165 ㎡ Private | 10 minutes by Shinjuku train | 5-minute walk from station | 3 bedrooms | Huge playroom | 2 showers & bathtubs | 3 toilets

Hello, I'm Kyoko, the host. I am a mother of three boys and have been living between Singapore and Tokyo for over 10 years. I stay in Tokyo every summer and winter vacation, but I couldn't find the following accommodation, so I decided to make it myself. * Spacious enough for a family of 5 * There is a play room that can be enjoyed even on rainy days * Close to the station and good access to the city center * There is a big park nearby * There are many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby We thought there might be families with similar needs around the world, so we decided to list our home on Airbnb in the hopes that other families would use it while we were away. Shinjuku Station is 15 minutes away, and Wadabori Park, the largest in Tokyo, is nearby, where you can enjoy cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. The playroom has a pool table, dart board, and a 120-inch screen home theater, so you can have as much fun indoors on rainy days. Thanks for reading this to the end!
