Julian was very welcoming. He was prompt in replying to any queries we had. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The flat was spotless and well furnished. The security around the complex was excellent, so felt perfectly safe to run or walk around the well kept grounds. thank for a great stay!

It's wonderful place to stay!!!

This is the second time that I have stayed at Brenda's beautiful home. It is extremely convenient for work - I was at a conference at Wanderers, which was 5 min drive, and also close to Sandton! The garden cottage is large and spacious with all the amenities required, and leads onto a gorgeous garden. Brenda is extremely welcoming and friendly and provided very helpful tips about Joburg. I would highly recommend Brenda's place for any trips to Joburg!

I was in JHB for work and found Brenda's place was ideal - very close to Sandton (7 min drive) and close to shops and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The room is great - really big and spacious with all the amenities one would require. The garden is magnificant and it was great to have a dip in the pool. Brenda and her family were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Brenda's place for other travellers.

My wife and I stayed with Brenda and Stuart in their charming garden cottage recently.  It is situated on a quiet and secure gated road in the Craighall are of Johannesburg and is convenient for Sandton, Randburg and all the other western suburbs of this vibrant South African city. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, light and airy, with a lofty wood-panelled ceiling and double door access directly to the delightful and well shaded garden. Although it has it’s own small terrace our hosts were happy to let us enjoy the rest of the garden and their pool. There is an ensuite bathroom and shower,  tea making facilities and a fridge. Although they advertise road-side parking Stuart was prepared to let us park our car on their drive for the duration of our stay. In retrospect, however,  I don’t think our caution over  the parking was justified as the road is quiet and secure;  boom- gated at either end and marshalled 24/7 by a security company.    Our hosting were generally very accommodating. We were uncertain about our departure date and they readily agreed to us extending our stay - three times - even though they were heading off on Easter holiday with their children. The day of their return the hot water boiler packed up. Despite having had a long drive home and it being a Saturday evening Stuart immediately set to the problem and got it fixed that night - 5 star service and well beyond the call of duty I say! Overall I would rate this amongst the very best of the thirty or so Airbnb’s we have stayed at in South Africa and so have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Lovely new apartment in a good area. Willem was easily contactable and made the stay a lot easier. Shopping centre just up the road with a great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Willem's place, which is called The Hub, is a fantastic location both for business and for families on vacation. The apartment is really upmarket, modern, everything works perfectly. Check-in was so easy. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants to base themselves in Sandton for business or pleasure.

This place was perfect and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The complex is very scenic and tranquil, truly a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of JHB. With that being said, it is a 2 minute drive away from a shopping centre so getting groceries, seeing a movie, finding a place to eat and a decent nightlife is easy to find. Another aspect which was phenomenal was the comfort of the beds and the Egyptian cotton sheets. We encountered some problems with the DSTV but our host's response time was very quick and that was resolved in record time which we really appreciated. In addition, he continuously followed up with us to ensure that everything was in order and to determine whether there was anything else that we needed. The only real criticism that I would give is that there is no wifi, but other than that I would highly recommend this place.

The flat is central and perfect for quick trips to Johannesburg. Perfect balcony for watching the city lights with a glass of wine. Will visit again.

Great location, about 10 minutes walk to Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City, which is great for restaurants. Also across the road down the lane is the Codfather restaurant. Anything further a field it's best to use Uber, we didn't use the Gautrain as we found uber too convenient and affordable to bother. Leigh is a great host and communicates well. The apartment is Fantastic with washer and dryer if needed (we didn't use), there is an amazing view at sunset from the lounge, bedroom and balcony. The attendants in the reception/car park are very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in Johannesburg we'd stay here again.
