We loved to stay in Tiago's tiny house! The garden is beautiful, perfect to spend nice hours chilling outside. Miragaïa is a pretty little town, by the way, where you can wander in lovely (URL HIDDEN) close to Peniche, a seafront town, where you can take a boat to visit Berlanga's island, a well preserved natural reserve, with a lighthouse, an ancient castle and many seagulls nesting. Tiago was an excellent host, really helpful and communicative! Thank you for your kindness and warm reception!

Super Value! Simple cottage where everything they need is available for a simple life. Even my dog has felt a fiddle. Tiago has specially made escape-proof the garden for him. Moreover, I felt super with him lifted and could him at any time if I had any questions or needed help. Will definitely come back when I'm near.

A small annex, quiet area, with very nice garden and offers barbecue with all that is necessary. It is located 10 minutes from the white sand beach. Tiago and parents are both very friendly and always available to improve our stay.

This is a nice place to stay in your journey, and Tiago and his parents are easy to comunicate. This place has several and near beachs, and if you have a car this is the perfect choice for you. Great value for the money! It have everthing you need and It is the perfect place for a spend a nice and smoth weekend. Also near the Buda Eden Garden, the european biggest Garden on it type.

Evandro and his girlfriend received me with a lovely lunch. They are been really good hosts and I would recommend them! Their dog is really cute and friendly.

Evandro and Amanda are two lovely people who keep a lovely house together with their dog, Gaia. I had a great time staying with them, we hung out a few times but besides that they very much respected my privacy. The room is clean and the bed is pretty comfortable. There is a nice kitchen downstairs which has everything you could need to cook up a meal. Lourinha itself is a very quiet, pretty town and I recommend Evandro and Amanda's house to anyone that wants to get away from the city for a while.

The house is near the beach in a Very quiet place and It has the basics to spend a few days. Alexandra is a nice host and ensured We were Well setled and had everything We needed. Praia da areia branca is beautiful and if you have a car is within 60 km of Sintra, more 30 of cabo da Roca and ribeira d'ilhas. Also, Peniche and cabo de carvoeiro are aproximately 15km and are word todos visit. We really enjoy our stay and we highly recomend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marias place. She is such a funny, nice & sweet person and took great care of us. The apartment was clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a mini bar. There is a nice little beach just around the corner and lots more in a very short distance. The area is very safe, friendly and idyllic. I can recommend this place to couples who would like to surf, but want to stay away from crowded beaches and shared bedrooms in youth hostels. + there is a swimming pool

Our stay at maria alexandra's place was lovely. the apartment is located very close to the beach, the surf schools are just a few steps away. communication went well. the kitchen is basic, but enough for some simple cooking.

We only spend one night in this place, but it was really great! Really relaxing and Junita was really communicative and gave us help whenever we needed it. She also told us the best spots where to go and really helped us out. Really a great place to stay :)

First time with the airbnb.The house is just perfect.unfortunately we didnt meet Junita cause she was abroad taking care her businesses.but we met the other host Eraldo who is the coolest,friendliest person we have ever met.the house has everything you need and much more.so clean,so comfy,so warm with the best view on the beach and in the best place in Portugal , Praia Areia Branca.all the people so friendly so as the whole country.i recommend the Junita Maree's Beach Hostel to everyone.also a very good place for surfers ,its 5min walk from the nicest,cleanest portuguese waves and 15 min by car from Peniche(Supertubos) where the surf contest is taking place every year and thats the reason me and my wife came to Portugal.also the surf community and the surf in Praia Areia Branca is top! We had a terrific time at maria's house ! The house is big and full of charm and lovely details ! we felt as Doctor Poirot in an agatha christie novel ! maria has been very helpful and kind and she always answered very quickly to our questions and requests. The house is located in the center of the old city of Lourinha a very quiet and nice area not far from the beaches where you can surf and just enjoy the beautiful landscapes ! Lovely house with great rooms. Beautiful ceilings. If you like a spacious house you found it here. Near towncentre with some nice restaurants. Near the beaches 5 min by car. The house needs some further restauration, which will be done we were told. The house is in spring a little smelly ( moist) but with a day with windows and doors open it disappeared. A house with atmosphere !

