Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. The Old Kennel is in the High Weald AONB. A delightful self contained cottage set next to the farmhouse (shared drive). The charm here is the tranquillity of the countryside surroundings on our working beef farm. Set apart from the workings of the farm to allow quiet enjoyment. With glorious morning to early evening sun the garden benefits also from shade if needed. The space is ideal for a couple. A mezzanine for 2 children, steep access & restricted height, suitable only for some.
