It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top.