All was fine, a very nice house. the middle of Lourinha, not far from the beaches. We always had a quick and complete answer from the hosts and felt very well. We would absolutely come again and recommend it for friends and family. Muito Obrigado Maria

What an amazing house - plenty of space with some beautiful features. Situated close to the town centre, it is really convenient. Ample off-street parking although the sliding vehicle gate was a little temperamental.

Passámos umas Férias em Familia, Pais, 3 casais (filhos) um neto, e outro a chegar Fantásticas. Esta Casa é Lindíssima, cheia de charme, espaçosa, com pormenores muito requintados, com uma localização estupenda, e muita luz. Mesmo no Centro da Lourinhã, permitindo-nos fazer tudo a pé, excepto as Praias ( e são tantas e qual delas a mais bonita) que faziamos em 3,5,7 minutos de carro. Ideal para estar em familia e com parte exterior muito agradável.Aos Anfitriões Maria e Fernando, Obrigada pela maneira como nos receberam, uma simpatia ! cinco estrelas! Sentimo-nos em casa!

Ficámos na Casa da Lourinhã na noite de passagem de ano e correu tudo optimamente. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos anfitriões com pão, um bolinho e lareira acesa. As crianças adoraram as várias divisões da casa para andarem a correr de um lado para outro. Foi pena não conseguirmos ficar mais uma noite, pode ser que dê numa outra ocasião. Recomendamos vivamente para quem gosta de ficar em locais com história, mas confortáveis ao mesmo tempo.

Casa da Lourinha ist eine perfekte Unterkunft: wunderschönes Haus, tolle Nachbarschaft, Strand in der Nähe. Nette Lokale und Geschäfte. Unsere Gastgeberin war äußerst angenehm, hat stets umgehend geantwortet und uns i jeder Hinsicht unterstützt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Pata da Gaivota is even better in real life than in the pictures. The pool, bbq & outside area are massive and look out onto fields, so very calm & peaceful.The house was very clean and had everything you need for 4 people. Susana's mum lives there & was there to meet us, she is lovely - very friendly but totally leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday. The beach at Porto das Barcas is a 15 mins walk away & is beautiful, but a little rough for swimming. There is a restaurant there in an old deserted hotel that is perfect. Serves fresh seafood in a completely idyllic setting at very reasonable prices and was always busy with local people. Peralta beach is also beautiful & walkable & Areal beach has a lovely cafe & slightly calmer sea for swimming . Susana & her family have put lots of effort into making a really beautiful holiday home. A lovely house & location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday away from it all.

This accommodation is very beautiful. It is in an old portuguese style with a fantastic view over the see on the balcony and Ana is a really friendly and helpful person! Stacey welcomed us very friendly and first she showed us around and suggested us some nice places to eat and some activities we can do. The house was perfect for us, it was clean and very spacious with a huge kitchen which was arranged functionally. The pool was also great, mainly in the morning and early afternoon, because there is no more sun from 5pm. But therefore there is another terrasse at the other side of the house! We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely recommend this place!

Stacey and her family were the perfect hosts. Their house was marvellous and my family left wondering if we should buy a property just like it. They gave brilliant recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions and their house made us feel very comfortable to the point we were reluctant to leave. The pool was my favourite part, at times I refused to leave to go visit the city because of how wonderful it felt to lounge in the sun. It was truly a dreamy holiday and we are hoping to return next year.

La maison est magnifique, moderne et confortable; elle est située à quelques minutes de l'Océan. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances (restaurants, commodités, commerces etc.). Au calme, tout près de la plage, dans une ville paisible, tout est parfait ou presque. Seul petit bémol, la piscine est un peu froide. Nous n'avons pas été accueilli par Stacey, mais sa sœur et sa maman ont très bien pris le relais, elles nous ont fait visiter les alentours à notre arrivée et ont toujours été disponible pour nous. Je recommande fortement ce logement, d'autant plus que le Portugal est vraiment un pays sublime.

This listing was beyond fantastic, Teresa did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable. The house was beautiful, a great getaway for anyone who wants a wonderful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I can't recommend Casa de Pedra enough.

Teresa was very kind and helpful. She told and showed us everthing we had to know about the house and the place and we spent very nice days there although we weren't too lucky with the weather. But the house ist very nice, very well equiped and really lovely decorated. In reality its even better than on the photos. Thank you, Teresa, we had a great time!

Very nice house in a quiet little village. In about 20 minutes by car you can visit the very nice beach and mini boulevard of Areia branca, or the rocks of Peniche. Teresa was very friendly, the house was very cute.

