the use of their mountain bikes to get around Perth. There are lovely walks and cycles around the Canning river path, with a good cafe only a couple of kms away.

Totally loved our experience staying here. Karen is a great host and very helpful. A home away from home...Karen even had a beautiful portacot set up for the baby. We would happily stay here again.

The host was very helpful; the house was nice, tidy and clean ; it is near everything if you will take a taxi which is expensive ; you will take long time if you decide to take a public transportation which is cheaper ; there are two bus stops almost in front of the house ; there are one air conditioner ; and the are WiFi in the house ; but unfortunately it was not working. Tammy's house is indeed in an excellent location. Less than 5 mins from a large shopping centre surrounded by cafes, restaurants and great fast food outlets. Riverton Leisureplex is less than 2mins drive away and has a heated indoor swimming pool, indoor playground, a great library and gym. Correspondence with Tammy was always very professional. She was kind & friendly, and always responded promptly. Her house was easy to find and very spacious. Check in was easy with her neighbour Lorraine. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Lots of storage space is supplied. The heater warms up the kitchen living area very well. Wifi is fast. The house itself could use a few improvements in certain areas but they are easy to fix, nothing major. Overall it was a nice place. Thank you Tammy :)

A very central and convenient place. The shops are just a stone throw away. Swan River is just a 5-10min walk away. Lorraine is very responsive and obliging. Checking in and out was a bliss. The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

The house has everything we need and near to the charming river. It was unfortunate that the shower head was leaking profusely through out the night, which affected our sleep. Thankfully Lorainne offered immediate help when we called her in the middle of the night. Other than the noise from the traffic outside, we enjoyed our stay there.

It was my first time using airbnb and thanks to a help of a friend, I was able to book a good place to stay for me and my family members. (4 people in total) I would definitely use airbnb again in the future. The house was spotless as it was recently cleaned according to the person who met with us. Abraham was out due to a private matter the day we arrived but we were able to settle in just fine after his friend finally got a hold of the house keys. Aha. From the doorstep to the rooms, everything was clean and you could tell by the smell-fresh and soapy, that it was indeed recently cleaned. The rooms had pillows and doonas which was another plus, given that it was freezing cold in Perth when we went. The airconditioner could also be used as a heater and if need be, there's another heater which you could plug in anywhere to make use of. The carpets were clean and the shoerack had slippers to use. The kitchen was fully functional and the heater in the bathroom was too. Also, there are some produce planted outside in case you need herbs or lemons.They also had provided us with wifi which I thank heavens for! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and would definitely recommend this to anyone who's planning to go to Perth and is still looking for a place to stay. Cheers!

A wonderful, memorable stay! Anna was there to greet us at the door, the place was in perfect condition, brand-new even. She provided fruits and chocolate and made sure we had everything we need!! This is a wonderful suite for couple or friends who enjoy walking or jogging in the morning or evening, it just 5mins way to the river, and lots of birds there. Rocio is a nice and pleasant host. Fast response and communication. On arrival she showed me around and explained details. On the second day she contacted me to see if everything was OK or if something was need. I was looking for a small cozy place to relax and work a bit. That's exactly what I found. Everything was as described and nothing was missing. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely would book it again.

Great place! Had all the amenities we needed, and the furnishing was very well done we made ourselves right at home the moment we stepped in. Lovely location near the river, especially good for people who would like to have an early stroll/jog/cycle along. The only very minor drawback would probably be that the neighbourhood is further away from the main town, but would pose no issues if you rent a car, unless you plan on travelling to and fro town multiple times a day

I had a great time staying a Rocio's place for a week. The studio itself is was described and of high quality. Everything I needed for a comfortable week was there, with the design well thought out, and most things being brand new. Additionally, it was very private and quiet with separate access. It was a nice bonus to have a decent WiFi connection too, and having access to a pushbike was extremely handy for exploring the local area (recommend to follow the river in either direction for a pleasant, flat and scenic ride). Everything considered, Rocio's place definitely fit the bill for a quality and private stay in Perth, do recommend.

Tracey is a nice host and well communication. However the cleaner didn't clean and tidy since the last guest when we checked in. Tracey immediately organize someone come to clean on the next day. So I have felt a little bit upset and really uncomfortable on the first night. During our communication, I believed this is just cleaner's problem by some reason this time and Tracey is really willing to supply a good service and make guest happy. I believe Tracey will become a good and responsible host in the future. David

This place is very close to the shopping centre, restaurants etc... walking distance.

Overall the unit is cozy and quite comfortable. Location is near to coles, McDonald's and shops, but I wouldn't recommend to stay here if you don't have a car as the public transport accessibility is not really convenient. Two bedrooms is for comfortably in 4 of us, 1 bathroom for shower and 1 toilet. We faced difficulty checking in the unit during the midnight as the direction given by the host is not clear. And there's an incident happened at the first night around 10pm, after 2 of us get to take shower with hot water, the hot water has used up and we didn't manage to reach the host. However the next day electrician came and fixed it. The host advised that only short shower we can take as the hot water is limited as it has only a small hot water storage system in this unit. Hopes there'll be further improvement!

We've stayed for one month, three family with a child 5 years old. A quiet neighborhood atmosphere, I liked. In the 999 bus near the hotel for Derby If you're a good student hostel location. I think it takes a 4-5 stops. Take the 998 times I can go across the street to free menteul time. Our accommodation was room inside was clean and well managed. Because there is no inconvenience to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room available was able to spend comfortably. In particular, Jenny is yeoseo was bright and warm host, it can send the first month in Western Australia. Jenny is going to welcome you with all my heart! ^^

Our family was holidaying down south and wanted to break up the long drive so we decided to stay a night in the city. We booked with Lucille and upon arrival, she and her lovely mum greeted us. After a quick chat, they said their goodbyes and gave us privacy. Her house was very clean, spotless even. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable. The welcome goodie bag was a nice surprise! The girls got to the lollies before their dad and I had a chance! Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. Lovely spacious little place, perfect for our family. Full cooking facilities and aircon were such a bonus. Privacy and being so close the shops and a leisure centre are great assets. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine. It was extra thoughtful things that made us feel really welcome like washing powder and toothpaste and large soft towels that made us feel welcome. Definitely stay here again.

Lucille's place is like what describe, bright and cheerful. She has warm personality. We were offered lemon and bitter gourd from her parent. It was very comfortable to communicate with her. We have perfect private and good stay.
