There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed with pocket doors, leading to a shower room & cloakroom. A quiet detached seaside retreat close to the beach and local shops. The property comprises : A stepped entrance into a spacious porch, leading into a comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, with freestanding bath and walk in shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, one single, private garden, off road parking. Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Light and airy accommodation located in the seaside town of Rustington, West Sussex. The Annex is attached to the main house, but with its own front door and parking space. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.

The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. There are steps up to the apartment so it is not suitable for everyone, sorry.