Teresa is lovely and kind. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. She also left us a bottle of wine and a basket of delicious pears. The house is beautiful and rustic and located in a cute village. It's quite comfortable overall. If I had to write something critical it would be that the hot water boiler could do with an upgrade.

Absolutely wonderful little cottage is a very rural village. The house is absolutely stunning and works very well for a small group. Location is pretty to drive through but one would definitely need a car to go anywhere else. Close to great surfing beaches, Obidos and national parks. Easy drive from Lisbon. All round great house- we really struggled to leave the cottage behind!

We had a very nice stay at Viktoria's house in Lourinha. The house is very well decorated and equipped. Rita the house manager was very helpful for check in/ out and it was very simple to communicate with her. We strongly recommend the house.

Andie and Viktoria made very sure that we were well looked after, starting with a couple of phone calls and messages prior to our arrival. When we arrived at the house (precisely following the detailed description we'd received) we were met by Rita, the housekeeper, a wonderful, friendly and cheery Portuguese lady who spoke perfect English and had a lovely way about her. Rita showed us around the house and explained everything, left us the keys and the house and promised to be available should we need anything. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and everything was in perfect working order. There were even some basics (like coffee, wine and apples) ready for us. There was no TV, radio or stereo. unfortunately, so guests will have to bring their own entertainment. We had an iPad and WLAN was fine so that was the only way to keep up with the news or listen to music. Lots of books to browse through as well. The pool is small, but beautiful. We prefer the beach and swimming in the sea, but it was great to hang around the pool area in the evening especially with the pool lighting on. The house is very well designed so that we all had ample space. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. The area was a bit deserted (last week in September) which was great for getting away from it all. Lisbon is less than an hour away. The amazing beaches are a short and winding few-minute drive away - as is Lourinha itself. The restaurants there are fine - and there were enough to eat somewhere else every day. (Not exactly Portuguese, but I can particularly recommend the Japanese restaurant.) Within a few minutes drive, of course, there are plenty more especially in Peniche (Foz great for seafood and an Italian with incredible pizzas, for example.) And with a choice of 3 supermarkets, food shopping was a breeze. Check-out was, thanks again to Rita, uncomplicated. I have a feeling we'll be back.

Wir erlebten großartige Tage im Strandhaus ! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten jede Menge Platz! Drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essmöglichkeit, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse mit Pool. Ein Grill ist vorhanden, Strandtücher, ein Willkommens-Wein, Parkplatz oder Garage fürs Auto. Großartig ! Der wunderschöne Strand ist Ca 15 min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Ein zweiter, noch einsamerer Strand 10 min mit dem Auto. Supermarkt 10 min mit dem Auto. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Jeden Morgen aufwachen und vom Bett das Meer sehen - unbezahlbar !

Viktoria & Andrew ont été très agréables et ont répondus à toutes nos questions par mail / air bnb avant notre arrivée. La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée, propre, avec de belles chambres avec vue sur lamer. La piscine est très belle. La cuisine est fonctionnelle , très bien équipée. Baies vitrées depuis cuisine et salon pour accéder à la terrasse avec piscine. Pas de vis à vis. Joli quartier résidentiel rénové récemment. Equipement piscine: frites, petite planche, fauteuils d'extérieurs. Nous avons simplement eu un petit désagrément à notre arrivée car nous avions rendez-vous à 17h devant la maison mais la personne qui garde la maison attendait notre appel avant de venir. Nous avons du attendre un peu et trouver un moyen de la joindre (son numéro figure en bas du document pdf explicatif qu'Andrew & Viktoria envoie une fois la réservation effectuée). Rita, housekeeper, est très gentille, parle bien anglais, nous a expliqué sur une carte comment nous rendre à la plage et à nos cours de surf. Elle nous a également indiqué un petit supermarché à 5-10 minutes à pieds. Il est mieux d'avoir une voiture mais nous n'en avions pas, nous avons faits les trajets à pied ou en taxi, que Rita a gentiment appelé pour nous. Attention la connection Wifi est lente, mais suffisante pour envoyer mails légers et messages. 3 salle de bains ! Une en bas pratique après la piscine, une pour la chambre du couple avec baignoire, une troisième à l'étage avec douche, très jolie. SEJOUR PARFAIT POUR NOUS ! les 4 jours sont passés très / trop vite !
