Great area in Salem! Minutes from downtown, quiet street, walk to Bush park, very comfortable neighborhood. This 1950's house has 2 bedrooms with ample closet space, an office with door to the backyard and deck, spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, garage with washer and dryer accessed through the kitchen, gas stove and many other amenities. The house is easy to get to from I5, about an hour from Portland. Perfect for a 1-2 couples or a small family. Most everything is new!

Separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen. See photo #17. I welcome people from the LGBQT community as well as people from other cultures. You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
